Great place to chill, relax and have a good time. Busier on weekends but great ambiance.

Customers service can be much better but the atmosphere is good

Food choices r limited...I guess is because of the carona pandemic. Staff remains friendly and polite

Great location. We sat outside where it was quite windy but they moved a table and chairs to the side so we were comfortable. Very trendy. Lots of photos bring taken. Prices are fine. Loads of cars parked in the area for this venue and Gloria's seafood restaurant upstairs. The sound level gradually increases as the night goes on and I am sure the mainly much younger crowd like it that way. Didn't see anyone else that looked as obciously tourist as we did!

Great environment but the customer service is unprofessional unwelcome and unpleasant. Plus the female thickish bartender is so disgusting rolling her eyes at me while she turned away. I simply asked her about the drink menu and she said "we don't have any" I asked "how come"??? She rudely screwed up her face and walked off and think I didn't saw her rolling her eyes as tho she has problems. I asked one of the male bartenders the same question and he answered me calmly with explanation. I honestly don't know what is wrong with these workers acting as tho they are not being paid enough to talk to customers with respect. The owners need to hire classy workers and leave the hood rats in a hole.

Great location. Pricey food menu. Staff was not aware of food and recipe. Ordered a simply fry chicken no vegetables because I cannot have raw veggies and btw why not serve steamed or blanched veggies as an option for persons who cannot have raw veggies,? Plate came with raw veggies, chicken was black, dried to the core and very oily. I ordered breast & wing got leg and thigh. Server didnt know ranch from thousand island dressing. Thousand island tasted like a mixture of southwest sauce. Didnt have my meal as I only ate chicken and still had to pay 1200 plus tax I think for a meal I didnt eat. There needs to be better presentations of food. Upon leaving the cook I think remarks were " oh you're the guy,its you". Like seriously guys. You are offering a service. We can go elsewhere so step it up and don't ever serve left over deep friend chicken again. that was rude and unprofessional.

Location by the sea offers a great ambiance especially closer to sunset. The staff is courteous and willing to serve.

Nice and quiet place to have lunch. The food is ok but the view of the harbour serves to take the edge off. The staff is very friendly and I had a great time with my work team.

Took 30 mins to be seated. Another 30 mins to be attended too and food never came after another hour, so canceled the order and left.

This was the worst possible experience. A group of 9 friends came to celebrate a birthday and every single meal was unpalatable. Let me begin with the vegan pizza; it tasted like I was eating raw seasoning, ketchup and black pepper on pizza crust. A friend ordered the chicken pasta; the pasta wasn t cooked properly and tasted like pure garlic. Another friend ordered the fish and bammy; the bammy was uncooked and the fish was drowned in vinegar. Lastly, there was a selection of burgers and fries; let s just say the only thing that we enjoyed was the fries. This was a total disappointment as this should have been a memorable experience. The brand of Ribbiz has a high reputation and it s unfortunate that this doesn t extend to this newly opened establishment. I would not recommend anyone coming here to dine. The food is horrible and the service was poor.

This is an excellent lounge for hanging out with friends and others! It's right on the Waterfront and has a nice vibe all around. Food and music are great - just be sure that you can handle the spicy food options because those kick!

I really like bringing my friends here when they re visiting from overseas. Right on the waterfront is such a nice atmosphere. The food is usually good and nice staff. I dunno if I m getting old or what but the music is a bit loud lol . I ve been there quite a few times and yes I like the food as well! And oh I love those sweet potato fries!

This place needs to decide if it is a club or a lounge. I can't be sitting down just chatting with music so loud I can't hear the person next to me.

I wish I could make a comment without a star because my experience was definitely that poor. I took my fiancee there for his birthday and i trust it would have been a good choice because of what I've heard about ribbiz ocean lounge. When
we arrived we stood by podium at the door, there was no one to assist or direct us to a seat. We were unsure what to do and the staff members walked passed us without a word..we eventually find our own seats outside and we were there for over 30 mins before a gentleman came to us for our orders. There was no water given and the food arrived in about 20 mins or so. We ordered mud slides with our meal which came after we are done eating and the mudslides we got didn't have the whipped cream and cherry on top. And the meal didn't taste so we'll, the shrimp cheesy pasta was ok and the lamb and pork burgers didn't taste good only thing I enjoyed was the fries. The fastest thing we got was our bill and not even a dinner mint to freshen our mouths..never ever I had this experience with any other restaurants. I will never returned to here.
It was a very tacky experience and the renovation was tacky too.

