If I can, I would give this place no stars at all....

If I can, I would give this place no stars at all. It doesn t even deserve a single star!

This week, we were speaking with an employee named Jesus O. We were set to see a vehicle with him. We communicated via email the whole time and he made it seem like everything was fine. We updated him of the estimated time we would get there since we lived pretty far away and there was so much traffic driving up to the dealership. He said no problem and that he ll see us there. Well guess what? When we got there, another employee told us that Jesus WAS ACTUALLY NOT THERE. (Ok weird) Then, the second employee showed us the vehicle we were interested in, let us be for a couple of minutes then came back to tell us the vehicle was already sold.... I am not bitter about the vehicle being bought by someone else. What bothers us is the fact that Jesus O. made us drive ALMOST 2 HOURS to the dealership just to get there to be ghosted and be told that what we came for is actually not available anymore after we wasted our time and money on gas. It is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I have worked with customer service and it does not take effort nor time to simply send a message to update your clients. He could have saved us so much time rather than having us drive almost 2 hours, then not show himself and have someone else do the job of telling us. That definitely is not a professional way to handle situations.

SO IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE DECEIVED AND DISRESPECTED, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I hope this review helps you so you can save your time to spend in a place which is actually worth it.

I was satisfied until I discovered the document man had sold me a "NON Ford" extended warranty plan in addition to the Ford plan. I called my salesman and got no response. I am trying to delete the extra extended plan.

Brought in Ford Fusion for a inspection, they forgot to check my transmission fluid. A couple weeks later, heard weird noises while shifting gears. Transmission was almost empty. Could have been caught early if they would have inspected it.

Very courteous in the service department, & very thorough in my truck check up. Always willing to explain everything to me that I don't understand. They give me courtesy rides back to my office, & pick me up again when my truck is ready. You can't beat that.

I would rate zero stars, but couldn't figure out that option. Sales process is smooth. Pray your car doesn't need maintenance or warranty work post purchase. Repair 1, had my car for 30 days, little to no communication, I had to call every 3 days for an update or it might have been 45 days. I was told it would be a week as it was a transmission replacement under warranty. This week the starter went out and I realized their finance department never sent me my premium warranty paperwork. Was told it would be 5 days for them to pull the file but they could email me the information to get me the warranty contract number and company it is with the same day. That was Wednesday, I had to call back today again and get it. They had the wrong warranty number on file and didn't know what company it was with, but gave me 2 possible companies. I had to track it down myself. I've spent 3-4 hours on the phone over 5 days just to initiate a tow.

I will say their service manager Paul, who finally took over was able to release me from the obligation of having to use their dealership for service pretty quickly. Paul is new, so there may be some hope for NCF, BUT- based on my 2 cars, $60,000 spent, numerous un-returned voicemails and a few people there is customer facing positions that just shouldn't be dealing with people, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. I actually heard employees having a conversation in the background of my call with one of the managers have a casual conversion with about 5 F bombs in it. No class, no service, all about getting deals done and approved. No follow through with ANYTHING after you sign the contracts.

First off, I have not purchased a new car in over 20 years.Farah changed that for me. Her easy demeanor and approach made me feel totally comfortable throughout my shopping experience. I stipulated up front my expectations. Not only were they met, but Farah and the North County Ford team went above and beyond to accommodate me. I want to take time to also give mega kudos to Patrick in sales, Mike in finance, and George (Farah's sales manager) for making sure all my expectations were met. Talk about a first class team! They are AWESOME!!! If you're in the market for a new car, I highly recommend North County Ford and specifically Farah from the sales team! Thank you so much for the awesome experience! I love my new Ford!!!

We had an excellent experience with sales person Brent Drake. Brent was genuine, kind, knowledgeable and had fantastic follow through. He extended his cell phone to us and called us back very quickly with answers. Our finance gentlemen was also extremely kind to our whole family. We came in with our two little girls and he quickly gave them colorful ink pens and paper to draw in while we finished our paperwork.

