Awesome doctors and nurses. Very fast service. Thank you Paul and Dr. Hill.
Awesome doctors and nurses. Very fast service. Thank you Paul and Dr. Hill.
The nurses , emergency room staff and all the doctors are very very kind very attentive and really top-notch
HORRIBLE SERVICE, not even busy and we have been in the waiting room for 3 hours, my mother can barely breathe and not to mention that there is a sick baby out here that has not even been seen yet!!! We will NEVER come here again, just a warning to the other people considering this ER. We will be taking our business else where!
I had a colonoscopy and an ultrasound at North Cypress, I could not have had a better experience. The staff was friendly, caring, fast and very organized. The place was extremely busy but they had it under control. I had the best experience I have ever had in a hospital and I am 59 years old, that speaks volume.
Nurses are kind, understaffed and the patients do not and can not get the care needed. It shouldn't take 45 minutes after hitting the call button to get an answer an then another 30 to get a nurse to come in. Thankfully I'm not dying only been here a week and still hardly cared for.
Waited in the ER for over 2 hours they took my blood out in the open people walking by. Nurse came out with my paperwork asked my name told him he than told me to stay sitting in waiting room I seen bout 15 people go ahead of me I don't know how they determine a persons pain but I'm seriously in pain I might not show it but I'm in pain... The nurse had to stick me twice after I told him where to stick the needle the first time. As I type this I'm still sitting in ER WATCHING PEOPLE WALK IN N GO TO THE BACK... I'm bout to leave i wasted almost 3 hours sitting here and no one has checked on me far as pain....
The staff was friendly and helpful and my wait was so short that I didn't even have time to open a magazine!
Had a Great experience at north cypress medical center. My doctor really makes me feel comfortable and the staff is super friendly.
Unless you re wealthy or on Medicaid, do not have medical testing done here. They overcharge a lot.
I brought my wife to have a CAT scan STAT. Her doctor ordered 3 different tests a CAT scan, an MRI and an X-Ray. We do not have insurance, but we are members of a Christian healthcare sharing. They offered a 20% discount and their prices were still outrageously expensive. They said it would cost between $2100-$3000 for just the CAT scan. They couldn t even give an exact fee.
I then called Memorial Hospital, and they said they could do all 3 tests the next day for $1,100 total which included the radiologist s fee.
ER Lacking quality Doctors, I was sent home without correct diagnosis not once but twice. I had to go to the ER twice in one week and was charged $600 deductible both times. I am afraid to see all the little extras I will be charged.
I can not even begin to tell you how much I CANNOT recommend this hospital! So, if you go, you need to go knowing BUYER BEWARE. When we went to their ER, we were told that they were on our insurance policy. We were told that the ER staff was on our insurance policy. This is not true. While the hospital may be on the policy, that does not guarantee that their doctors will be on your policy. The ER doctor my husband saw was not on our insurance. Now, how was I supposed to know that? The ER doctor was at NCMC; would you not assume, as a patient, that the he would be on your insurance? Long story short, I contacted LOTS of people about this: no one cared. They simply billed us and wanted their money: would I like to pay in cash or with a credit card?
There are way too many choices out in the Cypress area to put up with this nonsense. The best advertisement is word of mouth - so read my lips: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Just had surgery and cant move and the nurses ignore you and has a attitude. If i could move id do it myself. Trust me i wish i can do it myself. Wish the nurses would be more understanding and have more sympothy for thier patients; i just had spinal surgery.
Worst Hospital ER period i think if i had the choice again i'd rather go to an 1930's asylum and get lobotomized than come here at least then i would have gotten seen sooner than 5 hours and got charged less for 3 iv bags, maybe 2 small pills worth of pain meds, a blood test which i told them i DID NOT WANT, and a tiny bottle of water with some crackers look in all seriousness these guys are crooked people who just want take every dollar they can if you come here you better be bill gates to be able to pay
I recently had a MRI at this facility and the staff was great. No long wait and everyone was friendly and helpful. I have also had other procedures at North Cypress. It is my hospital of choice. I went into the ER with heart related problem. They were fast, efficient and professional. I highly recommend this hospital.