They need better staff and services.

This place should have gotten a half a star.. Went there for my spouse birthday, reservations was made and everything we wanted to order. it was finish or we are out of that... sigh!!! And the waitress attitude stank.... Never again...

The location by the sea was breathtaking. The staff was courteous and attentive. The food and drinks were quite palatable as well. The major downside was the long waiting time to receive the food.

Really good with various seating options (oceanside, loungestyle chairs, high-chairs for 2 or long tables for large groups. Recommend Usually asking for the day's lunch special if you wish to get served quickly. The waitresses are very bubbly. Thumbs up.

Ribbiz was great. The food was good and the wait time was short. Thw hostess was very pleasant and helpful. The crowd enjoyed themself immensely....

Went on a Tuesday evening which is a light day and when we got inside there was a hostess stand but absolutely no one to greet you. Some of the workers were busy doing their duties while other were just standing around staring in to space. Eventually walked around and had to ask one of the girls at the bar if we could just seat ourselves. Then it took another 20 mins for someone to notice us. Her name is Susan; she s from Germany. Really nice girl and the reason I gave this 2 stars, as the food we ordered was just okay.
Try not to go on a day when loose canon appears. Their scheduled times are Friday and Sunday, however when we went there was a private charter. We were seated by the deck outside, so when those persons came for the tour (which leaves from Ribbiz) the place got veryyyyy crowded and I had people bumping into me every minute. They definitely need some way to regulate the crowd that comes in for the loose canon tour as it was making other restaurant goers uncomfortable as well.

Loved the food and the ambiance was great. The only drawback was that they didn't have desserts. Other than that I liked it.

Food was disappointing (I had the burger), I didn't like the drink (to be fair I decided to try something new). Happily tho the company was good and I like being on the water. If I ever feel like I want something nice to eat they wouldn't be my 1st, 2nd, 3rd choice, but I won't say I will never go back

The food was terrible. I had plastic on my chicken that I could've choked on. I reported it to the waitress and not even an apology. We waited about an hour after ordering. The place was packed and it was hard to find seating. The servers were very in organized. The fries I ordered were cold and came AFTER I had finished my meal which was the plastic chicken. And on top of that the took an additional $500 for tips that they did not deserve. 100% would not recommend.

Nice set up, nice background music and all around good vybes. Food is also well done.

Ribbiz? Rubbish. overpriced meals for underwhelming food and service. After one hour with no food and no service staff in sight we decided to leave but found them all huddled in the kitchen instead of monitoring their tables to make even a feeble attempt to assuage guests. we took it to go. Needs better restaurant management.

Music was great. The jerk burger was off the chains.

An office party/Birthday celebration was planned for this location; called, booked outdoor table & 2 parking space, downpayment made almost 3weeks in advance. We schedule seating at 1:30pm, the group of 12 of us carpooled and got there at exactly 1:08pm

1. Upon arrival at the security post we were told that the parking was full, spoke to the security on duty he checked his log book and saw us booked for 4pm!
And at that point we were only given 1 parking space while the other car had to drive around the area for almost 10min b4 she could get parking.

2. When we walked inside to be seated on the outside (as reserved )we were led to a small section of on the inside instead, that's when we were told that they had to accommodate a group of 28 persons. (also note that my supervisor called the day b4 at 5pm to do a follow up to make sure they were expecting us and the specifications to our reservations were on point) and they confirmed that.

Sigh... I dont even feel lime continuing because I'm still feeling disgruntled about this.

Just to say, we arrived for 1:30 and never got served.

Nice atmosphere but the menu options could be better. This location is more romantic than the one at barbican so I'd hope that the food has a better variety but it doesn't. Not even a good dessert

Place was packed with no covid precautions. Service was poor, took me 1 hr after being seated to place my order, and a next hr and a half to get my meal. The waitress treated me like I was bothering her. I would have left but the rain was falling mad hard