Thank you all for being so kind and helpful! We are very happy with our new car!

First time, just because their service department ...

First time, just because their service department are honest, I am thinking buy Ford car again. I've been struggling deal with the garage people and other car dealers, it is very hard to find an honest good service out there, some dealers or garage people instead of repairing my car, they do trick things on my car, cause once I pulled my car into garage or other dealers and left, problems started pop since then, here and there, every couple months late on. I was sick of the other dealer and garage people I got, and pulled the car to this dealer, they fixed all problems and the fee was reasonable and the big thing is I've been driven the car peacefully for years now. Now that I got good service department, what am I going to do when buy a new car? I pull up a list of good sides and bad sides for choosing different models and makers. "Has a professional and yet most honest maintenance service" is one of the big good item in the good list of Ford car side now.

We went in to inquire on a rental car til the parts come in for our recall. The Service Advisor Doug let us know that the parts were coming in tomorrow & scheduled us for the next morning. I was on a time crunch for a meeting & he assured me my car would be done in time. He was spot on for the time. Thank you Doug.

Took my Ford F-250 in because the ring and pinion ...

Took my Ford F-250 in because the ring and pinion went out in my rear differential. Had it fixed no problem. While still in service I was informed that my high pressure oil pump was leaking. Fixed that too easy. My truck was in the shop for 13 days total. I ve lived all across the country and had vehicles serviced at multiple Ford Service Centers, and when I say I have never had a more questionable and unprofessional handling of my vehicle(s) and parts as I did during the extent of this servicing. I could only get off early enough from work to pick up my truck close to closing time of the Service Center, unaware of the unprofessional handling and quality of the service until I got home. I have a S&B after market cold air intake installed. I installed it myself with the close instruction of a S&B professional supervising and instructing me, while following an instructional video on YouTube. When I picked the truck up the air intake, installed 3 days before, was absolutely mangled. It was jammed and thrashed into the containment box. The intake routing tube was shoved so far into the box that the filter could not be pulled out to be cleaned if need be. Additionally, it was forcing the filter against the other side of the box against the wall. The securing bolt for the entire intake was missing and the box could be easily pulled free and moved. I went back to the dealership the following morning and the associates were awesome but the manager seemed as if he didn t really care. I have photos that are date and time stamped but his excuses was If I could have seen it as it was when you picked it up. Why would I drive around with an improperly mounted air intake after discovering it as such. He then stated There will be a talk given to the technician (who was off for the last two days conveniently) and we can order a new filter that s all. There s no refunds that can be given. I spent thousands of dollars to have my vehicle serviced by professionals and the result was anything but. I continued to ask the manager what then makes me trust you as a professional and even an honest man? Work was done but not quality or professional care was given. So how does unprofessional work constitute the professional sum of money I payed for them to damage my brand new $300 cold air intake? The manager was not hearing my point of professionalism and as to why it is okay for me to pay large sums of money only to receive the quality of work expected by someone advertising auto services with no credibility. Severely disappointed that as a long time Ford customer the focal points of good quality service couldn t be met (by the technician) and understood (by the manger) and a reimbursement couldn t be given to reflect the quality of work actually done. I ll be informing everyone I can to be weary of the care you expect to receive from anyone not at the front counter of the service department. It s all pretty questionable.

I have bought several vehicles here. Every time I have gone in, the sales people are awesome. They are not pushy, very helpful, answer every question I have. They have also done a lot of maintenance and repairs for me over the years. Every time my truck was fixed well and well priced. The customer service here is awesome. They always make sure that I'm satisfied. 5 stars all the way!

This was the last place I went because I expected sleaze ball car salesman.
Much to my surprise my experience was great. I had gone to 5 other places in 2 weeks and I found what I was looking for here and I think it was because of the great customer service and the lack of greasy car sales person.

