I called the dealership at 3:45 pm on a Friday because my tire hazard light was on. The person that answered the phone told me to bring it in. I called back a few minutes later to see if I had road hazard, she said that I did but I couldn t bring my car in because they were already shutting down for the day. At this point I m six minutes away. I arrive and now it s not that they re shutting down, it s that they have too many cars in front of me. There is a knot on my tire and the tech offers to put air in it. These are the exact same people that advised me that a knot was dangerous in the first place and it put me at risk for a blowout!! I ve spent almost $2000 on tires in 3 years. I was literally at Firestone and could ve just purchased the tire while I was there rather than trekking across Memphis only to find out that I cannot utilize a service that I paid for. I am welcome to schedule an appointment for Monday, figure out a way to get to work (as all of their loaners are out until the 26th) and try to find a ride back in order to retrieve my car. If I could give them negative stars I would!

Greatest Mothers Day Ever! I searched for another vehicle for my wife from Texas to Florida. I came upon the Mercedes Benz of Memphis were I received phenomenal customer service from the Sales Representative ( Mark), Sales Manager (Doug), Finance Manager ( Desmond), and (Product Specialist) April. The vehicle was priced exceptionally well and the process was seamless to acquire ownership. If you are looking for a Phenomenal vehicle and Great customer service, I highly recommend this dealership, one of the best in the nation!

I am on my 3rd MB from Mercedes-Benz of Memphis an...

I am on my 3rd MB from Mercedes-Benz of Memphis and could not be more pleased. I love my car and I actually enjoy taking it to their service department. They are all extremely courteous and professional. I would recommend my advisor, Ellen Tutor to everyone. When I checked prices, I found them actually cheaper than other local shops and they give me an itemized list of everything done in my services which makes me feel secure. Loaners and Ugly Mugg coffee do not hurt either! Keep up the great work MB of Memphis!

I have utilized the service department at Mercedes Benz of Memphis for over 20 years. David Craddock and Wes Burrows are top notch. I would not consider having my vehicles serviced anywhere else. These gentlemen are proactive, professional and personable. I would recommend the service department without any reservations

I have always looked at the Mercedes-Benz with awe. I remember even from my childhood I had various Mercedes-Benz models. Now I have several. My favorite is my 2010 GLK350. I have been bringing it to Mercedes-Benz of Memphis for all its checkups and service. My service advisors have always been wonderful making sure that I and my car receive the utmost care. The facilities are great and appealing. I also use the parts department for my antique Mercedes when they need to be repaired. All in all I always have a great experience when I go there. Thanks Mercedes-Benz of Memphis!

Mercedes-Benz of Memphis is AWESOME!!!! I've been a MB customer for about 10 years now and I have purchased the 3 MBs I've owned from here. With each purchase, the customer service ha been STELLAR!!! My car salesman (specialist) Michael Mayes is very experience, friendly, and patient. The entire MB staff is GREAT!!! My service rep is Ellen Tutor and Michelle Eggers in finance and I've developed a great relationship with these Ladies over the years!!! Professionalism at it's finest! If you want a great deal on quality products see Mr. Kenny Shields (I got chrome wheels for my last 2 purchases)... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mercedes-Benz of Memphis if you're in the market for a Mercedes. EXPECT to be treated like you are family because to them, you would be!!! :-)

Car was smoking from something under the dash was turned away by the receptionist. Told me the service department was closed and because I didn't buy my car from them I needed to take it where I got it and have them to bring it in. The salesman did not try and help nor did they try and call Colliverville to see if they could help me they did nothing. Sent me back in that smoking electrical burning car.

Kristin Kelly Smith was AWSOME! She followed through precisely from the time she reached out to me via email through taking possession of vehicle. She was extremely knowledgable on EVERY aspect of the vehicle, including the history of the brand. She also has AWSOME personality that ironically represents the Mercedes' brand well. I shopped at BMW, Jaguar, & Volvo & met with "so-called" veterans in the auto industry & they didnt even have a clue of the inventory on the lot.......let alone knowlege of the brand. Kristin Kelly Smith was hands down the best 9(with no comparison) to the sales guys I met with at those dealerships. My wife is currenty in the market for a new vehicle as well, and it goes without saying, & with no disrespect to the other sales team, but we will not consider purchasing an additional vehicle from Mercedes unless Kristin is our sales person. Thank you for recognizing the great tallent in Kristin. She is the single reason I am now a "Mercedes-Benz" loyal customer. Awsome buying experience. Thx again Kristin :)

This was a most incredible experience. This is my family s seventh Mercedes and we are used to excellence with the brand ! Being from Nashville, the entire negotiation was over phone calls, emails, and text messages. Chelsea Robinson, my sales representative, was on top of everything every step of the way. My trade was more than fair and the process could not have gone any better. Tom Hammond, the sales manager, also went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction with my new car. They were honest, fair, and true to their word. I could not have been treated any better. All future vehicles in my family will be purchased from Mercedes of Memphis !

