Northwest Vision Center Review

I have been a patient of Dr. Sims for years and could not be happier. She is friendly, never rushed, and answers my questions with clear explanations. They also have an excellent selection of eye wear for purchase at Northwest Vision Center. I recommend this office!

I live on the east side but needed an eye doctor closer to my office. I picked Northwest Vision Center because it was close to my office; I stay because of Dr. Min, Dr. Sims and the entire staff. They have gone to great lengths to find contacts that work with my prescription and are comfortable and have been patient while my 'tween picks out new frames. I've seen many eye doctors, but Northwest Vision Center will be the last!

Very friendly staff, always attentive and timely. Handled Covid precautions very well! Dr. Min is just delightful.

Started going to see Dr. Min 25+ years ago when we moved to Columbus. Have been a loyal patient ever since. He and his staff are very professional, but not only that, they are friendly and I always enjoy my visits. 10/10 would recommend.

This was my first time visiting NorthWest Vision Center, as my regular eye doctor wasn't equipped to do exams during Covid-19. I had a very pleasant experience, with smiling faces behind all those masks throughout my whole visit. The exam was thorough and I was surprised to find out I may be able to wear contacts again, even after wearing progressive lenses for several years! Thanks guys, you were great!

The services offered are comprehensive and extremely helpful. I am able to track my progress annually. With the advice and encouragement from Dr. Sims my eyesight has been gradually improving over the past several years.

I have seen both Dr. Sims and Dr. Min in my time at this office. Both doctors are phenomenal! They are friendly, kind and extremely helpful.

In addition, all of the front desk staff and opticians are wonderful. They go out of their way to give you a good experience and to make you feel at home in the office. My optician, Karla Hagman, sat with me and helped me find a perfect set of frames for a great price. The experience of finding frames went from overwhelming to genuinely fun!

All in all, I would recommend this office for eye care. I was worried about finding a great eye doctor on my own while still in college, and I know this is the office I will use forever.

I had a really good experience with NW vision, everyone was really welcoming, and notified me with extra charges throughout the visit. Even helped me with rebate information for my contact lenses order. And I felt really safe with all the measures taken due to COVID 19, I was given hand sanitizer and had my temperature checked upon walk in, and everyone were wearing masks during my visit.

I've been coming to NWV for 8-9 years and really like the practice. Thanks to Dr. Min, I had LASIK eye surgery over 2 years ago and now have perfect vision. Highly recommend them to others.

On today (10-22-2020) I had my first visit at NW Vision Center and I was never soo relaxed & comfortable being there...Everyone there was soo welcoming,and treated you like a part of the family...Dr. Min,Yoongie was very professional yet hands on with treating & explaining everything he had done. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Min. He was outstanding and very informative. Two years ago I was diagnosed with type one diabetes and my regular family doctor informed me to make sure I tell my eye doctor this. Dr. Min was very thorough in helping me to understand how having diabetes affects your eyes. Great service from the beginning to the end

Dr. Min & his staff do an excellent job with exams and fitting of eye-wear. I have been a pt for several years and I am always impressed with the quality of the care I receive.

The staff is always very polite and attentive. Dr. Min explains everything he does and the eyeglass selection is robust.
