Service was ok. Too noisy for good conversation though.... and the staff had a fight in front of the patrons the night I went... which says to me they need training or they're hiring the wrong people.

The ribs were tasty but nothing to write home about

Ribbiz Ocean Lounge was a good experience. Our waitress was pleasant and got the job done and the atmosphere was good. Of course, the food was my favourite part. I tasted from everyone's plate and every thing was sumptuous. I sampled the fritters with pineapple sauce dip, Appleton Signature Blend ribs, BBQ pork chops, seasoned fries, sweet potato fries and mashed potatoes. I rated them 4 stars instead of 5 because the tables were too small and seating arrangements, overall, could be more comfortable. To note, if loud music bothers you then it may be best to request seating outside. All in all, I would recommend them.

Vibes was banging, great music. Food was good when it finally came, sat there for an hour and a half before we even got the attention of a waitress . Was generous with the 2 extra stars for the food and the music.

Waited 50 minutes for cold entrees that came 10 minutes before the appetizers which was also cold... the only thing that I got quickly was the bill... nice view though... nice chill spot

Great vybe DJ is on pooooint....but waiting is too long and I just think at arriving and being placed at your table all customers should be first served water and on receiving food the drink should be there as well and not FIVE YEARS LATER!!!! AFTA DI FOOD DONE

Rubbiz offers inside and outside and outside dining... There are tables outside that can fit bigger groups.

Interesting view of the water front. Extremely beautiful especially at nights when the city comes alive. More spacious than the one at Barbican

Went there for my birthday. They were out of many things. Namely, Fish, Ribs, Fried Chicken( Seriously how you run out of fried chicken) and bacon. Fries tasted freezer burn. However, the spicy shrimp pasta was amazing and the spicy wings. The server was very pleasant.

Clean, good food if you're on a budget, good vibe, good view, friendly staff.

Facilities were clean, All health protocols were observed; all workers had their masks on and at the entrance they sanitized and took the temperatures of persons entering the building. Persons entering had to wear their masks. As usual, vybz was good, food was ok.

The service was lacking, we had to find someone to help us so that was could order our food.
The Salmon burger was okay but they were out of a lot of menu items, such as the ribs, wings so much so we asked what was available

Nice Place good location...Need proper management, waiters bartenders n kitchen staff need professional training. Staff use explicit at each other in front of customers .I took 1/2 hour to get drink or appetizer then entrees are served with the appetizer...these staff members are drunk

Try the lunch special for $1,000. Soup, salad and entree. A good bargain.

Waitress was super nice but we waited almost 2 hours for the food and worse there was only 2 other couple there the place was empty so I didn't understand the wait.... we ended up leaving after waiting for hours without the food and without an apology.....

First off the food was good, the service was fast and the drinks were good as well but it all went down hill from there.

I went with my coworkers, everything was fine until the two orders of shirmp alfredos came out, the extra shimps that were ordered was nowhere to be found when it was conveyed to the waitress she had to have the manager come out and apologize and carried the extra shimps, at the end of the meal the waitress said she felt bad and gave us 2 free shots for the issue which we later found out we were paying for as there was a mix-up with the bill which had us paying extra for our meals, it was as we were leaving the restaurant that we realized the error as we were talking about our bills, we went back to the waitress who ignored us and so we had to escalate to the manager who after being ignored by the waitress and 20 minutes later after recalculations were made finally saw that we were over charged and the amount we we're being overcharged for was basically for another meal if there was an extra person trust me smh this ruined our night because of this frustration and the rudeness of the waitress she had no respect for the manager either. Very poor experience

I visited on Tuesday November 12th 2019. The ambiance inside is great but outside not so great, there was garbage and random items floating in the water near our table. Our waitress was friendly and the food wasn't awesome but it was ok. The music that was played while I was there had expletives... maybe if it was on the weekend and they were expecting that type of crowd I couldn't complain but it was the middle of the week, they could have done better with the song selection.

