Spoke to sales manager Chase this morning to inquire about a specific car. I live about an hour 20 min away so i wanted to make sure the car was available. He made sure to ask for him went i got there. Made the drive to find out the car was sold in wholesale. He did not have the decency to at least come out and apologize for wasting my time and gas driving over there, but instead he send out a sales person to deliver the news...great managing.
