Beautiful cosy place in a great location! Very friendly staff and good rooms. Things to improve: make full breakfast included, expand the gym, and get bigger shower curtains. Otherwise highly recommending it!
The hotel was fabulous! Wonderful staff and wonderful service. The location is superb. Will stay again.
Boutique hotel in excellent location in Paris.
Comfortable, pleasant and good service.
Great facilities. Great staff. Located in the central part of the city. Free WiFi.
Staff were friendly and greeted you, being sure to offer their assistance. The food was excellent, though the variety was lacking. The room itself was mostly clean, the couch in the room had a big stain on it. The A/C didn't work, and the room was like a furnace, which meant we had to sleep with the freezing wind coming through the windows to try and balance the temperature (as suggested by the hotel staff). The Internet worked well. The television was a nightmare to get to work. The term SPA is quite deceiving, what is actually provided is a sauna, some masage rooms and a small gym. There were no tea making facilities in the room, only a mini bar.
I really could not understand this being a 5 star establishment.
First we got charged for breakfast when we had it included. The breakfast itself was not edible, fruit was not fresh, watermelon was slimy and tasted off. Hot food placed directly under the aircon, go figure.
We placed a do not disturb on our door as our baby has naps during the day. Well, right in the middle of her nap we get a telephone call to ask if we need housekeeping!!! Which of course wakes the baby.
Because I made a complaint about this I honestly believe housekeeping then out of spite said we drank a lot of the alcohol. Which they charged us for. We do not even drink alcohol!
We eventually got a refund but no email or anything to apologise for again charging wrong.
The effects of these were we got charged extra by the taxi who was waiting impatiently for us whilst the hotel sorted out the wrong charges.
Additionally as we are foreign to the country our credit card fees and exchange rate fees were charged in addition due to their mistake.
We also booked 2 massages. Not the deep tissue I asked for and not very professional when the masseuse smells of cigarettes.
Can not recommend this place!
Eccentric, boutique hotel which kind of grew on me despite my initial doubts. Sure, it's no Mandarin Oriental - but the staff were very polite and the bed almost too comfortable. Did you know Andre the Giant from Wrestlemania passed away in this hotel?
One of the better French hotels, very up market area
Well situated hotel, very good breakfast and
very clean hotel !!
Beautiful 5-star establishment close to Champs Elysees, perfect home and comfortable bar where you feel good.
Very beautiful place .. Incredible welcome with the smile I love !!
This hotel wasn t the best, the carpet wasnt cleaned I kept sneezing a lot because of the dust. I also ordered room service and the bread was burnt black. When we arrived the room wasn t ready we were told to wait for an hour. They don t give you any water in the afternoon like most hotels do. I am rating it a three because of the beautiful breakfast we had my husband and I enjoy this.
The only important thing you look for when you stay at a hotel is security and privacy. And this so called 5 star hotel doesn t provide it for its customers.
My room today was opened at last three time and the door was slammed shut also three time.
When I informed the hotel management, nothing was done. They offered me a free drink. Thats it!!!!!!!!!!!!
They told me that someone gave them my room number and asked for it to be opened and cleaned.
And started denying that the door was ever opened.
Watch out. It not worth it to book here for the slim chance that your privacy or safety gets violated.
A beautiful and quiet boutique hotel in a very good location in Paris. A friend and Imwere staying in an apartment very nearby during a terrible heatwave. When we couldn t stand the heat one more day we called the hotel to book a room. We were warmly welcomed and given a delightful room with a balcony and excellent air conditioning. In fact, the staff made a point of giving us a room with superior ac. The beds are very comfortable and the room and bath are very well equipped. The art in the hallways is distinctive and the breakfast was delicious. I recommend this hotel ant its excellent staff very highly.
Historical! Beautiful! Luxurious in EVERY WAY! From the pants press in the room to the fabulous breakfast buffet to the perfect staff! Thank you all for the 1st class attention!!
Not my kind of hotel, old style and fits more an elder clientele... A professional and quick service, a bar and a restaurant. Internet is free and fast.
One of the most beautiful hotels that I recently lived in in Paris, which the staff members always distinguish, smiling and proactive to help and service.
