I like living here. Been living here for years. Nice and quiet. Doesnt take long to get repairs done when needed. Only thing that sucks is that they didnt offer a discounted month when i renewed my lease this time

My experience with these individuals was absolutely miserable. The staff never answers their phones, and they don't return calls. I found the only way to get a hold of them for anything was to submit an emergency maintenance request.
I called their staff one month to request an extension on my rent one month. She told me she would clear it through the broker and not to worry about it. 3 months later they are charging me 300 dollars in late fees for it. I finally got a hold of their staff to discuss it with them and they told me because I don't have any record of conversation that it didn't happen. Shame on me for not getting it in writing. Shame on them for operating a business without any form of integrity.
I would never rent from them again and would advise anyone else who is thinking about doing so to reconsider.

Well, my most recent xlnt experience, again, involved the response of the maintenance team, here. I'd called about a persistent leak from under the refrigerator. Jonathan glanced at the receded stain, said "that's from oil, the compressor is shot: New refrigerator." I asked how long. He said, "management has us keep new ones handy. We can replace yours in the morning." I got a new refrigerator at nine a.m. the next day. ... Only one of many first rate, blue ribbon, timely and professional maintenance experiences at Shorebird. Thanx very very much guys, yet again.

I've lived at Woodridge for just over five months ...

I've lived at Woodridge for just over five months and so far everything is great. Management is friendly and cooperative and maintenance is Johnny on the spot, at least to date. The maintenance big kahuna, Mike, left to get married and moved to a different city. He resolved several minor maintenance issues I had. He was great. The other maintenance staff member and a new person I am not familiar with, but the first issue that comes up will give me a better idea.

the management team at bear canyon apartments is great. Raquel, karinne and brookyn are competent, responsive and are doing a very good job with things like events and such information services as the newsletter. Maintentenance is on the ball and have quickly and professionally attended to
Two repairs in my unit. I attribute such items as no paper towels in the fitness room to a new corporate regemin with regard to expenditure approvals. I am happy here. Resident tim hicks.

This the worst management company I have ever had ...

This the worst management company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. I have been living in my apartment for many years and it was wonderful. I just received a text to tell them how they are doing. I was not allowed to choose anything but the best rating. So now I'm speaking out publically. MEB took over the property and don't keep up with the landscaping (which is one major reason I moved there in the first place), tress have died out, they removed most of the grass and what remains is brown and dried out and is more goat head weeds than grass. Management in their infinite wisdom placed a dog waste receptacle in front of my apartment. I detest the smell of dog waste. I had complained only to receive the answer of it's not ever going to be moved. They raise the rates by substantial amounts while I receive no such raises at my place of employment. How can I say this delicately....Don't ever live in this managements residences.

Horrible management at view at Catalina apartments! Where do I begin... I show up for the keys to my apartment on the day they said I was able to move in and they tell me we're still cleaning it. Come back in a couple hours. Finally get in the place and already had to put in a maintenance request for 6 things which we were promised would be fixed that day and didn't get fixed for a week. Worst maintenance crew I've ever seen. Every time they'd fix something, it broke again within a month. Total living in the place for only one year, I had to put in 23 maintenance requests, several of them being urgent. Our toilet broke 5 times! Every time I call them and they didn't come for about 3 days. So no toilet for 3 days, that's lovely! A/C stopped working on a 106 degree day, called the emergency line, they came 3 hours later, but didn't fix it till the next day seeing as they were the ones that didn't put free-on in the A/C. I can't believe I was paying these people 530 dollars a month for a crappy run down apartment which they refuse to fix properly.

Every time you try to complain to the management, they give you some excuse and blow you off. They told us the pools are heated and always swim able, that was a lie. In fact the pools were closed majority of the time we lived there or they were just freezing. About 6 fire code violations in our hallways alone. Half the time, the washing machine would work and the rest of the time it was broken. I will never ever rent from MEB again if they were the last rental place in America!

I previously lived in Woodridge Apartments for over 2 years. Ever since these apartments were sold by HSL to MEB this apartment complex has been going downhill. The management did not fix the lighting problem with the pool for at least 8 months since they acquired it from HSL. They are very reluctant to spend the money necessary to fix problems properly. I filed complaints about the pool lighting and the lighting in areas of the complex and stairwells with code enforcement and section 8 and the apartment complex management then made slanderous and false allegations with section 8 getting me cut off from section 8 and then I just packed up the stuff I could carry and left the rest behind and left. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone or any other apartment complex that MEB manages. There are plenty of snakes in Arizona and walking snakes working in the management at Woodridge and at MEB. DO NOT RENT IN ANY APARTMENT COMPLEX MANAGED BY "MEB".