My 80 y/o father in law was hit by a tractor earlier this year. He was seriously injured. You never know how the patient is treated until you are on the other side. I received reports from my family about the excellent care he received from ED staff and ED physicians! I was very impressed how his discharge planning was handled. I have personally worked with the staff members and I was very proud to be a part of North Cypress Hospital team!
Was seen and evaluated in the ED. No wait, seen by the doctor right away. Was in and out in no time with my scripts and feeling much better. Excellent care by Dr Shulke and the nursing staff!
Emergency room staff is top notch not one complaint..once in a room you get great service from all nurses expect one.. There is a night shift nurse that just refuses to listen to patients request and makes his own decisions on what the patient needs. Don't want repercussions for leaving his name. So request all female nurses and youll have as good of an experience as you can for being in the hospital.
Excellent Service. Very well organized. They deal with a huge amount of people and handle it well. The lady in charge has been there some years and does a fantastic job of communicating politely and professionally - and she has to deal with a lot of people who are not at their best when there. I always go there to get my labwork done.
I was admitted through the emergency room. I can honestly say that I did not have any problems with the staff or accommodations. The staff was fantastic. My night nurse was Anjali, what a pleasure! She made the every couple of hours of inconvenience in sleep acceptable. My daytime PCA Marbe was very attentive. The only issue that I had was how long it took to get discharged. It was 3 hours past the time that I was told. I highly recommend this Hospital. It is beautiful and well staffed. Thank you for taking care of me.
I have been a patient in the hospital outpatient surgical center (HOPD) on several occasions and have always received excellent care from everyone involved in my care. I have family members who have also been to the hospital on an outpatient basis many times and for various reasons and cannot say enough about their positive experience. I also was seen at an outlying NCMC Emergency Room for a dog bite. Everyone was very kind and considerate. I would definitley return to NCMC for any medical need.
I have been hospitalized over 20 times in the last two years in different states and different hospitals. 5 of them have been at NCMC in the last three months. All 5 have been extremely negative experiences. The facility itself is nice, but that's about it. The doctors do not communicate with each other or the patient well, and will even fight with each other through patient, expecting patients to carry messages to the other doctor. Half of the nurses and PCA's are rude and disrespectful. They often refuse to pass along messages, questions, or requests to the doctor, even when the patient is having obvious adverse reactions to medication. They rarely answer the call lights within 10 minutes, and when you call their phones they are huffy, rude, and act like you are really putting them out. Their dining staff are inconsiderate and barge into rooms without knocking. Some even come in when they are specifically told to NOT come in because someone is changing. It could be a good hospital but the staff's lack of consideration make it a miserable experience. The only reason I keep coming back is because it's the closest to my house and the ER wait time is minutes while other hospital wait times are hours.
I myself wasn't a patient but I have had family members in and out of North Cypress Medical Center and the care there is GREAT. The Nurses there do there job very well and make sure the patients are well taken care of.
Horrible staff, place is FILTHY. I told them in the morning the restroom in the ER was dirty... 18 hours later it was still gross. Found a needle cap in my bed with someone else's dried blood on it! When I voiced my concerns I was asked to just stay in my room.
There was a charge nurse in the ER, named Jennifer (middle aged, heavy set with short blonde hair) who came in and went off on me for putting my tray of food in the sink, even though there are no trash cans in the room. Another nurse, who works on the night shift in ER wears more make up than a clown and also had a horrible attitude, she also left a box with needles in my room, I'm confident that violates all kinds of patient care, moral and legal issues. This place needs to hire caring nurses not rude ones obviously only there for a paycheck. Being there was THE WORST 24 hours of my life. Patient care there has become a JOKE!
ZERO STARS. Don't come to this ER. The extended stay is a nightmare.
I don't know why this place has such good reviews. People must not be honest. This is the absolute WORST hospital I've been to. We have had to admit my mother multiple times here because it's the only hospital her doctor works with. The nurses are mean and don't attend to their patients on a regular basis. The guy over self pay discriminates the religious. I tried to get my family to sue them because they have been so horrible but they just want to forget about the whole experience. Most incompetent staff ever. If you care about how your loved ones are treated, DONT come here. I once got an MRI here and that was okay. Every other experience though, horrible.
