The ambiance was great, this restaurant was amazing. The chief?? IDK where you get him/her from, but hold on to them tight! I can taste the food on my tongue whilst writing this review LOL. Just awesome

Overall ambience was good.liked the pork however didn't love the fry chicken, needed a lot of ketchup since it was a bit dry. Love the chocolate Martini though

I rang in the new year at Ribbiz and I must say that from the moment I walked through the door EVERYONE was so friendly and attentive! The drinks were amazing, the food was incredible and the music was awesome however the only problem was the dj was a little too young for the grown and sexy crowd. Overall a truly wonderful time was had by all!!!!

The food was excellent but the service was horrible. We wanted more food and decided to leave because the waitress disappeared after delivering our main course. She didn t check on us to see if we enjoyed the meal or if we wanted dessert or another drink. We had to get the attention of another waiter to get our bill which then another half hour.

Customer service is not a very strong point at this location.

Parking is limited but as long as you expect that you know to park in the street. Staff were competent and did the necessary but didn't seem particularly enthused and even mildly annoyed at times. Food tastes ok but the selection was limited and took a while to arrive. A burger and fries took almost an hour. Music is too loud but there's a good selection.

This trip, food (jerk fillet fish) has a off taste (all three orders). Manager was called and informed, his response: "I just had the same thing"....... so?

The venue had a relaxed feel with great music. I did not however like the fact that they did not have enough wait staff as my seated party of 3 waited 20mins before we were attended. The waitress was so overwhelmed she forgot part of our order not to mention she had the annoyance in her body language to prove it. Then we proceeded to be plagued by jumbo roaches to the blatant disregard of management.

Nice chill spot, can sit on the deck alongside the Kingston Harbour, or enjoy the atmosphere inside the lounge itself.

I ordered the Friday burger special, where they have a burger for 1g by the time I added cheese and bacon it was 1500 ok fine so 1500 for burger and fries. The burger was ok to good i've had better but I was starving so it really ate well. The fries however were not good. They say its season fries but I felt they just sprinkled paprika on it and it wasn't fried properly. I called in and placed the order was told 10mins got it around 15mins not bad at all. I would eat here again.

AVOID THIS PLACE LiKE THE PLAGUE.
The service take forever and you have to remind them several time.
I wouldnt feed my dog with the meals they served my wife and I.
Total waste of money.

My experience with this lounge was terrible.The floor manager was very rude and disrespectful. We waiting 2 hours to ve served a drink not even water.Then we waiting very long for starters which was 1 soup and it was very cold, we asked for it to be reheated it took long to reheat and when it came back it was still cold. We orderd 2 red striped sorrel bears and 1 guiness and they were hot didnt even make sense to put paper towel on it. The mash potatoes were very rough and hard to swallow. The floor manager lied several times to us, overall ,this place sucks and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING

Wow wow wow. The experience was great. My husband took me here. When i read the reviews i was disappointed but going there made me erase all those comments. I had an excellent time. I am relieved of some of the stresses i head encountered this week.

Good music, nice vybe, average food. The staff is what made the experience a good one for me. :)

Its an ok place will take a min to get use to, but once the venue as been settled it should be amongst kgn. Best

Went to ribbiz ocean lounge dwn waterfront with my girlfriend it was amazing our server mezon was excellent, the overall atmosphere was fabulous.

Upbeat, great atmosphere, great food. For a nice spot where you can grab a drink and a meal while listening to some good music, it's the place to be.

The food was decent but they didn't have a few things we ordered. Smoked pork chops was a lil salty...baby back ribs were not tender....but I had good company...
