I got an x5 2016 from them few days ago. I had to go there 2 times because of not making a deal on the first visit. Very polite people and did their job correctly but slowly. Since I just got the car I don't have any experience with the service department. But the sales person, the Manny was very helpful. So fare I am happy with my purchase.