Would NOT recommend this place to anyone, everything was fine until Vanessa (Nurse lead-third shift) started caring for me. She was not professional at all and came off very irritated. I was not able to get my original nurse attention so I called her as instructed. I pressed my nurse button for naseau meds and it took them over an hour to get me. She told me she s not my nurse, only the Lead Nurse, The customer service was so horrible I left at 11pm that night and went to Willowbrook Methodist.
Great hospital, wonderful staff wonderful service, ive been to many hospitals since by diagnosis this is by far the best
If you are in PAIN do not come here it s their policy to not dispense pain meds on discharge. This is unethical. Maybe when their ethics return they will be able to treat patients.
Awful! Refused to give me anything for pain. I came in there with a heart rate of 134. The ER Dr. Randall J Sharer accused me of using street drugs. All my pain and anxiety medication is prescribed by a pain mgt Dr at the U.S spine and pain mgt clinic. Due to the ER Dr I was admitted into the hospital and was in severe pain for 2 day's. Due to the ER Dr saying I'm Narcotic dependence and treated me like a dog and drug addict and he didn't give me a chance in hell to explain I was in a major car accident on December 6, 2016 I have told my attorney and the ER Dr. Randall J Sharer and North Cypress hospital is getting sued. Your ER and hospital did not care that I have had 2 strokes, 2 MIA, CHF and several other major health issues. This is the worst hospital in Houston. Ben Taube is a lot better then North Cypress Hospital. I highly recommend that if you or family or friends need medical attention you find another medical facility.
I received excellent care at North Cypress Medical Center. Everyone was so professional and very friendly. I would choose them again.
I came to the hospital through the emergancy room with terrible angina and was qickly tacken back and had an EKG and three baby asprin and give oxygen while they stsrted an IV, and administered morfine for pian, but laid on the gurnny for four hours without ever been given any nitro to help relieve the chest pian or to even see if it would help needles to say I've had heart trouble in the past and asked for nitro more than once. Though they saw me quickly they seem to not care about the pain I was experiencing even after asking for nitro, they should have been able to look at my recoreds and seen it was not my first rodeo and might know what had helped in the past.
Then the young lady who registered me in took my co pay and didnt bring me a receipt to sign, so I was left without a receipt. When it came time for the heart cath the next morning, they found i had a 90% blockage but stoped the procedure for about ten minutes while the man who installed the stent talked with the heart specialist setting in a room behind a glass window, when he came back to put the stent in the numing medicine had Warren off and put in a great deal of pain until I complained about the pain, he put the stent in. The only thing is i was never given the card that tells me what kind of stent they put in or what type of plug the used on my leg to close the incision, i also asked for a copy of the video and was told they would give me one which never happened, again needless to say I'm not inpressed by their lack of making sure the patient is given what they have asked for. When it came time to check to check out of the hospital I was never told how long it would be before I could take the pressure bandage off my leg or how long it would be before I could take a shower,. So to wrap things up things that Shoppers are not done the same way I always used to having things done at the hospital in Round Rock Texas what had my other 5 procedure done lack of attention to the patient and lack of information is the only thing that I can complain about other than that the nurses in ECC the receiving area and up in the recovery area or in my normal room we're great people to deal with I gladly see them again.
On time, friendly and thorough with the test and all questions.
The staff is very nice and they checked me in on time
My 80 year old, who has Alzheimer's disease, developed aspiration pneumonia and was taken to North Central from her memory care for treatment. I couldn't go because of COVID mandates so she was alone. Mom was treated, but after 24 hours and no one from the hospital contacting us, we contacted them. A kind nurse gave us an update. And said she'd ask the doctor to call us. Another twenty four hours have passed and no doctor call. I understand that COVID has made things incredibly crazy, but North Central managed to contact me within 12 hours to assure they had the right billing address. This makes me sick. My mom cannot advocate for herself and they can't be bothered to contact me and I have medical power of attorney!