There are many brands of great vehicles, many of which I have owned. For the last 15 years I have owned Mercedes. Mercedes is a great vehicle, that is a given but what sets Mercedes Benz of Memphis apart is the incredible service in all facets of the process. The informed but non-pushy sales people (mine is Danny Captino) to the pleasure it is to schedule and receive service (my service agent is Ellen) to the ease of financing. All are designed for the ease and comfort of the client. I received the same care, respect, and attention for my 10 year old M series as the newer cars. Personal service is a scarce commondity but I am happy to say it is alive and well at Mercedes Benz of Memphis. You owe it to yourself to take advantage of that.

The folks at Mercedes Benz Of Memphis are absolutely the most professional I have ever dealt with. All of the service advisers are my friends and they always recognize me whenever I come in. This is my 6th Mercedes and my wife's first, I would not drive anything else. All I have ever done is put fuel in my cars and service them timely. My friends and relatives call me a perfectionist, and I found the perfect cars with Mercedes Benz. Mercedes-Benz of Memphis just keep doing what you are doing. I have known my sales consultant Mr. Danny Captino for some 30 years and he has always given me exceptional service. Gunter Stephan, the dealership owner, and I have become good friends also. Keep up the exceptional service on these exceptional automobiles.

We can't say enough good about McKinley Singleton!! We started the process for a new GLC-300 back before Thanksgiving. He guided us through the build of just the perfect vehicle for our needs. We went into the dealership thinking GLK and then discovered its replacement, the GLC. It is a beautiful vehicle. We took a road trip right away, even through Arkansas tornadoes, and it performed beautifully. We look forward to many happy years in the GLC!!

I had one of the best experiences today at Mercedes Benz Memphis! From the sales rep Ms Tesh to the financial manager Desmond who was sooo nice, an warm he makes the paperwork a breeze and it s all e-sign on a iPad ok!!! Top notch, he s a unicorn for sure! But seriously even down to Ms April who help me get a good feel on the car! I m was overwhelmed with gratitude and just happiness they went out there why to accommodate me! Service parts department associate and manager are...

Service parts department associate and manager are very rude, they don't have policies & procedures visible to inform the customer of their protocols. Blames the customer for their Malfeasance and very unwilling to compromise to come to amicable solution. I purchased a replacement key for my ML320. I was told it was going to take 2 days. I paid for the key presented my registration which they copied and was told by the tech to bring the reciept when it arrived. I leave, 3 hours later i get a call stating the clerk needs my title instead of the my registration (which i had with me initially) So i drive back up there and present my title. 3 days go by nothing. So i call and ask had my key arrived, i get put on hold for 5 minutes then tech says yeah its here. I was feeling Ill so i sent my fiancee with the reciept to pick up the key. When she arrived she was then informed she wasn't authorized to pick up the key even though she had the reciept. So she calls me and tell me about the situation and i ask her to put the tech on the phone, so he tells me that i was supposed to have had an written statement authorizing my fiancee to pick up the key at time of purchase. I explain that i was not made aware of this policy and may i speak to a manager he informed me that he was the manager so i asked to speak to his manager. I again explain to the manager how was i supposed to know that with no formal notice making me aware of such policies exhistance. Then we debate about why we can't come to an amicable agreement to release the key to my fiance. I even explaind that the place where my vehicle was being held was charging me by the day but the manager didn't care.

This is a first class place hands down no questions asked they are first class to the Bone the other Mercedes dealership here in the city of Memphis is not a first-class place it is very noisy and very unprofessional but Mercedes-Benz of Memphis are the best in the Southeast Forest class they are very prompt they are very professional and it is really good place to take your Mercedes very peaceful very nice staff

Make sure you check all of your tires when you buy a car from this place.... used or NEW!!! I didn t check my back tires when I bought my car..... they had to be replaced 6 months later! I spoke with someone else (also a female who went alone) who had exactly the same. It could be a coincidence.... but something tells me there something fishy happening there.

