My brother recently got an X3 for his wife from James. He's the Internet Sales Manager and was able to beat other dealer and also Broker quotes that my brother already had. We both needed a new car this month, so we went straight back to James. He was nice, not pushy at all, and even gave us some free BMW presents for the Holidays since we were an all BMW family now. The nicest gift was a surprise BMW car for my brother's 2 year old to ride on and play with. He absolutely loves it, and we love James! Thank you so much!