If I could give this place negative stars I would! Absolutely horrible place. I had a bi-lateral patella release in Sugarland Friday morning, I went home and that night we couldn't get my pain under control so the doctor told me I needed to go to the nearest hospital to get injections for pain relief. Unfortunately this "hospital" is the nearest one. I went in and waited for hours before they even checked my vitals. When the nurse finally called me up to check my vitals she was extremely rude and showed no concern for how much pain I was in even though I was shaking and crying. She said that they would NOT give me any medication until I gave them a urine sample because they needed to know if I was pregnant. I told them it is extremely difficult for me to give them a sample because I have BOTH knees operated on this morning and that I guarantee that I was not pregnant!! They finally stuck me in a room and I gave the doctor the urine sample as requested and she said oh I don't need that at all. REALLY?! Do you know how difficult and how much pain I was in? The doctor had no clue as to what my surgery even was or how to handle me. She actually called my doctor and asked what she should do. She unwrapped my bandages WITHOUT any gloves on and started touching my knees WITHOUT any gloves on!! She said that she needed to do an ultrasound and x-ray to make sure there wasn't a blood clot. I asked if I could get pain meds before they start doing that to me because I know they are going to be bending my knee's and they can't bend without being in extreme pain. The doctor agreed and said she would have them come give me meds before they took me to do any of that. An hour later still nothing, but x-ray showed up to take me and I said no I need pain meds before they took me. They said that they would come back. Another hour past by and still no pain meds, but now ultrasound was here. I said they could go ahead and do that since they wouldn't bend my knees. They took me up to ultrasound and did that, as the ultrasound tech was brining me back to my room guess who shows up, the xray techs. They stop me in the middle of the hall and said I needed to do the xrays. I told them again I still had not received any pain medication and they said it doesn't matter, they still need to take it. Of course the bend my knees in way's that cause me even more pain and ask me to hold it for a couple of minutes. They did it against my will. I finally made it back to my room, in even more pain than I was in before arriving at the hospital about 4 hours ago. At this time I still haven't even seen my room nurse. Finally I see her and she gives me pain medication 4 hours after being put into a room. The doctor comes in and tells me that ultrasound and xray was fine and then proceeds to tell the nurse to wrap my knees back up and that I could tell her how to do it since I saw how it was done. First off, no I have no idea how it was wrapped due to being under anesthesia when they did it, second, why do you not know how to wrap my knee back up?! Once again, the nurse again disappears for another hour. The doctor comes back in to see that she has yet to even bandage me back up. The nurse finally comes back in and bandages me up, very very poorly. My parents had to re-do it. It was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. At the end, the doctor has the audacity to tell me that if I feel like I need pain meds again that I should just go to Methodist Sugarland since they did the surgery and know what there doing. WOW. I would never ever go to this hospital for trauma, you would most definitely die.
North Cypress Medical Center continues to provide the best care for our Military Retirees and their families. I am always appreciative of the staff and medical Doctors. Thank you for serving our community.
Sincerely,

Dr Khan the cardiologist does not read case files , is ignorant and doesn't communicate efficiently with patients or staff. Terrible bed side manner.
Imaging and PFT departments are excellent. Betza from PFT test is great.. zack in Radiology front desk is always ready to help.
Thank you.
I went to the ER last night with severe pain in my head and neck. I sat in the overcrowded waiting room for over an hour, took a urine sample and had to hold my urine sample for half an hour before I was called back into a room. I finally got a room and waiting over 30 minutes just to see a nurse. 30 minutes after that I was seen by a doctor who said my headache was due to the bulging disc in my neck and left. 30 minutes after that a nurse came in and gave me 3 medications in my iv, one was benadryl. She said dont fight sleep and left. Benadryl for a bulging disc and a migraine??? Really??? Right before I fell into a deep sleep, i heard the nurses in the hallway talking about a "cocktail" they were giving patients with two other medications and benadryl. I woke up very groggy two hours later and was sent home. No medications were prescribed to me. I came home and fell into a deep sleep and when i woke up this morning i was hurting badly. Ive dealt with the pain all day but its night time and the pain is really bad. I called and spoke with some administrator and she said she would "make a note of it". What is wrong with these people??? How many "cocktails" did they administer last night and how many people are now in pain because they werent treated properly???
Don't play Pokemon Go there. It's not allowed. You're only supposed to use the walkways if you're a patient or work there apparently. I was stopped yesterday just walking around the ponds playing on my phone.