We leased a 2014 Explorer at this dealership on June 11 with the intention of registering it in Idaho where we live. We previously had purchased a new Ford Edge at this same dealership and had a good experience. That is why we returned. It seems now, however, this dealership has gone "downhill" and is currently fatally understaffed because they cannot get the necessary paperwork to Idaho so that we can register it here. Today is August 15 and still no paperwork---not even any communication as when they intend to address the problem! They have our cell phone numbers. From what we can tell we are not the only customers suffering the same problems.

Today I had a 10:00 am appointment for just an oil change at North County Ford. I arrived at 9:45 am. No one was at the service island so I parked and walked inside to the service desk. My presence was acknowledged but then I waited almost five minutes before a service writer helped me. I informed her that I have an appointment for an oil change only. She asked me if I wanted a ride home saying it would be 2.5 to 3 hours. (No phone call?) Stunned, I verified that I only wanted an oil change and I have an appointment. She said they "were a little behind." I cancelled the appointment and left. I have patronized this dealership for years. I bought the car there. It has been exclusively serviced there. However, it appears they do not value my business. They lost a customer today.

I went there to check a 2017 Ford F150 with 13k miles, I was ready to buy and drive it but i noticed a few things were broken on the truck. It had a broken bed-liner or it wasn't installed correctly, a door lock pin missing and the worst of all a broken center console door and the interior was dirty. I thought I was going to buy a truck from a FORD DEALERSHIP not a independent lot. The sales person said they will not fix what was broken fix, they said truck was as-is. I wasn't expecting this from a franchise, it looked like i was buying a truck on the streets. Very disappointed.

I would give no stars if it were an option. Brought my vehicle in for standard maintenance, an oil change and brake replacement. The brakes have been grinding since the replacement. Took it in two additional times for the brakes. I was told the brakes had a seal that was filed and the following visit I was told by the tech that the brakes are made of bad material and those particular brakes are not good for my car.

The manager insisted I have the brakes replaced with the same type so he can inform corporate that it's a bad batch. Basically, "drive with bad brakes until I feel like doing the right thing". Looks like I'll be reluctantly returning a 4th time. I would not recommend this place for any kind of decent service or products.

Went to get a key fob replaced and reprogrammed and we gave them both our spare and main set of keys to the sales clerk. Our main set has now come up missing and the clerk is disputing it. So now, thanks to this ford dealership I only have one key to my car and have to pay to get a new house key and mailbox key. The salesmen are like vultures and I will not go back to this dealership again. And yes we tore apart our car and the guest area looking for these keys.

I reached out to North County Ford for answers to some questions I had about a new truck. I think I was very lucky in being able to speak with Trevor Martin for several reasons: he has a wealth of knowledge about these vehicles and was able to explain it's features as well as compare and contrast them with their competition (I don't believe the F150 has any competition actually and Trevor reinforced my belief). Secondly, Trevor was personable, professional and easy to talk with. Third, I think Trevor's store has some vehicles that might be just right and I'm sure I'll speak with him very soon. Thanks, Trevor for doing such a good job.

If I could rate this place it would be zero stars . We got a car from here and 2 months later it was having issues. We called first before taking it in and the person who we spoke to said they can check it out because the car was hardly drivable . Once we got there one of the guys in the front desk denied us right away and told us to go somewhere else because they didn t specialize one that model . He was so inconsiderate as well as another guy that just jumped in our conversation ( very unprofessional ) . We brought up the 3 month warranty and they said they still couldn t do anything because they don t have people who know that model . Thank god we found another auto shop with more helpful people who heard us out and right away said they can help. Save your money and go to small business instead of this place ! They don t tell you everything when you buy a car! All they want is their commission and don t care about their customers never again will I step a foot in here!!

UPDATED 6/24/20. I called the phone number shown in the reply by the owner at 10:30 AM today. Got the voice menu, chose Service menu option, after about 5 rings was greeted with the dreaded "Mailbox option you have chosen is full" so you can't even leave a message. To poor a job to even hire a minimum wage worker to answer the phone and take messages. AWFUL!!!Think I will call Ford customer care to lodge a complaint about this dealer. Never answers the phone and never returns calls left for service or sales. Have to take my cash elsewhere and would avoid this dealership like the plague.