Really terrible management company. My girlfriend and I share one of their apartments and the maintenance is always terrible and delayed. The crew they have working here are very nice, but obviously overextended and they must be told by MEB to he as unaccommodating as possible. I have never rented a place that takes so little care of its properties. We will never went from MEB again and we will do everything in our power to encourage others not to as well, including writing reviews, telling friends, and reporting this poor excuse for a company to the BBB.

I have lived here for 4 years. I have to say that the office personal, Maria, Tina, and Kat are all very professional and personal. The maintenance team is reliable and very quick to complete a work order and NOT leave a mess!
I would highly recommend this property and the AWESOME management team running it! Love this place and the people!

I have lived at La Terraza apts since Nov. 2015. First 4 new managers replaced in the first 3 months I lived there. I have never seen the same maintenance person for 9 months. Three apts are connected one is mine, we have had our roofs leak , hot water heaters broken, and coolers band aided together by an obvious untrained staff. I have put in over 5 work orders on the cooler. The motor was replaced at one point. One work order involved water running off my roof from the cooler for 4 days. Maintenance fixed it until 2 days later the water ran again for 1 day. The high cool stopped working now the cooler is completely broken and have been lent a portable air conditioning unit so I can really only survive in one room comfortably. The unit will not fit in the window I supplied the tape to the maintenance guy and we attempted together to seal the window but it will not seal and can not imagine my electric bill at end of month. I reported it on a Monday, maintenance could not fix it and now am being told that they will have a profession cooler company come on Saturday to "access" the problem with the cooler. I said I will pay for someone today and reduce my rent and was told it had to be an approved vendor......the manager became frustrated with me and I was told to call "Jill" waiting for an answer because of course I had to leave a message. Also yesterday my roof began to leak...........Neg stars for La Terraza. You can not post unless you put one star at least but as others have stated neg stars should be available.

I'm not sure if it's worth posting here or not. I've spoken to Kim and Carlos at the Camino Seco apartments, my reveiw will be directly pasted from the review at that site. Will attempt to post photos although you guys have it set up to block photos on rental properties.....So update on my reveiw, dated aug 14th 2018... Kim and Carlos will be upset but people need to see what their definition of clean apparently is. My parents moved here on the promise of a apartment being ready by the 6th ,was it, no. He walked us through. Roaches in the cabinets, roach feces on the wall in the cracks of the wall. I maybe took it upon myself to obviously clean in because in his words. If I expected him to wash the walls I was nuts ,we have two different definitions of clean. I'm not going to spend all day washing walls. He claimed there was no dog in the apartment before hand but there obviously was. He "the professional " washed the carpets the day beforehand and there was balls of dog hair in carpet. So to sum it up. They paid full price and a deposit had to stay in a hotel for 3 nights after getting here because it wasn't done. They had already wrapped 140$ into the application and which at the time was a holding fee and was supposed to be applied to the deposit, according to" Carlos "when they moved in. My parents didn't have much of a choice after driving over 1000 miles and low on cash waiting. Meb said they would reimburse the cash and still haven't, instead applied the money to the following month. As I emailed Kim ,they are on a budget because of there income. As of today they have 9$ no one has contacted them to fix the issue. Aside from Carlos banter and attacks nothing has been fixed. "Also he apparently painted a wall in the bathroom" How long must a person wait before a situation is fixed. Oh and to top it all off the amenities "the pool" has been down for going on 8 weeks. Maybe hire a actual professional to do the work. So a apartment that was supposed to be painted and professionally cleaned wasn't, they still paid a deposit, still waiting on a reimbursement, trying and trying to call anyone else at MEB is impossible so what does it boil down to. Make sure you see the apartment, don't pay on someone's word. He avoided us to another level and I'm not sure why he didn't take" the out" when I gave it to him. I literally called and asked him without a doubt are you sure. He then called my mom and said absolutely it will be done. So hopefully now someone at MEB will see the photos as I linked them to my gmail and apparently no one cares so now someone will. These are only a few photos, I have over 60, while i was cleaning the walls roach fecal came out of the brick absolutely disgusting. When I asked does this normally happen ,the answer was no. So he do we fix it. Get someone in to clean it again and return the deposit .... that's just my opinion....