The security guard was very nice and I wasn't angry or anything but I was really disappointed that there are those 10 Pokestops and 2 gyms there and we're not allowed to use them.
Hopefully they will contact Niantic soon to let them know their policy so the stops can be removed. It is very tempting to go there because there aren't a whole lot of good places to play the game out here in the suburbs so a place like that with so many pokestops in a cluster is like a big beacon that says "come on in and play", especially with such nice walking paths, etc. but apparently it's not allowed.
As long as the stops and gyms are there though I think people will keep getting kicked off because it looks like a great place to play and there are no signs warning that it's against the rules or that it's private property.
I feel bad for the security guard because he has to keep telling people bad news after they think they've found a cool place to play and apparently some people have given him an attitude about it.
This place has gotten HORRIBLE ! I WILL NOT ever come back here ! Some nurses were awesome but they didn't outnumber the others that seem like they didnt know their job.
1. I had a "Dr.Thandi" who came in to see me everyday and the only thing that came out of her mouth was " You're going home today" EVERYDAY!!! ???
2. Numerous towels I was given were FILTHY !
Had brown stains, yellow stains, hair !!
3. When it came time to eat, I have a habit of wiping my silverware, i thought they were waterstains until i scrapped OLD FOOD OFF !!
THIS WAS A HORRIBLE HOSPITAL STAY.
FYI.. If your IV arm is hurting after your stay, be prepared to give them more $$ they wouldn't look at it after all the money they made. Said I could go to ER. Really?
On last week Monday, I came in to north cyrpress because I had fallen down the stairs in my home on that sunday and my back was killing me after I slept on it. I decided to go to North Cypress because it is much closer to me. I went in and wanted to see if I could get an X-ray because the pain had become unbearable. After I checked in, someone named Quan came in with a wheelchair to take me to examine me and to do my X-rays. Maybe he was new, or nervous, but he acted very unprofessional and almost like he didnt care about my pain. When I was in the wheelchair, I told him if he could slow down a little but he just kept almost rushing me while I was still in pain. When he started to do my X-rays he kept telling me to straighten up my back even though I told him why I was there (back pain) I told him that I was trying to stretch as much as possible but I could hear him laughing. I did not feel comfortable at all with that person. I think he needs to get trained and how to deal with patients who have back problems. We dont go there because it's fun, we go because we are worried and want to see what is going on.
Elderly lady with possible herniated disc in back in for multiple MRI's. Great deal of pain making movement difficult. Radiology techs were patient and went above and beyond to make this experience as easy and comfortable as possible. Could not have asked for better service
The staff in the Women's Center were very professional and friendly. They answered all my questions and we're concerned for my comfort while doing routine testing.
I want to personally recognize Steve from the Radiology Department at HCA Houston Healthcare North Cypress. After speaking with multiple individuals, he was able to assist me in obtaining time sensitive information regarding my husband s visit.
Steve helped me in every way possible and would contact me right away as promised. He returned my calls and showed empathy as he knew how stressful the situation was for me. Steve is a great person to have onboard the HCA Houston Healthcare North Cypress family.
Thank you, Steve!
My only issue was emptying the bottles, only one staff member diligently checked and emptied them. All other times I had to "call button" to have them emptied. Everything else was great. The food was excellent compared to what I was expecting - Five Stars!!! The staff was very respectful and helpful and I would recommend your services to my children and grandchildren. Thank you for taking care of me when I was not at my best!
I arrived to the ER at 5:30am Friday morning with a severe allergic reaction to an antibiotic I've been taking and received medical attention right away. I was admitted to the hospital shortly after and was beyond satisfied with all the nurses and staff that tended to me. Everyone was so patient, friendly, and helpful. I was also seen by an Allergist who took the time to explain to me how severe my allergic reaction was but in terms i could easily understand. He personally typed me out a detailed list of how I should take each of my prescriptions (there are about 9 of them). I felt well taken care of and was just overall very impressed.
The staff is very caring and attentive. They treated me very well and made me feel very comfortable while under their care. Wonderful staff and hospital.
Went to the ER because of food poisoning. The doctor and nurses took great care of me and are very professional.