The service I received from Mercedes-Benz of Memphis was outstanding! First, I would like to commend Shaun Owens in the service department. His level of professionalism was exceptional. Next, would have to be Philip Thompson. His demeanor was so accommodating. I somewhat "borrowed" his office. It was no problem and he was extremely helpful with some information regarding the area. I was traveling from Texas to Illinois and had to make a stop at the Memphis MB dealership. Without going into detail, everything was handled the way you would expect from a luxury dealership. Thank you so much! The Dallas-Lemmon Avenue Mercedes dealership does not show the same level of professionalism and acts as if you should not even be a customer. I travel to the Plano location instead. The only downside would be the "dismissive" attitude of the front desk receptionist, Sharon at the Memphis dealership. Even after I returned to Dallas and called to get names, her phone presence was somewhat rude and agitated. That is exactly the same way she was in person when my mother and I was there in Memphis. Another employee even noticed how ugly she was when she "motioned" to the sitting room as if she were herding cattle, in lieu of telling us exactly where the waiting room was. That employee promptly showed us and the look on his face showed his distaste with Sharon's attitude. Next Mercedes we purchase, I will look into purchasing from the Memphis location. Thank you Memphis MB!!!

They went out of their way to provide red-carpet service on a weekend. They set a high standard for efficiency, courtesy, and effective communication. As a privately owned dealership, they enjoy much more flexibility than a lot of other dealerships, and this benefits the customer every time. They have earned another loyal client for many years to come.

Mark Kennedy was helpful in deciding options and clear in price quotes; he was thorough in introducing me to how to effectively utilize the service department. The vehicle (though a custom order) was delivered in the month quoted. Staff very helpful in orientation to the new car.

I took my Mercedes to Mercedes-Benz of Memphis on Poplar Avenue on On July 23, 2020 at 10:0 am. I took my car for a Schedule A service (basically an oil change) to Mercedes Benz of Memphis. I scheduled my appointment a week before. Service Advisor Shaun Owens told me that my car would be ready by 12:30pm. I didn't want to wait for two hours so they gave me a ride home. I never got a call from Shaun Owens at 12:30pm so I called Shaun Owens at 1:00pm. The phone went to voice mail., I t called several more time and texted him. I left a voice mail for Shaun Owens. Shaun Owens called me back at 2:30pm telling me that my car would not be ready until 4:30pm.
We got there at 4:30pm and saw Shaun Owens and he told me my car still wasn't ready yet. They closed at 5:30 pm. I asked to speak to a supervisor ( I don't think the guy was an actual supervisor). I was given a lot of excuses about them being real busy. I feel he was blowing me off because every car that was there at 10:0 pm was gone.
At 5:10pm we told the supervisor that we wanted the car back whether the service was done or not. At 5:25pm Shaun Owens came out and said the car was ready and they were going to wash the car. We told them him we would wash the car ourselves.
This is the worst service I ever had in my life and I will never go back there. I told the manager that this was the first and last time I would ever come there.

My husband and I were driving home to Texas after a visit to PA. We stopped in Memphis for the night and the next morning, ready to get on the road, we discovered we had a flat tire. We purchased the total tire/wheel warranty through Mercedes Benz so we decided to reach out to the local Memphis MB dealership to see if they could help us. Jeff, in service, said to bring the car in. They had the same tire and would be able to squeeze us in between their appointments. When we arrived, we were helped right away. The replacement of the tire took about an hour, which was great since we wanted to get on the road quickly and came in without an appointment. Jeff and the entire service team took very good care of us and we really appreciate their help! We were very lucky to find Jeff and THANK YOU Mercedes of Memphis!!

Unbelievable customer service. We had some unfortunate issues with a used car that we purchased in August. The used car manager and the Mercedes dealership went above and beyond in helping us with our problems. They were helpful and accommodating at every turn. We can not rave enough about how we were treated. This level of service is hard to come by these days. I dont think that we will ever purchase another car without starting our search at Mercedes-Benz of Memphis. Keep up the good work.

It took two days to get an answer from this dealer...

It took two days to get an answer from this dealership on an inquiry I'd put through via their website. Once engaged in an email dialog, I was promised a call back with more information. I waited. And waited. Ultimately, I got tired of waiting and then had to chase them for information. I was ready to purchase an E-class sedan but this dealership couldn't be bothered to make a few phone calls to get me a fair price for my trade-in vehicle. Very poor sales experience. Maybe this is normal at luxury dealerships in the south, because this seems to be a recurring theme. It's not that way in larger markets like Arizona and California where the dealerships are eager to serve customers and interested in selling cars. MB of Memphis is a major disappointment. Other reviewers who have given high marks to this dealership probably don't know how good customers in other markets actually have it, and they'd be disappointed by MB of Memphis if they knew what they were actually missing.