The hotel's location is excellent for lovers of tranquility, and at the same time it is very close to the most important landmarks of Paris, such as Avenue de Chans, the Eiffel Tower and the metro station.
The hotel is very clean and the room size is excellent.
The room contains all needs, an iron, a consultation, a TV with Arab and international stations, and a bidet in the bathroom.
I strongly advise you to stay in the hotel.
The hotel is way overpriced for the quality it offers. 8 euros for a small bottle of water from the minibar will give you a hint. The breakfast was average. The bed was too short for my husband (1.90 m) Location is the only advantage.
I want to know that is this a same hotel where the last maharaja of Punjab in Indian subcontinent died in 1893 . Please tell me about this .
The HISTORY of ..... The TREMOILLE Hotel PARIS. FRIENDSHIP and good FLAVOR always endures in time Merci marcel
Do not be dazzled by the big doors, the staff are great, but this is a big old hotel, the heating system is out of control and too hot making desired sleep tough, not worth the money unless you really want to be two blocks from all the Champs Elysees action. But staff, superb.
When we were in the room, one of the cleaning lady came in without knocking and started cleaning the room even when she noticed we were inside. When I asked her to leave, she just kept doing her work and simply answer no English. She already noticed that we were inside the room when she brought us the towel we asked for 5 minutes before she came in and clean. I do not think this kind of harassment should happen inside a five star hotel like la tremoille and I would not stand this kind of impolite behavior. I really enjoy staying in the hotel the first few days, but this issue forced me to reconsider the probability of staying here again. Especially having no privacy when staying here. I called the reception desk right away, but I did not get a satisfying answer, so I hope someone from the management level can give me a reasonable answer, instead of something like "I know and I will let her know"
Excellent and beautiful location between the Eiffel Tower and the Shans
No coffee maker in the room or at least a boiler, and they don't have an adapter for the electrical socket. Yes, but the adaptor in the minibar is for 10 euro and the coffe maker is ABC for five star hotels!
Very nice hotel the workers their are friendly and the room is large and the path room is perfect (you will find something interesting)
Great location, very nice staff. Rooms were spacious (more than the typical Paris hotel).
Standard 5 star hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Main Street Paris. Old Parisian building at the corner of intersecting streets but great location, close to champs Elyse s and Eiffel, short ride to opera.
We were here only one night, and it worked just fine for us with our baby. Do not expect it to be a lavish/ luxury 5 star. But all the basic amenities r intact. We had the corner room, not sure if it was standard or larger than others but usually corner rooms r nicer/ bigger. Many hotels convert them to suites or superior/ deluxe rooms.
Wonderful hotel, service was great and the room was impeccable. We got upgraded and the size of the room was great!
Room service was a little on the pricey side but is to be expected in this kind of hotel.
Little clean boutique hotel, in quiet area near the river and shopping street, most of the high end restaurant close by.
With very clean rooms and the rooms size is very good.
friendly professional staff
Old style 5stars hotel
Wifi reception in the rooms was not great
One of the most beautiful hotels in France and reasonable price
The reception staff are very excellent
There is a shattaf
The club is very small
Breakfast is fairly acceptable
Very pleasant hotel, great location and discreet atmosphere.
Always perfect, the whole team is very nice great atmosphere.
Thank you
Beautiful hotel, the service is very good and it is very well located. The breakfast is very rich and the rooms cozy and spacious (taking into account the size of other rooms in similar hotels in Paris). Highly recommended!
Cosy place in a great location in Paris. Quiet and elegant rooms
Michel Audiard had made it his workplace. Very nice hotel. Calmed, silent. Staff caring. Perfect
INCREDIBLE hotel! Stunning inside and out. Superb service. Rooms are fresh and perfect!
Very chic hotel with attentive staff generous breakfast
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and were extremely satisfied. The welcome is warm, the rooms are comfortable and the staff are full of really nice little touches.
We have a 3 year old child and the room is spacious enough to accommodate a family.
The location is perfect.
I highly recommend and will be back.
Very classy, great location, friendly staff. Highly recommended.