Female Renters BEWARE!! I had a man on drugs try breaking into my apartment while I was home and then a man staring up into my window with binoculars. I have requested to break my lease and have a $2,000 early termination fee waived, which they refuse to make any exceptions. MEB staff has stated the concerns I have are very uncommon, therefore will not waive the fee and even suggested the man might be looking in the apartment below me (which a female lives in as well). Police have been involved and management refuses to make any exceptions. I have not felt safe since I moved in because in addition to these incidents, a week after moving in there was a swat team stand-off with a felon. Make sure you look up the break-ins too that were happening last year at some of their apartments. Safety is a serious issue!

MONEY GRUBBING CROOKS!!!! My 90 year old mother was forced into assisted living after multiple falls,her doctor concluded it was unsafe to return to her apartment. After 12 years and 110,000 dollars paid in rent MEB demanded 1900.00 to break her lease plus forfeiture of her deposit.
To add insult to injuries MEB had the nerve to send her a bill for 595.00 for cleaning fees.
They're demanding my 90 year old mother in assisted living with Alzheimer's-Dementia pay for a routine cleaning of a vacated apartment. This happened at the Van Buren Apartments.
It doesn't get much heartless than that.
STAY AWAY FROM MEB!!!

Thanks for you response Christy however your facts are incorrect. I stayed with mother after multiple falls so she could live independently as long as she could. It was understood with Mary that I would leave after mother had to leave or she passed. There was absolutely no offer from Mary to do a walk thru. The current occupants started moving in the day after I vacated. The apartment needed no repairs after 12 years!
The apartment needed nothing more than routine cleaning of any vacated apartment. If you would like to send me a reasonable bill for cleaning I'm all ears. 595.00 is outrageous given the fact people were moving in the next day.

The people who run the branch at a complex in Flagstaff are completely incompetent and don't even know how to do basic math. They are so unprofessional (not using any form of address, coherent English, or anything else) and they make no apologies for their horrible behavior. I went to the main MEB management services to complain and was pushed from person to person, and then ignored for over a month after spending all this time trying to explain the situation. They are the most awful company I have ever encountered, and I hope to god they go out of business soon. No one should deal with the crap they put me through. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

UPDATE: Someone from MEB called me directly. We had a lovely conversation about my issue and what I can expect as far as customer service moving forward. I m still wary of the on-site management, but my opinion of MEB has become more positive.

Original post: Just wondering why you re charging me for an additional water filter. Just bought one in July. It got clogged when the building shut the water off and air pressure built up and pushed calcium into the filter and clogged it. Now you re charging me for another one? Why don t you eat the cost and accept the responsibility for the mistake.

Oh, that s right! You re a management company. Your job is screw over the little guy while not taking any responsibility for any mistakes. Got it.

Please stop trying to convince your residents that you care about us. Please stop with the cheesy newsletters and videos online. If you want to show us that you re different, show it in your actions. Do the right thing. That s how you ll convince me you re not a soulless management company like all the others.

In case you need some specifics, I ve only lived here 9 months and here are some issues I ve encountered.

-Several instances of insects getting into the walls from the outside and laying eggs, leading to swarms of flies or moth larvae. Management s attitude toward the whole thing was basically, well, that s a bummer. They did nothing to help get rid of the insects.
-4 months with a leaky faucet in the bathroom.
-Many months without maintenance due to corona. While most of the world had figured out how to move forward with face masks and frequent hand washing, maintenance wasn t allowed into our apartments until September of 2020.
-The backyard constantly smells like pet feces.
-Recently, the water was shut off for a repair. When they turned the water back on, mine did not come back properly. It was almost a month before they would come back to restore my water. And then they charged me to fix the issue that they caused in the first place.

Is that enough? I can probably think of more.

Beware of recent positive reviews, tenants were given giftcards if they gave positive reviews.
The only positive this complex has over any other complex I've looked at is the greenery which is hard to come by in Tucson and the only reason I live here still. However with new management I have noticed the groundskeeping has been slacking lately, a lot of grass has died, and the grounds are poorly maintenanced now.
The apartment was filthy when I moved in and was not cleaned after I brought it to the staffs attention, I was simply told it was cleaned already. However there was dog hair everywhere, dust everywhere, visible grease in the kitchen, and the carpets hadn't been vacuumed nor cleaned. Several appliances had to be replaced due to the extensive dog hair that couldn't be removed and ended up on everything.
Maintence is very difficult to schedule, and often requires many calls to get their attention or you just have to wait until it becomes an emergency and then they will show up.
There is defintiely a pest problem at this complex, as I've checked with others and it isnt just my apartment either. Others have expressed concern over the rodents and roaches. After months of bringing it to the attention of staff it still hasn't been resolved, even with daily phone calls.
The most difficult part of living here is that it seems none of the staff actually talk to each other. Every time you call it's like talking to a brand new person and having to start over. It makes it very difficult to have your concerns resolved. Even more upsetting is being lied to and baited and switched when moving into the complex.
Just be sure to look at the unit you are moving into and have any contingencies written down. Otherwise, unless you really need the greenery, there are other places that are nicer and less of a headache that you can move into than here. Good luck.