DO NOT BUY OR DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP...

DO NOT BUY OR DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, A DISGRACE TO THE COMPANY, Ford Motors Company !!!!!

I bought a Ford Explorer 2014 Certified Pre-Owned (CPO), From North County Vista Ford in December of 2015. At first, like always, it seems like you are dealing with a serious and respectful dealer. Unfortunately, the reality could not be more different from that first impression. I bought this car Online . We dealt with Trevor Martin, supposedly the Online Sales Manager. He was very nice during the purchase, and then after we started having issues with the car he never responded any calls, and instead we were sent to deal with one of the Sales Managers, Abraham (I do not know his last name, but there is only two SM and he is one of them). He was extremely rude and condescending from the very beginning. Absolutely HORRIBLE and TERRIBLE service from this man.

The car was driven after they told us it was going to be towed, one the many lies they told us. (These miles were not credited, or anything. They told us it was going to be towed, and to our surprise it was driven) to my home in Woodland Hills, CA. We thought we were getting a great deal for our family car. BUT NOOOO. ABSOLUTELY NO!!!!!

1 hour after we received the car we drove it to the groceries store, and the Driver s Door opened on its own, and it was terrifying. The door s handle was broken and the latch was stock on open. We tried closing it, but bounced right back, absolutely terrible and terrifying. Then after we inspected the car there were multiple things that were broken, and we fell under the assumption that buying a CPO car was the best option/deal for our finances and our family. THEY DID NOT FIX ANYTHING. THEY LIE AND DO NOT CARE WHERE, HOW, OR TO WHOM. COMPLETELY DISHONEST.

We contacted Trevor via text message immediately sending him pictures of the damage, and his response was I will contact my manager to see what can be done. What can be done? The only thing that they should ve done was to resolve our very dangerous issue. Absolutely, reprehensible and irresponsible actions from North County Ford.

Also, it took 3 month for North County Ford to file/do the proper paper work with the DMV for the vehicle s registration and transfer. Terrible and completely irresponsible and unprofessional customer service. These unprofessional and irresponsible actions from North County Ford have had such repercussions that we are still having issues and we continue to deal with the DMV regarding this issue.

This has been the worst experience I have had with any dealership in my life. I have contacted Ford and I truly hope they take the appropriate measures regarding this dealership. TERRIBLE AND HORRIBLE. Stay away, take your money somewhere else where you will be treated with respect, gratitude, and professionally. STAY AWAY AND DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING. CHECK THE OTHER REVIEWS. IT IS NOT A LIE, THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. ONLY LIARS AND CHEATERS.

I would love to give North County Ford five stars, but I can't.

My Service Writer Jim is most definitely 5 stars and the normal maintenance I have them preform has always been both top notch and very fairly priced.

But the one problem I have had with my 2016 F150 has never been fixed. I have dropped it off I think four times now and the problem with the passenger door lock is still there. This truck does not even have automatic locks, but they still can't seem to get the door from re-locking itself after being unlocked.

Spoke to sales manager Chase this morning to inquire about a specific car. I live about an hour 20 min away so i wanted to make sure the car was available. He made sure to ask for him went i got there. Made the drive to find out the car was sold in wholesale. He did not have the decency to at least come out and apologize for wasting my time and gas driving over there, but instead he send out a sales person to deliver the news...great managing.

