Staff was very accommodating when we mistakenly arrived on a Tuesday rather than Thursday for my daughter's appointment; they got us in right away. Dr. Sims was cheerful and engaging, as well as knowledgeable and accessible. Our optician was very helpful, even though I was open about purchasing frames elsewhere.