So far my experience with Villa Toscana has been amazing, As a student I have limited time and being finals they have worked with me and made my life simple. The management seems friendly. I am hopeful my review will stay the same after I start my lease on the 22nd. The only thing I wish was the appliances were updated, That would bring my experience to 100%. Regardless, I feel people need to look at the reviews for the individual complex rather than MEB.

Meb Management rented us an apartment with high levels of toxic mold. After 3 days we became very sick. After we complained to management at Canyon Heights we got yelled at and treated like criminals. We pushed all the city officials. "Code Enforcement" "Legal Aid" "Fair Housing" "Carla Avalos in the mayor's office" finally Meb got us transferred out of there and promised through email they will have a restoration company come out and go a professional removal of the mold. They haven't done anything and the TOXIC apartment is up for rent for some other hard working innocent family to get sick and possibly die. Unbelievable. Meb is all about a quick $dollar at any cost. Even your family,your pets,your loved ones.

This realty company is really rude and not rental friendly at all. They sure know how to hound you for the rent when it is due though, when it comes to meeting your needs and request, FORGET IT!! I am very unsatisfied with this Realty company and the way they conduct business. I have four children and the Arizona is brutal in the summer time, the property owner is keeping the AC unit running on it's last fumes and the maintenance worker has stated more than once the AC unit is on it's last limb and NEEDS to be replaced. I'm pretty sure the property owner would not have his family in a house with a shot AC unit. To make things worst, I lived in the unit for two years and the bedrooms are carpet flooring, I'm renting not owning but do you think they came over to clean the carpets as soon as I renewed my lease??? No way, I was told it is the responsibility of the renter. I hate that I have been on time with rent but they do not take that into consideration but as soon as a single weed or right on the first of the month, they don't waist any time on immediately contacting you to remind you of the rent or the yard maintenance. Do yourselves a favor, if considering this Realty company for your next rental or home ownership, PLEASE do some extensive research before you make an offer or consideration.

One star is generous for this property management company. After leaving several messages with zero response for a week to schedule a tour of a rental property, I finally receive an email from Greg Cook and an appointment is scheduled. I show up to view the property Greg does not. I call the MEB office to hear that he has forgotten keys and is running late for our appointment. 10 minutes later I get a call that the property has been rented. When I expressed frustration that I left work early and had been sitting here for 20 minutes waiting, the response was at least I called you . Nice! They clearly are completely inept at their job. I would never recommend using this company as a tenant or landlord.

As previous reviews have mentioned, do not rent from this company. I am currently renting a house and it is turning into a nightmare. They just placed a charge on me for two service calls for the AC unit claiming "tenant negligence". The house still cannot maintain a temp below 83 degrees during he summer. They will find ways to lie and steal money from tenants so beware.

We wish we could give zero stars! Stay away from MEB. We hired them to help us rent our home about 2 years ago. Our savings account number was entered incorrectly by Megan so when it came time for us to receive our money by direct deposit from our tenants the money wasn t in our account. It went into a total strangers account. We received not one apology from Megan about this grossly negligent mistake. They never answer their phones, and they take forever to respond to your email. Megan also canceled our utilities without telling us after the tenants moved out. Now we get to pay our utility companies reconnection fees instead of transfer fees, which is more money. Please stay away from MEB. You can do a better job renting out your home on your own!! We will never go back to MEB. They can t even do the bare minimum!!!!

I haven't been living here nearly as long as most ...

I haven't been living here nearly as long as most of the residents but this is a pretty tranquil community. The beautiful scenery along with the excellent and understanding staff makes for a great place to live. Just note, I work from home and don't leave very often but when I do stretch my legs, I am always greeted with warm smiles and a "Howdy!" Sort of demeanor from people I encounter. Not to say this is a biased opinion, I have lived in some really bad places but you can tell that the management here love this place as if it were their home as well. It really does seem like they have big plans for this place in the coming months/years and I don't plan to move out of here for a long while just because of how they work with you.

