Very well 'virus' organised and their staff are polite and well dressed. A pleasure to 'shop'.

Hannah was a star!! We went in to browse and she just let me try a few watches....one in particular. Couldn't afford it on the day but we went back a few weeks later to buy it and Hannah looked after us and made the whole experience so much fun!!

Wonderful service in their repairs department. So much cheaper than other quotes and finished to an excellent result. Would highly recommend

I agreed to purchase an expensive watch via this company's website. The watch was initially shown at full price and was reduced by 50% in their sale. I agreed to purchase at the sale price.
When the watch arrived it was second hand, in poor condition.
Only when a complaint was made on the morning of delivery, the company's website was amended to read "pre-owned". A weak apology and a refund followed within a couple of days, but I have to say, I have never dealt with such an unscrupulous jeweller ever. Needless to say that I shall be taking the matter further and telling as many people of my experience as possible. This company pride themselves on customer care and I have yet to see any.

Fantastic Service from all the staff, in particular Lee who went above and beyond helping me find the exact watch I wanted as a gift & just in time for Christmas. Could not have asked for more within the service I received from Winsor Bishop. I would use this jewellers for any purchase. Thank you very much again.

Brilliant jewellers, with amazing customer service. Nothing is too much trouble. Gorgeous pieces of jewellery. Sarah(spelt correctly I hope) was very welcoming at all of our meetings. Look forward to the next time I'm able to go jewellery shopping.

As you can see from previous reviews, WB is a Marmite store. You love it or you hate it. Personally, albeit some time ago, I experienced some of the poorest customer service I have ever encountered and I'll never buy there again, but I have friends who love the place. Just down to personal preference and expectations I guess, but if it would let me, it would be no stars from me.

I purchased a watch here, I was served by Hannah, she was amazing , not forceful and really knowledgable. I would 100% shop here again to purchase another watch. I would love for my comments to be passed on directly to her at the Norwich branch. If you are looking to purchase a fine watch and you would like some brilliant advice and service, then look no further.

Popped in here In my Casual clothing to see of I could order myself a new Rolex as a treat for my 40th. Was with my 3yr old well behaved daughter.
Was told that I couldnt order it and would need to be an existing customer to even be added to the waiting list, fair enough.
It wasnt the fact I couldnt order, was the looking of me up and down as though I couldnt rub to pennies together which was annoying.
I have since been added on the waiting list at a distributor in Bury St Edmunds because of knowing several well connected people.
So if you are contemplating a visit, make sure you are in suitable attire, and not in Jeans and Teeshirt.

I had my watch serviced by them less than a year ago, the watch would always run slow, and now it has stop working completely.

My partner and I always love stepping into the world of Winsor Bishop. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always on hand to help. I can highly recommend a visit to the store.

Stood in the shop for like 15 minutes and no one even acknowledged us, and I could tell you weren't busy at all. Guess I'll take my money elsewhere.

Made a special visit to the city centre to buy a nice watch as a gift for someone. Two gentlemen blocking the door, very thuggish and unsmiling, took no interest in me interrupting their conversation. Annoyed me, I hate rudeness, so I left them chatting, and now I have to find another jeweller who sells Rolex in Norwich. Very disappointing.

This is a high end jewellers, stockings high end goods. The day I visited the store I was dealt with by a charming later who impressed on me the merits of buying a Rolex watch above other watches on offer. The staff are all very polite including the security guard on the door.

Winsor Bishop have serviced two of my Omega watches. I was concerned because my watches have always been looked after by Omega boutique but, the customer service I received from Winsor Bishop is first class and they are an authorised by Omega. I will be using this shop for from now on.