This place is horrible! I called in advance to schedule service for my 2010 Edge for an alarm problem. I arrived on time, and waited 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. My service manager was Chris, a new guy with a horrible attitude. He told me I'd have to leave the car there, even though I had an appointment. He said the car should be ready by 3:30pm (dropped off at 10am). I called at 4pm and he told me they hadn't started working on it yet, and I would have to leave the car overnight! The next day around noon I got a call that my car was ready. I went to pick it up, and the alarm problem was fixed but now the key remote wouldn't unlock the doors!!! Chris told me it's not their fault nor their responsibility to fix! He blamed it on another Ford dealer. He became extremely rude and short with me, raising his voice quickly and blaming me. I told him the car is worse then it was before and he said I was wrong, even though I could no longer unlock my car (how is that better???) I asked to speak to a manager, so Chris went to get him, but didn't come back with the manager. He said they would take the car back from me, but I'd have to leave it for another 2 days. I said they made the problem worse and told me my car was ready when it wasn't, so they should fix it now. He said absolutely not going to happen. I asked for a loaner and he laughed at me. I again asked to speak to a manager, since he never came the first time, but apparently the manager "left for a meeting offsite" and I would have to wait for an hour. At this point I was fuming. I stood in Chris' office until he called the manager, who didn't answer. To prove he called, Chris showed me his phone, which had a naked woman as the wallpaper! I told him I didn't appreciate him showing me porn, and he got mad at me and said that's his wife, which certainly didn't make it any more appropriate! Finally the manager called back and said they would work on the car. They still would not give me a loaner, but they allowed the courtesy shuttle to take me home and pick me up later that day.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had! Chris is a joke. He's new, and should never have been hired. Do yourself a favor and don't go anywhere near this dealership!!!

Buyer Beware!! Do not buy from North County Ford!!
I went in on September 30, 2014 ready to purchase a Ford Focus ST. I was quickly greeted by a salesperson Steve. I eventually found out that Steve was new and got assistance from Jesus. Both Steve and Jesus were fantastic. The model I was looking for was not going to be delivered until October 12, 2014. I was given 2 option. Place a deposit to hold the vehicle or buy the car now and pick up the car when it is delivered. After 2-3 hours of negotiations we came to an agreement on price per month and was ready to buy. I had filled out the documents. I am not sure if it was all the documents. Steve then told me that his manager stated the finance department was not available and I should come back in the next day and drop off the check and we can complete the document. I confirmed with Steve that am still getting this deal? Steve confirmed.

I returned the next day to drop off the check at the finance department. The guy at the finance department stated that I was not able to complete the loan documents until the car arrives. I agreed and asked to make sure that I got in writing what the car price was and monthly payment. After 1 more hour of waiting I was told by one of the managers (sorry do not remember his name) that they could not do my payment and that my payment was going to be $25.25 more per month. The manager then stated that I should have taken the deal the night before. I expressly stated I did. In fact I filled out the documents and was told to come back the next day. Not wanting to speak with the previous manager who was not at the negotiation. I then spoke with Jeremiah, the manager that negotiated the deal. Jeremiah then stated that he was planning to fire Steve and Jesus for giving me the wrong information. Jeremiah stated to me that it is illegal to sell me a car that is not in their possession yet.

First off Steve and Jesus should not be penalized for the mistakes Jeremiah. Steve and Jesus are just sales people. They do not negotiate on price of the vehicle and probably do not know the legalities of selling a car.

Second If the car could not be sold then Jeremiah should not have made any negotiations on the car. I truly feel that Jeremiah did not know he could not sell the car. But even if this is the case they should honor what we agreed upon. In fact, they did not they stated that my monthly payment was going to be $25.25 more per month; equating nearly $2000 more.

Absolutely horrendous service, from beginning to e...

Absolutely horrendous service, from beginning to end. Put wrong oil in car, made me wait over 3.5hrs for second, scheduled oil change, etc. Details follow:

Went to Jiffy Lube for oil change & was told I needed to take it back to Ford, where I bought car, because oil filter was over-torqued.

Made an on-line appointment with Ford for a full synthetic oil change.

Told service counter rep about the over-tightened filter never heard any response back from Ford service folks about that.

Once home, I noticed on invoice that Ford used a synthetic blend, not full synthetic. Called Ford and they acknowledged that error and said I could come in next Saturday, one week away, to refill with full synthetic.