Now, this place is great but it does have some down sides as well, naturally. Here are my personal opinions:

Good:
Management are quick and attentive. They make sure to address your concerns as quickly as possible.
Like their banner states, they love pets. They get to know the furry residents just like anyone else. That personal touch seems exemplary to me.
The apartments themselves are very professional. Management have expressed their desire to upgrade all of their apartments over the next few years just so all the residents can have an update to newer/more efficient innovations like the new apartments they have been working on as of late.
Seems weird but the people who work at the local pizza shops seem to know the customers who live in these apartments. It's pretty cool to know that it's a tight knit community.
The complex itself is pretty quiet for the most part. Apartments on the back of the complex have more kids than the front but that doesn't seem to affect anyone.
(For those of you who might be interested in this position) The bills here are pretty cheap for electric and the misc they add to the rent. It never feels like they add anything that isn't of value or like you are getting ripped off. As I live in one of the newer units, the electric is easily under $100 a month for having the temp set to 72 and smart bulbs always on while running PC stuff most of the day. Thats thanks to the new windows/AC they had installed.

Now for the bad stuff:
I'm not a huge fan of the wooden shutters they have in the windows. They leak quite a bit of light at night so unless you have curtains or something to hang in the window, it will be pretty bright at night.
They have vending machines on the property and that just begs me to spend spare change I have. So far, the only one on a diet here is my piggy bank.
The walls don't seem too thick but if you are like most residents here who rarely make noise, that's not a big deal.
The lights on the porch area stay on all night, which goes back to the shutter comment. I'm not a big fan of light when trying to sleep but I understand why they have them on.
Not sure if it's a down side but there is a phone jack in the apartments? It's like keeping a small 11x9 picture of Blockbuster Video in your house. Weird but not bad.

There isn't much beyond that. I believe there might be more that some people may not like about this place so to each his own but from my own perspective, I like it here and I would easily recommend it to anyone looking for a change in scenery. If you are interested in knowing more, I urge you to give Kat a call. She knows a ton and will gladly help you to the best of her abilities. Wouldn't hurt to stop by and give it a look!

EDIT: I noticed my review was for the MEB Management and not the Apartments I currently reside in. The Apartments I live at are the Woodridge Apartments located on Speedway. My review is relevant to this place and not the HQ of MEB.

I live at La Entrada apartments in Tucson. This is a property that #MEBmgmt manages. There is a problem with the entrance gate that keeps reoccurring. There is metal on metal contact every time the gate opens and closes. I live in the building that is next to the gate. This sound is very loud and high pitched. It has kept me awake several nights in the past. This problem is currently occurring. I have spoken to the office and they have stated that there is nothing that they can do. I told them that it has been left open in the past when this problem occurs, but they are unwilling to leave the gate open this time, or fix the gate. They do not care that the sound it makes will keep me awake at night!

Wendy does not return calls. They do not care about residents i have called and called and called no response i have sent wmails with pictures no response. I am contacting a news station today. The sad part is that i have been an upstanding tenant. I have been patient. Now i have construction in my backyard with no tape or warning signs. I have no back yard the maintenance men are rude. And your management took over not 3 months ago now everything has gone to crap. The way and time it took for this to get handled is going on 10 days. I am utterly disappointed.

I dont usually go as far as to write negative reviews when i have a bad experience, but this has just gone too far. Meb unfortunately bought out the apartments that I WAS very happy living in. Since that time, they have "lost" my money orders for rent one month, insisted I pay the rent twice, which I had to do to avoid an eviction. They never answer their phone, and you will not recieve a call back. If you have a maintenance issue? Good luck! I have made 5 seperate calls about my air conditioning this summer. They REFUSED to fix it until the compresser had gone out completely, after months of my apt bring 80 degrees plus. After it was "fixed" the vents immediately began pouring smoke. I called about it, got no answer, called again, no answer, called a third time, no answer. I had to go to work. Called a 4th time from work and finally got an answer. They were sending someone "right out" and they would let me know when they find the problem with my BRAND NEW ac. Waited 4 hours, of course they never called. So i called them (3 times to get an answer this time) and was told "don't worry, we sent maintenance out, it's fixed." Came home, problem was not fixed, called maintenance, who showed up at my house DRUNK and reeking of alcohol. Asked him what exactly he fixed when he was there that morning. (We only have one maintenance man, for a 300+ unit complex. But that's another story) he informed me that he was never at my apartment that morning. He was not even aware of the problem. ( to be fair that could have something to do with his drinking on the job) so the front desk flat out lied. Allowing my daughter and i to breathe in whatever that thing is blowing out of the vents for hours. The manager Cara is one of the rudest individuals I have ever encountered. Her staff is not much better. If you bring a problem to her attention you are just being "unreasonable" and "defensive." Since MEB bought this complex it has become so trashy. It used to be a nice place to live, now the grass is overgrown and yellow, plants and trees are left to die and eventually be pulled out. Trash EVERYWHERE, more broken down abandoned cars in the lost then cars that are actually being driven. A concrete stair outside of my apartment broke off, they replaced it with a piece of plywood. On top of all this, the rent is going up! When i called the corperate office to bring this to their attention, it took 3 voice messages to get a call back. But, at least they called. That's more then i can expect from the leasing office. i am moving out the second my lease allows. I urge you to not make the mistake of moving in.

