With a 225 person wedding with quite a few dietary restrictions and allergies, we knew that a lot of typical wedding caterers were not an option. Food for Thought worked with us and gave us several options that were great choices for our guests. We ended up with the teriyaki eggplant, pretzel crusted chicken and scalloped potatoes, and beef medallions with sauteed vegetables. Our guests were still talking about how good the food was several months later! On the wedding day, we had absolutely no doubts that we were in good hands for food, waitstaff, and bartenders.