Arrived at my appointment on time at 8am and, when I asked how long it would take, they said there were others in front of me. Puzzled, since I had an appointment and this was a return trip for me due to Ford s mistake--I told the service rep. this who then said it would be at least an hour-and-a-half.

After about 2hrs, I went to service desk and was told that my car had just been pulled into garage, that they didn t have my filter in stock and had to get one elsewhere hence the delay.

I went to speak with the store manager who politely listened to me, agreed that this was pretty unacceptable. When I asked what he was going to do to make it right, he went to speak with someone in the service department. I was under the impression he was going to come back. He never did. Instead, about 20 minutes later, the service counter rep came in and told me my car was ready.

This whole ordeal took 3hrs and 40min, from 8am to 11:40am. The filter should have been in stock, especially since the service department knew that I had to make time for a second appointment for them to correct their mistake. I should have been informed what was going on with my car when it was clear that it was going to take much longer than expected. The manager should have come back to talk with me to update me and to discuss my question regarding what Ford was going to do to make this right. And, this all should have never have happened in the first place: filter should not have been over-torqued; the correct oil should have been installed in my car; and I should not have had to wait 3hrs 40min, with an appointment, for a simple oil change.

This is specifically for the service department, ...

This is specifically for the service department, as I've only interacted with them. I will start off by saying that the people who work in the service department, from the manager, to the mechanics, and the customer service rep, went above and beyond what was ever expected of them when it came to our vehicle.

Due to insane reasons, none that was the department's fault, our vehicle was in their possession for 2 months. The whole time they were dealing with Ford Motor Company for me. But during the entire time I received constant updates on what was going on. They definitely didn't have to do that. Many mechanic shops would have just left me in the dark.

Once the issue was resolved, the service department worked extremely hard to get my VERY time consuming repair done as soon as they could. They also didn't bat and eye when I handed them new break pads and asked them to add that to the work that they were already doing.

Upon picking up my vehicle I was able to have everything broken down on exactly every detail that they did. It was a well done job, especially for the difficulty of the repair.

After calling multiple shops and a different ford dealership I am SO glad I went with North County Ford. I will be using them for any of my mechanical needs.

If you get the option to choose your service rep Alex Perez was amazing. He was kind and handled my situation extremely well. I couldn't thank them all enough for the outstanding work that they did.

I greatly appreciated it. Thank you North County Ford Service department for going above and beyond!

Shannon from services is pretty rude and it seems like she just likes certain ppl because my car was done with the oil change they took the car out to the front so I walked to Shannon and she was on the phone with another customer I understand so I stood there for like 10 min waiting she finished and she told me ok let's finish your paper work so u can go, so she grabbed my paper work and some 2 random guys walked in and they started telling her that they needed a service on their truck and she started asking them all the information so she just ignored me and started doing their appointment and the guys started explaining wat the truck was doing and I'm still standing in front of her and her computer for like 30 min until I was getting a lil frustrated after the 2 hrs I waited just for an oil change So I took couple steps back and started nodding my head she told the guys hold on real quick and handed me the paper work and didn't say have a great day or nothing she said" Thanks for ur patience " OMG I have 1 more oil change left on the 3 I had purchased but now i don't even know if I wanna use it for rude ass employees like her

I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Edge through the fleet department and was helped with the process by Tito Hernandez. Tito was great through the entire experience and spent a lot of time going over my car with me and even helped me sync my phone. It's been two months and I can still call him for help or questions and I really appreciate that. I hope when I'm ready for a new one in a few years that Tito is still there!

For the longest time I have avoided Dealerships of cars for many reasons, most for the lies and lures that get you in the door to very poor customer service who thought they controlled your finances by telling you what u can and can't afford!.

Finally a dealership that sores at every level, from their internet sales manager RC, to their finance manager Brandon, to the service person Jim to their scratch repair service remy and their general managers.