I am a resident of the Siverbell Springs Apartments managed by MEB Management Services. I re-located from out of state. I can not express how helpful the on site office staff, Maria and Katrina, were in making such a stressful event so much easier. I literally accepted the apartment sight unseen. The apartment is awesome. Fully remodeled and with a mountain view. Fellow residents are quick to greet you with a cheery hello. The grounds are well kept and maintained at all times. Maintenance staff are quick to address any needs and always wave as they scoot about the property on their golf carts. The pool, gym and common area are modern and always clean. It is a pleasure and honor to be a member of this apartment community. If you are looking for an apartment, please do stop in and see the friendly leasing professionals Maria and Katrina as they will always greet you with a genuine smile and kind words.

This is for the Galeria de Coronado property they own in Sierra Vista, AZ. The management and maintenance team located on site (Tammy and John) are helpful and prompt when dealing with residents and issues that arise. No complaints about Tammy or John. The only issues/concerns I have are in relation to the owners of the property. First is design of the homes. The only thing that could possibly come from the design is that low cost to build overtook common sense. Two sets of lights in the kitchen plus large light in dining area and another set in entryway at front door, yet no lights in living room. Upstairs has a fan in only the master bedroom, no fans in the 2 other bedrooms. No lights at all in any of the 3 bedrooms but we have 2 sets in the small hallway in between all bedrooms. Get a fan with lights...they don't cost much more than a regular fan. I don't know many people (if any) that do not need or want lights in their rooms. The heating/air conditioning is terrible. The upstairs is always blistering hot while the downstairs is cold. Electric company and maintenance has been here so many times to try and figure out how to even out the temperature and nothing. It's come to the point where I just wear extra warm clothing downstairs and strip down when I get upstairs. Walls are super thin and hear everything from neighbors through the wall. Then comes rent of these homes. Most are military personnel that live here and the cost of rent is above BAH. Anybody can look online and see what the DoD determines to be the cost of living for Sierra Vista. If you're a smart owner/management, you take this into consideration when determining your rent and who makes up your renters. Jacking up the prices again is only going to cause you issues in the long run. No one is going to turn around and recommend a property that is expensive to live in and tell them to pay $300-500 extra out of pocket per month.

I love living here. I feel safe. The location is perfect., next to a park, grocery store, drug store, shopping, library, exercise club and biking trail. The maintenance men just do their job & do it well. The office women have the answers. I enjoy the fact that FedEx and UPS and Mail can leave packages in the office so we can sign for them. The pool is heated during the winter months. We all use it & the hot tubs & the gym at different times & all hours. Open 24/7. I Love Living Here and YOU WILL TOO ! MJT

These people are crooks. When I left my last place, they charged my roommates and I out the a** for things that did not need any fixing and they even made up charges that neither existed or made any sense. They are also very mean, unhelpful, and completely not understanding. I highly recommend if you're trying to find an apartment and see that MEB is the realtor, the place is not worth it.

I have lived in my complex for 2 years and meb just took over less than 3 months ago and there has been so much unprofessionalism from Taylor who works here and is the manager in the front office, it is appalling. She clearly listens to some of the folks who gossip about others and believes their made up stories and her favorites get special treatments and are allowed to do stuff that she threatens to evict others for. The place is over run with bugs all kinds. I am moving out in 4 weeks but I would hope to never have to rent from one of their properties again

I like the fact that it is a smaller complex and has many long time residents. It's nice watching the sunsets from my balcony and it's pretty quiet here. Covered parking and my car is right below my bedroom window. Location is very convenient to everything I need. Life is good.....

I moved to Silverbell Springs Luxury Apartments from Puerto Rico several months ago and I love it so far !! The location is excellent, close to shopping centers, restaurants, supermarket, etc. The place is very quiet, nice, they keep it very clean, and the pool area is my favorite. I thank the staff for helping me during the entire moving process and have my apartment ready for my arrival. Thank you!

