I would rate zero stars, but couldn't figure out that option. Sales process is smooth. Pray your car doesn't need maintenance or warranty work post purchase. Repair 1, had my car for 30 days, little to no communication, I had to call every 3 days for an update or it might have been 45 days. I was told it would be a week as it was a transmission replacement under warranty. This week the starter went out and I realized their finance department never sent me my premium warranty paperwork. Was told it would be 5 days for them to pull the file but they could email me the information to get me the warranty contract number and company it is with the same day. That was Wednesday, I had to call back today again and get it. They had the wrong warranty number on file and didn't know what company it was with, but gave me 2 possible companies. I had to track it down myself. I've spent 3-4 hours on the phone over 5 days just to initiate a tow.
I will say their service manager Paul, who finally took over was able to release me from the obligation of having to use their dealership for service pretty quickly. Paul is new, so there may be some hope for NCF, BUT- based on my 2 cars, $60,000 spent, numerous un-returned voicemails and a few people there is customer facing positions that just shouldn't be dealing with people, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. I actually heard employees having a conversation in the background of my call with one of the managers have a casual conversion with about 5 F bombs in it. No class, no service, all about getting deals done and approved. No follow through with ANYTHING after you sign the contracts.