HORRIBLY EXPENSIVE!!!!!FRAUDULENT EXORBITANT BILLING!!
I live in Arkansas and was visiting family in Houston. My son started to complain about sharp pain on his lower right side of his stomach. We worry about appendicitis and that he might need the appendix removed. After some testing, it was determined he was constipated. I got a bill for the ER visit for $14,000!
I drive over 700 miles to receive treatment at this facility. I would travel over twice that without any he
The inpatient hospital itself is just okay. Overall it is not the best place for pediatric patients as the inpatient staff do not have a lot of experience with kids and the equipment on hand is suited for adult patients. Also their billing department is really awful and the worst in terms of customer service. The hospital accidentally billed my Dental insurance instead of the Medical insurance in December 2013 for blood work and then they waited 10 months before sending me a nasty letter that stated they were not able to collect the payment from the Dental Insurance. So patients beware! Do not believe that any hospital fee has been paid in full at this hospital by your insurance company, bc Barney Fife works in billing. Also I advise recording the name of any persons spoken to in the billing department as they do not correct or update insurance information in a timely manner. Clearly this hospital has some administrative issues that need immediate attention. I hesitate to return here for services again as the billing was fumbled. In addition the Medical Insurance has the option of not paying now bc the claim was submitted so far past the date of service.
Been there 5 times as a patient . Nothing but good results. Good doctors, friendly staff, and a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended.
True professionals. They took very good care of me and my family.
Very friendly, attentive and professional. Couldn't have asked for better service.
Entire staff that I dealt with were courteous, caring and professional.
Read one star reviews first. The doctor and male nurse were abusive and insulting. The place is consistently terrible.
Most of the staff would be rude and make slick comments
Can't say anything but great stuff. Didn't know what was wrong but I knew it was bad. Not like I cut my finger bad but I'm 38 and have had no problems and work like a bulldozer but now I can't breathe and having weird abdominal issues bad. I had gone into heart failure and holding fluid in my stomach area which backed into my lungs, so it hurt to eat, and was hard to breathe.
I was in bad shape. They put me back together over the next 5 days and set me up with some wonderful Dr's to keep me on track. Thanks North Cypress!!!
If you are hurting or cant breathe -go get checked out, it could be the best decision you make...
Horrible hospital, horrible staff, horrible security. If you care about your own well-being or that of a loved one, do not go here. Jamie, the charge nurse on the 6th floor (she refused to give me her last name and hid her nametag) is a terrible excuse for a medical professional and not fit to take care of a plant, let alone a human being. She has no accountability for her actions and passes you off to the director of nursing, Adrian Bituin, who obviously supports her no matter how disgusting her treatment is. PATIENT BEWARE. Go anywhere else!!!
I took my husband to this hospital for what we thought was pneumonia. It ended up being stage 4 lung cancer. Every person in this hospital was professional, kind, compassionate, helpful and friendly. The treatment is excellent and they have most of the treatments that you can find in the medical center. They are willing to tell you if they don't. We were treated like people instead of like cattle through a revolving door.
Only giving two stars because the doctors are helpful and I ve never had a problem with them. Every single receptionist that works in this building is completely rude and unhelpful. I ve been going here since the end of last year and I have never once had a good experience trying to schedule an appointment or get basic information. One receptionist had the nerve to sit in front of me and constantly say your insurance won t pay this. There s no way your insurance will cover this. You won t be covered. Without even looking into the multiple surgeries I need to get. All I asked for was an estimated quote and that is the response I get. No quote. These women that work here are rude and highly unprofessional. I will be taking my complaints beyond a review because this is unacceptable. Patients are coming in spending thousands of dollars and are supposed to put trust into people with attitudes like this? I do not think so.
Bunch of Rats don't even give right treatment. But they sure want your money also half of there staff is usually on there phone as well.
Love going here for my medical needs. Then going to Which Wich for a Sandwich!
I was treated very well by technicians in the MRI facility. I also thank them for their patience with me.
