Food isn't all that. Got pork chops instead of ribs.

The food wasn't up to par but the environment was lovely. I haf fun. The staff needs to be trained in terms of how to lay down your food and the always pass food over people's heads and they arm over our faces...not good at all. The also need active listening skills as well. What i ordered was not what i got

The view is great, the staff is ok. It takes over 30 minutes to get the appetizer and after finally getting the food, it was nothing to write home about. For the price, I'd rather go somewhere else for my meal.

It was okay. Good wasn't hot and the service could be better but the ambiance on the deck was amazing. Watch out for the bird dropping as the birds fly pass, got my friend in his face.

Great location, good service. I scored lower because the menu didn't seem as appealing when compared to the other location. The views are great though, with indoor and on deck seating. Great for groups and wheelchair accessible throughout.

The food was tasty. However we had to wait over an hour to actually get the food not including the 20 min wait time for someone to take or order. This was my second time being there the first time was even longer but I thought because it was full and it was alot of us. The second time I went it wasn't as full but practically the same result. The service was below average. Water didn't arrive at the table until the meal was coming out. The waiter mixed up the order. The drinks came practically with the bill although we told the waiter we wanted it with the food.

On the plus side the food was good. The Sea side view not bad. The place looked nice. It has the potential to be a great restaurant, it's just not there yet. I wouldn't recommend people to go there if they are hungry and need a quiet place to eat.

Ordered one of their burgers and after waiting 20 mins or more, my food was served cold. After voicing my concern, the situation was handled poorly. So i left

Had my mom's bday dinner there in June and it was great.. I liked the oceanside ambiance, very cool and refreshing. Restaurant got full quickly seeing as it was a Saturday so get there early or make reservations, it's worth it! 4 stars because there wasn't anyone to great as we entered, literally had to find our own seats.. but still okay. Food was awesome btw

I don't know if it was due to the social conditions (COVID-19) but the food tasted as if it were some leftovers.
Other than that the ambiance was nice and it was not packed.
The seating was pretty good as well.
The service from the waitresses was adequate but they did seem a bit short staffed. I cannot give this place any better than a solid three out of five.

Service is a tad bit slow though. However, everything else is good. You'll definitely enjoy yourself.

The location has a nice view along the waterfront if you sit outside. Had the lunch special which was good value for money. Rice and peas was good. Service was ok, nothing remarkable.
N.B. the floor outdoors can be very slippery and dangerous.

Returned for a second visit, which was a terrible mistake.

The service was poor. The food was cold. The wait time for everything was long especially when it was time to order & pay the bill. The server was slow. There was a hair in my drinking glass.

Worst experience, waiting almost 30 minutes just for someone to come take my order and the place was not even crowded plus all they had was chicken, plus worst customer service. Will never go back there.

The managers and supervisors lack the above and beyond factor but for the most part the waitresses are good.

Food take more than an hour to get ready not even water is serve in a reasonable time.

I ordered a Kamal's famous fried chicken which was supposed to been served with rice and peas but I ordered fries instead. The fries were alright but the chicken could ave prepared a lot better

An ok place with Ok food and Ok customer service. Nice being on the waterfront though.

Awesome spot. Great food. Vibes turn up louddd!!. Challenging to get a table and theres a little wait for food because the place is always full of patrons but thats not too bad. u can chill on the waterfront while waiting. Nice ambiance.. great burgers!!

Good place for food and lyme on the waterfront, Downtown Kingston

The curry tasted like it was only coconut milk, the seafood tortellini some of it was hard it was left to cook for too long and they added cold seafood on top of the pasta an it turned the meal off. The burger was dry an did not have much bacon the fries tasted like old oil. The only redeeming thing was the jerk fish that tasted awesome and the kind waitress called mikaela.

Love the food. Music was good. Dress code needs to be implemented.

The ambience is amazing. I recommend sitting on the patio, it adds to the experience. Went there for my birthday and the food is really good music isn't played too loud. Its a really good place for a night out with friends. Only suggestion I would make is to add more stuff to the menu.

HORRIBLE!!! It almost hilarious watching the waitresses ignore our table. I even stopped 1 and ask her if she could get the waitress for our table. 20 minutes later not only did she not come back, I tried to get the attention of another waitress who turned, looked at me and kept walking....

Service was very slow, very inattentive. Very small portion which causes it to be overpriced. Waited over 1 hour for the food and it wasn t hot. Servers attitude was DISGUSTING. They didn t give ANY Napkins. NEVER EVER WILL I COME BACK OR RECOMMEND.

Probably understaffed, waited over an hour b4 somebody took my order then another 2 hours b4 the food was ready

The service was poor, the food is not up to the Standard of Ribbiz Ultra lounge. I gave 3 Stars for the view and the upstairs bar area. If I went back I would only go to the bar upstairs.

The wait for the food to served was long. The food was cold. The waitress was inexperienced and mixed up the orders. Not impressed at all.

The worst experience ever the customer service was poor we had to wait 1hour and 20 minutes for food. No water was provided for customers.. when the comes it is cold!!! Worst ever

Great lookout spot, good light Jamaican foods well as newly introduced cooked lunch specials plus usual sports bar burgers etc. Saltfish Fritters are better than home with seasoned mayo and pineapple dip yummy!
Customer service good but needs some refining. Our waitress was attentive and ready to please, but big bungle at entry was off putting. All in all, will be back.

1st the seating was limited as everything was reserved, after we were seated on a large table 1 1/2 hours later was told we have to move to the high top tables which we coyld hardly fit. Then Menu option was limited i choose the ribs and mash potatoes which was not all that. I have cross ribbiz off my list.

The waitress was not attentive. The Pina Colada was attractive and tasty. It was icy more than creamy though. The saltfish cakes were too oily. Great ocean views with pelicans diving for fish.

Ambiance was good, at first I thought the prices was a little too high but it was worth it. I had a great time.

Pleasant folks/waitresses food was not bad at all you really get your moneys worth i would.certainly recommend. Please try their #Mudslide

Food takes forever... the spot is chill tho.. also the waitress kept forgetting our order I wont be going back but it's a cool experience