My wife and I checked out their dealership because if was 1 of 3 that had the hybrid vehicle we were looking for. Despite that first car being sold before we arrived, RC 2days later called and informed us that 6 of the hybrids were coming in and that 2 of them had the interior choice I preferred. Since then they not only gave me the value of my trade in vehicle, they gave us a better deal on both the price of the certified preowned vehicle and the best apr for finacing the remaining amount.

Further more they kept their word and not only order a part that is needed for the passenger seat, they paid for a round trip so I could get some lunch. And Once I return for them to fix the issue I will be given a loaner vehicle since the job requires at least half the day to fix.

If you want First class service and a dealership that not only honors their word, yet, provides excellent service look no further they are worth it.

My wife and I are already planning to purchase our next vehicle from them in 2020 and I will only be using them for all my service needs!

Excellent job and service to the team at North County Ford!!!!

Worst service ever. I had the most horrible experience moments ago with this dealership. Warning to all even though they have a huge banner on the wall of the building that says we match ANY competitors price and when confirming with a person in the service center prior to going there that they would match the price they did not. They lie verbally and in their advertising. My match price was a $5 difference confirmed and verified and the service manager Tom Ryan refused to honor their statements. Save yourself the time and confrontation hassle and go somewhere else. If this is how they do business I would be afraid to leave my car there to be serviced. They lie for $5 so I question if they cheat you on what product they are putting into your car as well. Once a liar always a liar. What are the chances that you will go somewhere else to have them verify that they used full synthetic oil and not the mix ? Yet you pay $40 more for it. Honesty isn t anything they care about. You have been warned! Shame on you North County Ford...you are liars!

Tried to help my sister get help after she had tried for four weeks to get help. Although the reseptionist is friendly and helpful, that does not help much with an ignorant call-ducking boss that spends more time on her nails than on customers after they have bought a car. This is the dealership you recommend to your enemies. For all other purposes; stay far away!

BEST Ford dealership in SD county bar none. Great...

BEST Ford dealership in SD county bar none. Great sales experience with Mick. The sales team went out of their way, a week after the sale to let me know if I wanted I could get an even better interest rate which I did.
But Jeff Ford from service and the entire Management Team sealed the deal for sure.
I bought a used truck and realized there were a few big things going wrong and this is where the rubber meets the road.
This dealership stood behind their product and their word and fixed all the issues with the truck.
At a time where dealerships are trying to cut corners to save a buck this dealership stepped up to the plate, did the right thing and made a life long customer out of me. If your looking for a Great sales experience and service team ready to help - ONLY go to NC Ford. Great job guys!!

My C-Max transmission failed under Warranty 40k. It took these guys 3 weeks to get the new transmission and put it in. They did not even cover my rental when it was clearly the manufacturer's fault for failure.

The young man that took care of me was very nice and always made time to answer my questions. Three times I came in to the office and he always had eye contact as if to say can I help you. Loved the service he gave.

Worse dealership I will never do any business with them again. High APR to long of a contract and they sold me a lemon. I wish I could take them out back and get a fair one. I haven't had the car a week yet and it's already in the shop and they don't even provide a rent a car. Buyer beware don't buy from North County Ford Vista especially Christopher Murray.

If I could I d put 0 stars. We tried to sell our used vehicle to this dealership January 7th. We have yet to receive any payment which has been signed and documented that they agreed to pay. They have horrible customer service in regards To any transaction. We spoke to Rick who continued to over talk and talk louder than my husband, or myself trying to resolve our issue. My husband explained our situation to a Rick stating we are only wanting to finish the transaction of selling the vehicle to the dealership and receiving our payment. If they are unable to we would like our vehicle back. Only to find out that they have sold our vehicle and now having issues with titling because they didn t receive both signatures required. My husband asked if this is something we will be able to resolve or need to contact legal. Rick laughed and stared yes maybe we should contact legal. My husband has been in contact with the GM Todd once only for him to state he will try to figure out the situation without the additional signature needed by myself. I have tried to contact the dealership and Todd multiple times, but for some crazy reason no one can track 1 man down, nor can he return any voicemails from my husband to myself.