DO NOT GO TO THE MAIN HOSPITAL ER! I was admitted thru the ER. While the hospital may take your insurance, the doctors do not. They don't tell you that! My insurance paid Dr. Tina Hill half of her outrageous bill for seeing me less than 15 minutes, and more than my doctor got paid for my week stay, but she wants more. Insurance hired auditor that said her bill in excess of normal fees, but she still wants more. Fraud. RIPOFF!
everything is great with North Cypress Medical center and remote emergency locations but their billing department doesn't have their act together. Every time I have been there I was over billed for the copay, not sure why they can not read the insurance coverage properly.
My doctor was great but the surgical facility mixed me up with another patient and then poked around for a vein, to the point I got nauseous. Procedure went well and then was rushed out of recovery. Very poor patient care
Good hospital, great people. They keep everything extremely clean. Everyone always has a positive and happy attitude. Very helpful whenever questions are asked. I know because I am currently a Dialysis patient.
Check in went smooth, no surprises and all the nurses and doctors were great.
Doctors, staff, facilities are all A1. Been there many times now and each time has been as pleasant as can be.
ER visit on 11/4 - kidney issues - pain was intense, but was managed by staff well. surgery later that night. 11/23 scheduled surgery - all went as planned, excellent delivery. Post Op was tense for a bit, pain meds from a concerned staff were on time and on point. Pre op nurses were quite animated. Would recommend this place to anyone.
The staff is always very pleasant, on time, and very helpful. i highly recommend North Cypress Medical Center
The staff and everyone else were as nice as can be and very, very friendly. As they did something it was explained to you what was going to happen. It was a pleasant experience.
Went to the ER and the staff was very helpful and informative, the staff was very nice.
Horrible service bad doctors/nurses I'd rather go to antother hospital than this one!
My sister was here for 10 days ~ she only had one issue regarding bed side matter ~ overall clean place
Excellent and Courteous care from check-in through discharge! Could not have been better!!! Thank You very much
Had total spine MRI. Scheduling was good. The technician was great! He was concerned with my comfort and well-being throughout the long process. He even helped re-schedule my last session so I would not have to go home, then come back. Thanks, man!
The nurses were on time and very friendly and courteous . I was on in out for two procedures in 30 min :)
Just watched multiple people (not workers) walk around the metal detector at the front. They had previously walked through it, but forgot something in their car and went back out, then skipped it on the way back in again. The woman sitting at the metal detector has been playing on her phone the whole time. I don't think she even saw the people walk around the metal detector. Their "security", is a joke. Those people could have walked back outside and retrieved a weapon and then come back in and skip the metal detector. Either get rid of the metal detector and have no security or use it properly. It's almost like it is just there to create a false sense of security for other patients and staff.
This Hospital service my family as my father was admitted for care. The staff was very hospitable to all family members professional and knowledgeable they treated my father with the upmost respect and we're always on top of their game.
Hospitals are usually not a good experience except in cases of birth and eventually we all need some type of medical service other than that as we grow older.
I would highly recommend this Hospital as for it confident physician, supporting nursing, intensive care nursing, ER and all custodial and cafeteria workers; they are wonderfully polite, accommodating and make you feel that you are the most important person in that hospital.
I rarely give this type of review of detailed nature, but thank you North Cypress Medical Center and all your staff.
This hospital is nice but expensive for people who don't have insurance to put glue on my son's ear after it got cut was $1424 for the hospital and $760 for the doctor Memorial Hermann is way much more professional and offers better rates and better discount to the people who can't afford to pay or don't have insurance.
Comprehensive care while I was there for a couple weeks. Friendly and attentive staff for the most part. It's only 4 stars because there were rampant pranking teens in the ER my first night. Like sometimes I would wake up to someone taking a selfie with me.. Security officers were eventually seen out in force and contained the issue, but whatever initial lapse in attention there was shouldn't ever be allowable.
I went into the emergency room with a dislocated shoulder, and it took them forever to put it back in. They were not busy, just incredibly slow. And on top of that they were very unfriendly and unhelpful.
Thank you for your help and care while I was there. I appreciate you very
much. Carol
Millions went into the decor here while people are dying cause the have no insurance. America sucks.
Doctor Lee Is awesome he. Sat down and listen to all my issue's all the staff was
Thanks to each person I met! Courtesy, promptness and understanding all very much appreciated. Even though this was a fairly routine procedure - it's not "routine" for me and all of you made it very easy for me.