I have lived at the Springs apartments for over 11 years. I have found living here to be safe and well kept. The Staff are all very helpful and nice, and the maintenance team are very efficient in taking care of the work orders when needed. I would recommend renting a unit here.

Love living here at Port Royale! Office staff and maintenance are spot on. Major shopping hub is two minutes away yet we are butted up to the desert. Great for taking walks and breathing the desert air. The renovations made my home even better. Plan to live here for a loong time!

Beautiful apartments, can't wait to see how they are going to make it better with the upcoming renovations. Very clean, no noise, maintenance is very prompt, the staff is very polite & courteous, & when they have a community event they don't cut corners & go cheap. They make it feel like an actual celebration. They 4th of July event was fantastic & they had an excellent turn out. Lupe & her girls actually enjoy doing nice things for our complex.

I am writing to you in this forum because I have been ignored even after i have filled out and sent your contact form twice in the past month attempting to discuss the fact that erroneous charges were placed on my account and then sent to a debit collector before I even knew the Apartment manager placed the charges on my account.

I contacted the management company about this issue before and was sent back to the apartment complex to have them "fix" things. The manager and asst. manager were unwilling to resolve this issue, instead they told me that I would have to contact the debt collecting agency to resolve the charges. I mailed the debt collecting agency my proof of erroneous charges and they never contacted me and when I contacted them to see if they had received my proof. They informed me that they had indeed received my proof and then told me I would have to talk to the apartment complex manager. I am done with the run around. Please send the the contact information (email and snail mail) of an individual who can and will help me resolve this issue amicably.
UPDATE: as of April 17, 2017 there has been no resolution to my issue. I was passed back and forth from corporate to the apartment complex (Sedona Springs) and back. One person (from the complex) states that she spoke to the collection agency and had them remove some of the charges, while other charges were still under review. Well, the charges were never reversed and because she would not respond in writing I have no way to hold her to her word. On that subject, I have not heard from anyone since my last communication to Sedona Springs, in which I told them I would only communicate in writing. Says something about their lack of honesty when dealing with tenets and ex-tenets. I had actually hoped to be able to come back and give a positive review. However, saddly, that is not the case.

I have been very satisfied with living at Treehouse Apartments. All staff are very professional and very responsive to my requests. The location is totally perfect since I don't own a car and it's very close to the SunTran bus stops. The building maintenance is top notch. I feel very safe. There are frequent social events that allow members of the community to get to know each other. I especially appreciate having an exercise room on the property which I use almost every day. Thank you for providing an excellent living experience.

I live in Copper Creek apartments right now and was told at first that we would have free electric as advertised on the banner hanging up outside and yet I'm paying 120 a month for electric how is that free electric. Told office they said oh well they don't care. Now my apartment is infested with cockroaches and the past three months I've given the office a chance to fix the problem and I've been sprayed 5 times plus baited twice and still infested with cockroaches. I'm about to report this apartment complex to pima health department because I gave two little daughters here with me and I'm medically highly allergic to cockroaches. Ever time call the office no one answers I go to the office no one is ever there and when I talk to them they tell me and my family to deal with it ourselves this is total Bullshit and I will be calling pima health department and reporting this plus I will be leaving this place and getting my deposit back to live somewhere else MEB is a joke in Tucson learn to respect your clients and remodel apartments most MEB properties I've seen look like they still 1970 appliances.

We have done business with MEB for years and years. Everyone over there are great! Very easy to work with. They pride themselves on making sure their communities are at their best and take very good care of not only their vendors but their residents as well. We have employees that have or do rent from MEB as well and have never had an issue! We'll work for these guys forever! Amazing company!!

My apartment complex, Casitas At San Marcos, was purchased over to MEB and new Management took over ambiance of location changed. Lack of communication. Lack of personalization. I didn't feel like I was ever part of the community but just another dollar sign. The property manager never responded to phone calls. When we moved over we received our deposit check that was just a couple dollars and no info what was deducted. They never followed up with my phone calls on it as well. Due to technical errors I was billed wrong and had to make up for it 3 months later making my normal cost about half as much more. Honestly I felt cheated. Maybe the law was on their side but when it came down to being empathetic it was highly missed. Cost of their apartments is no different from a home. Rent a home if you can.

Do not let this company run your property for you they will run it into the ground. For example I m at a really good complex the owners had meb take care of of the place for like two weeks and then we re fired. Because of how horrible they are. If you look at the ratings of other properties runned by meb you ll see that they have bad ratings.