Great food and even better atmosphere! Well definitely be back to check out the lounge and Sky Bar! Highly recommend the jerk fish fillet in foil!

I must say this by far was the best food that I had in town while I was here went to a lot of other places but this one was at the top of the list for style location food and everything else the atmosphere was good and it was very busy but once again the food was worth the wait I would definitely come back here again

The setting is beautiful. The food excellent in taste and price and the service wonderful.

This is a very cool chill spot. The food and drinks were amazing.. Customer service was not all that but one individual called Scott made all the issues and Flaws go away. He was very polite and ensured we were looked after around the clock. You guys need to make him a manager or supervisor. You cant have a quality customer oriented individual working solo. He needs to be at the top. If it was not for him I would not return.

Visited Ribbiz Ocean Lounge and found the service to be excellent. Good customer service. And Ribbi even found time to greet guests at our table. Our guests from overseas - Andrew and Juliann Randall were happy for the experience. And yes our view from the seafront establishment was excellent.

It has a nice club-like atmosphere. The service tends to drop when there are a lot of patrons.
Overall its a good hangout spot

Beautiful Scenery. Good food. The employees are friendly and well mannered but needs to be more professional when communicating with each other in the open.

Very nice venue. Food was ok. Small portions. Service was average. Wait time very long. Not ready for the crowd.

Visited last night, arrived at 6:30pm with my family we had a child as well. We were seated quickly however we had to wait until 7 for someone to take our order. The food arrived at 8 and it was not up to par with the original restaurant. The food I received was salty and had no other flavor. The child's food was too spicy although we ordered mild. Ordered spicy mayonnaise dip and got a pineapple dip instead so that set off an allergic reaction with my mother. Then the food was not at the appropriate serving temperature. To top it off the place was way too clustered and they had the audacity to put out more tables. The wait staff and hostess was helpful however the kitchen staff was too slow. This was my first and last experience at this location. It was very disappointing.

Calming location, the menu a tad above average. The food was bland, wings combination platter supposedly had three flavors, all were smothered in ketchup. Management needs to have quality control and fresh ingredients. Coronation Market is nearby.......

Good food, great vibes, courteous and friendly waitress.

The employees were highly disgruntled about their salary and the way they are being treated and was not afraid to express it loudly for to hear the air was too cold other occupants had rather sit on the outside,the food was good however.

The food was quite savory. Customer services was satisfactory, and the location is great. And it was cool that the OWNER was on the floor assisting

The food was awesome!! I had a burger and the meat was expertly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The beef burger was juicy, tender and absolutely delicious. The view was also lovely. It was nice sitting on the deck watching the sea roll in.

Great experience when Captain Kidd Was the Mixologist and Bar Supervisor

The restroom is too small and you have to wait along time to be serve.

Disappointing, the ambiance wasnt bad however the food had in insects. One mango daiquiri had an ant in it, another drink had in a fly and my burger had maggot on it. The supervisor said the drinks didn't leave the bar like that but doesn't it matter? The point is they are full & the insects are there then she measly apologize and they gave us 10% off the overall bill and we didn't pay for the drinks or burger.

No drink menu. Waiting time to be seated too long unless you decide to sit by the bar. Restrooms are inadequate so you have to stand and wait as it only accommodates one person at a time.

Was there today, was waiting for one hour inside then a waitress came and sent us outside,when we went outside we were getting wet from the sea water. We Had to leave, other customers sat there complaining but am not down for that, they dont have very good customer service.

Good place to hang out with friends. The salmon burgers are good. When it is crowded the staff get a bit confused. They do not serve desserts

They took forever to get us seats, took another eternity to take our order, took until after eternity to serve us and on top of that I had food poisoning after eating their food. Their coctails are below average for me. Maybe it was just a bad night or maybe that's how it always is, who knows? Try it for yourself though you may have a different experience.

There is no customer service what so ever.. Its the 3rd time I've been there for hours and did get served no waitress/waiter presented a menu are even come to our table..