It s very upsetting that a dealership cannot seem to handle things in a professional matter, not try to resolve the issue at hand. I feel like this has been the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my entire life! Very disappointed in ever choosing to have any association with this dealership.

Let me ask you a question: how often you go to a car dealer you tell them there is something wrong with your brake and they check and say it was just brake dust. Any other dealer would have replaced pads and rotors and left me with 300$ bill. Definitely trusting these guys

Terrible Communication and Care

Terrible Communication and Care
I went in to get a recall and for my focus ST on Monday 5/22 at 10:45. I had an appointment with Shannon and they said it would be done at 2. I had to call at 4:05 to find out if my car was done or if they would get a hold of me. I get a voicemail at 4:30 saying they would need to keep the car to finish up some of the work because they had a hiccup. They would take care of it tomorrow and if I had a question to call by 5:30.
5/23 I called around noon to find out if it was going to be done. I get a call at 2:17 to give me an update and to give her a call before 4. Again... about an hour window to call back. I called back and left a message with her and the service manager to get an update. nothing.
5/24 I call at 4:03 to see if I can pick it up and leave her a message.... call right back and leave the service manager a message. I get a hold of the receptionist who told me she was sick and she would have the service manager call me back... nothing.
5/25 I call at 11:49 and leave her a voicemail. Left another at 11:53 for the service manager.
I call back at 1:09 and demand to talk to someone. Shannon gets on the phone and I ask whats going on.. she said, "she left me a few messages"... I said, "after I called you and only on monday and tuesday... nothing yesterday or today. It was supposed to be done days ago and you haven't updated me or anything." She said, "the entire computer system shut down and it won't be ready until hopefully the end of JUNE!" WHAAAT! I was told monday and then overnight a part and now its late june and you guys haven't let me know or tried to offer a car in the mean time? My buddy had to drop me off multiple times and use his car since I work sales. She said good news I did the paper work to get you a rental, you can go to hertz and put a 50 deposit down and get one until its fixed...I was shocked...You don't need me to come in or get this figured out? nope.... I said ill be right in.
Talked to Scott the owner who was very nice and cordial, but couldn't help with compensation, but gave me the number for ford to call later....I told him I had already planned on doing a performance package and bought some oil packages. He said after I get it back he would try and help do it at cost if I was still interested. Save a couple hundred bucks if I do, but doesn't really help the next month or if I don't do it. He asked if I had a rental car and I told him what she told me... He said he would be right back and get me one. Hertz didn't have any on hand and would be an hour to get one.. They have a F-150 in the meantime. I said fine, until they have a car that will work. He walked me over and I heard the service manager say damn, it doesn't have gas. He told a guy to go ASAP and get it done in 5 minutes.... In the meantime I asked parts about the Performance upgrade they had on ford website and he had no clue what it was or what it cost. I asked service and they told me to go to parts. I guess nobody knows the parts they sell and what seemed like a pretty easy question as far as to what they normally charge.
While I was waiting I wanted to check on my car and get my house key. She told me where it was and I find it outside with the windows down! I asked her and she said they bring it in at night.. I said the windows are still down most of the day and is going to be for a month! I go back to talk to Scott the Owner that the windows are down and it's been almost an hour with them only saying it's getting gas. It's less then 3 minutes away to the station! He says ok..I walk back over to service and he comes in to figure something out with the windows. They will find a way or put it inside across the street. Ok.
I finally get the loaner truck and go home. I call the number and it's the wrong number. I call back and he's already gone, but they found the mistake. Last number was written wrong. I call ford to let them know what's going on and see if they can help compensate the time im missing with my car and for everything else. he sent me back to them to set an appointment. wow!

Aaron was great. I just came in because I had a check engine light on my vehicle. He took the time to find the vehicle that I needed. He explained all the features to me and showed how it would improve my life, even though I'm 92 and my life is almost over. Aaron made me feel like I was family, he is a great asset to Ford and I bet he will be running a store years to come.