Manager at canyon heights apartments TAYLOR is very RUDE, UN PROFESSIONAL, and NOT MANAGEMENT MATERIAL. Moved out of canyon heights and she sent me to collection saying i left carpets dirty when i own my own carpet cleaning business. i Would wash my carpets every month and not wear shoes in house. When i got a call from collection office went to talk to her. She cussed me out saying i was dirty and left my apartment a mess. Which is not true. Had my employees come help back and clean apartment. She cussed me out told me to leave and tried calling the police. She is very bad lady and dont know how she has a job there. Every since she came to canyon heights its been a night mare. People leaving cause she is so UN PRO.... If she worked for me i would FIRE HER> BAD FOR BUSINESS<>>>>>>

We rented at Mission Palms apt for 3 years and enjoyed our stay. Each year we rented A "furnished unit for 3 month and each year we complained to management about the drab uncomfortable worn out furnishings. Nothing changed but we liked being their so we kept coming back.
Last winter we got a new dinning room table because the one we had fell apart.
That's the only upgrade we received in 3 years. We also asked if the pool temperature could be raised a few degrees but it never was. Last year the hot tub was broken and it took several weeks to get repaired.
We are not renting this coming winter because you as management decided not to furnish corporate sweets anymore. So we looked for and found another complex with furnished units and with more modern and tasteful furnishings.
We will miss the friends we made at Mission Palms.

I m only giving one star because I have to I wouldn t even give a half a star this company is that bad
If your current apartment complex is being sold to Meb management run as fast as you can my complex was sold recently to them and I have never seen such unprofessional conduct in my life. Work orders go ignored to the point tenants are going to old maintenance techs in the complex or hiring their own. There s an apartment next to me that has sat vacant for 6 months and it s an absolute wreck.

The office staff ?? Well one doesn t know which way is up she can never answer a question . The other 2 are just straight up awful the man in the office Marcus is rude, condescending, never ever friendly and the lead office lady is even worse she yells at tenants dismissed their concerns and comes off very rude .They don t put in work orders or ignore them all together. The only time you ever see them outside the office is to smoke. The maintenance staff is a joke they couldn t fix a thing if their lives depended on it and you never see them either.
The landscaping and overall care of the complex has gone downhill greatly trash, grass is dying the pool is chipped and never cleaned. The previous staff was always friendly and accommodating I ve seen so many long term tenants leave because of this new company so my advice?? Run as far and fast as you can from MEB

Where do I begin? I showed up at their office the day of my move in to pick up the keys to my new home. I was told that they hadn't finished making the keys to my place yet and that I would have to wait. Do you know where your office is, MEB? It's in the middle of down town. Not only did I have to wait an hour and a half for them to show up with the keys, I had to continue to feed the meter where my car was parked to avoid being ticketed or towed. After living in the home for less than two months, 2 leaks were found during monsoon season. One in the kitchen and one in my bedroom. I alerted Megan/Leslie immediately. A giant mold spot showed itself by the time they could get the leaks fixed. They were incredibly slow at getting this (HEALTH) issue taken care of. I had to be moved out of my bedroom and it was a struggle to get them to compensate us on the rent considering we were down one bedroom and a kitchen. Our garage door broke twice and had to be replaced. These issues were out of MEB's control, but the way they handled the severity of the situations were not. They also charged us an outrageous yard cleaning fee 2 weeks AFTER we moved out (and after monsoons hit causing weeds to pop up in that time we had already moved out). I wouldn't deal with these "professionals" again if my hair was on fire and they held the monopoly on liquid.

My husband and I live at Silverbell Springs Luxury Apartments and we are really happy here. Maria and all the staff are friendly, professional and helpful. The grounds are impeccable and this place is so quiet and peaceful! We had a neighbor that was out of town for weeks and had loads of packages delivered, and they stayed safely at the door. It really showed us how safe the complex is. The gym is clean and well equipped. We highly recommend this place to anyone.

I would have rated 5 stars, however, the company that is used for the bill for our rent and utilities, RealPage, is not fulfilling the obligation of getting us our Bill's in a timely manner. We are supposed to receive them between the 15th and 20th of the month, but we do not receive them until after the 20th, more times after the 25th. I lived here for 6 years prior to this and we never had an issue with ConService. There was no issue with them when I moved back in either. I would rather go back to ConService than keep using RealPage. I have attempted to file a complaint with RealPage both by phone and online to no avail, according to the person I spoke with, it is not possible to file a complaint.