I have to say that they have no integrity, no honour and a company that cannot be trusted.. Back in May I went on a waiting list for a Swiss watch that had just been launched.. I knew there would be a wait and that was understood.. on occasion I have called to check what s happening... I have been lied to , the quality of the knowledge and information differs so much from whom you speak with... I have even on one occasion found out that I went down the list not up despite some watched being received.... which long proves they manipulate the list to suit there needs or prioritise customers because of social media or other aspects.... these waiting list are meant to be honest and transparent as we have to trust them...
Again this weekend I phoned and spoke with staff who either gave me conflicting information or no information... and because I complained at their service... yes you guessed it they offered to move me up the list... and do the very thing they have said and sworn they don t do ..to please me..
I refused as this was not fair on the other people waiting... but I have no choice but to wait on this list and still buy the watch from them... because other Authorised Dealers list are closed and much longer... as 6 months have passed since I went on the list.
They have proven to have no integrity what so ever....

Great customer service; lots of attention to ensure a positive experience, patient staff who answered all questions and provided unsolicited helpful information.

Staff seem to think they are something special never again will I be giving you my custom.

Not to mention how they ripped me off on a watch repair.

My partner and I recently bought my engagement ring from Winsor Bishop and we were absolutely thrilled with the ring itself and the care and attention from the staff. Brilliant service from Elly & Wayne who assisted in the purchase and collection of my new watch.

The staff are wonderful and made me feel like a princess (I am 56).Nothing was too much trouble and Sarah was so special. She had so much knowledge and didn't rush us at all. I walked away having chosen the most beautiful ring and will definitely go back.

My husband and i had a wonderful time choosing my ring. The lovely Elly made the whole experience so enjoyable and personal with her knowledge and expertise. Cannot thank her enough.

Bought my fiance's engagement ring from the store in Cambridge whilst it was still open. The service was excellent. The staff were professional and extremely flexible. A number of weeks after I bought the ring, it went on sale. They happily gave me a gift voucher for the difference, enabling me to buy another piece of lovely jewellery to go with the ring. Very happy.

Was my fourth watch purchase from Winsor Bishop and, again, was looked after fabulously by Sara Mooney. I had wanted this piece for sometime and she regularly kept in contact; the service here is impeccable and far exceeds what I have experienced in many of the London authorised dealers. For any East Anglian watch (or jewellery) purchases, look no further than Winsor Bishop and Sara.

I would leave no stars however Google will not allow it. If you want to be judged based on appearance then head here. It seems you have to look a certain way and be of a certain age to be considered as a customer (I was looking at a Rolex). I'm sure that's not what Rolex themselves would stand for.

Got my engagement ring from here, found the service and ring both amazing. Lovely shop with quite a lot of range.

Having visited several jewelers in the city looking for a wedding ring we decided to visit Windsor bishop.
I would say without question the 2 staff we talked too were the least helpful staff in all the shops in the city we visited.
There seems an arrogance about them as if they are something special.
I asked a few searching questions about what we were looking for after being advised in previous shops and clearly they were sadly lacking

Excellant Service. Kirsty was a delight to deal with. Had an extra link put in my watch strap but couldn t get back into the city to collect it so they posted it out special delivery before 9am. All arrived perfectly and all for a very reasonable price. Top class service. Will definitely use again and will highly recommend them.

Expensive high end store, polite efficient staff, got plenty of cash and want a real quality gift or want a superior watch, this is the first place to go.

Not a very friendly or helpful Rolex dealer, likes to run other Rolex dealers down if you bought from them. Leave well alone is my view.

This shop shouldn't be used for any online orders. People working here used to send orders uncorrectly using non official post services. They asked 100 pounds for the "high standart delivery". But actually nobody responsible for delivery after you payed for it. They offer you to find the parcel by yourself if it is stollen or lost. And it could be because they used unofficial delivery service with the tracking number they only could see! Not you! No documents. I was trying to get any papers about my purchase during 2 weeks. Just a copy of a cheque that I bought an item here! I guess it is the worst kind of a seller who tries to hide his unprofessionality by fooling a buyer after getting his money.
UPD after this review the Winsor Bishop send me a letter asking to remove some things from this review. I have answered on this letter although they have written that they could not connect with me.

Very efficient, friendly staff. Beautiful displays of desirable jewellery and watches. All in all a pleasant experience. We will certainly return.
