An office party/Birthday celebration was planned for this location; called, booked outdoor table & 2 parking space, downpayment made almost 3weeks in advance. We schedule seating at 1:30pm, the group of 12 of us carpooled and got there at exactly 1:08pm

1. Upon arrival at the security post we were told that the parking was full, spoke to the security on duty he checked his log book and saw us booked for 4pm!
And at that point we were only given 1 parking space while the other car had to drive around the area for almost 10min b4 she could get parking.

2. When we walked inside to be seated on the outside (as reserved )we were led to a small section of on the inside instead, that's when we were told that they had to accommodate a group of 28 persons. (also note that my supervisor called the day b4 at 5pm to do a follow up to make sure they were expecting us and the specifications to our reservations were on point) and they confirmed that.

Sigh... I dont even feel lime continuing because I'm still feeling disgruntled about this.

Just to say, we arrived for 1:30 and never got served.
