We drove up to LA from San Diego to look for a low mileage used X1 for my wife. We were at another dealership when I found a couple great deals advertised online at Nick Alexander Imports. I called in and Ashwin went to the cars on the lot and talked me through how each vehicle was equipped. We loaded up the kids and the dog and drove the 30 minutes north to check things out. We ended up saving ourselves $2000 on a 2015 with fewer miles than the 2014 we were about to purchase. They also matched the trade-in offer we had received from Carmax. There was never any pressure, and we were very comfortable and well informed throughout the entire process.
