Food is hit or miss. When it's good it's really good when it's not it's really average and not worth the long wait times. Make sure you specify whether or not you want to sit inside or outside. We waited an hour for dinner, with kids at sunset and they put us outside without mentioning it. My kids were freezing all through the experience. Heck, we all were! We would've appreciated being asked if outside was ok, because it wasn't. We had no choice at that point unless we wanted to wait longer. We have been 4 times. Not sure we'll be back again.

They were extremely busy during my visit. However, the service was prompt and the food arrived quicker than expected. We ordered a variety of food and appetizers and sandwiches and all were excellent and had ample portions. We thought the roast beef nachos and the cheese/beer soups were our favorites. The club sandwich coming in a close second. Also, next door is the Chattanooga Cho Cho hotel. It is worth checking out after your meal. After their renovation, it could be another Chattanooga attraction. Chattanooga is a great city to visit!!

Out of town and had to have a mask to eat in a restaurant, ridiculous. Won t be back and will let everyone know how inconvenient this poorly ran establishment is.

If you love beer this is the place for you!! Lots of different tastes from their home brews. Good is very good. A lot to choose from. The staff is always friendly and can suggest the type of brews you are looking for!

I had an awesome pizza, and the ales were fantastic. I would have given them more stars, but the staff managed to screw up the order of a friend not once, not twice, but three freaking times! She ordered a salad with salmon and an ale. They brought the wrong ale and then failed to bring the salad with the other meals. When they corrected the issue, it was with chicken instead of salmon. They did comp her drinks, but she left without meal. So, it was a mixed bag.

Our family of four, grown kids, enjoyed their flight of Beers. Especially when you can t decide which beer you want. We grabbed a couple of apps and were good to go.

Had a pretty good experience. Food was tasty and creative. The building was awesome. However, the beer tasted watered down. I had the sampler, and tried them all. The flavor was there, but just tasted like someone added a cup of water to each glass. Maybe that's just their style? The brewed root beer was the same. Just... watery.

The atmosphere and the food is absolutely incredible. Not someplace I would bring my small kids to simply because the food is that of adult flavors and not geared towards young children. The staff was professional courteous and fun. They have many different beers that they brew themselves. Surprisingly the prices were very reasonable. My wife and I have eaten here twice and we have it down as our must go to place when we visit Chattanooga.

We went late on a Sunday evening and they were able to feed us some tasty food and wash it down with some beers. They had a great priced sampler seven beers for 9 dollars. Wife was able to enjoy another brewerys gose which made her happy and we had the opportunity to sit safely out own their rooftop balcony

Good food. Beer doesn't have the body of most craft beer-- a bit watery.

We've been here twice now and loved it both times. The wait times can be pretty long but they offer text service so you can wander around the depot or some shops while you wait.

Cool building and restaurant. I did a flight sampler and loved their special brew which was a stout with Vermont cherries aged in whiskey barrels. Delicious beer with very unique flavors.

Super neat location and great food! I always stop here when I m passing through Chattanooga. The only problem is that the parking lot is extremely small and the place is always packed! Prepare to wait for a good while.

I ordered tuna sandwich... received tasteless tuna served in toasted wonder bread. As a bonus I got Mexican nachos with salsa. Does this even go together ?

Not terrible, not great. Had the club. Would anyone like condiments? I would as there were hardly any on the sandwich. Also none on the burger my hubs had. Service was so so.

We always eat at the Terminal when we visit Chattanooga. It is the best place to eat while in this city. We've never had a bad order of food & the service is always good. We like the pizza rolls appetizer.

The Terminal is awesome. I'm partial to their oatmeal stout, maibock and the dead sexy Scottish ale. The pot roast nachos, veggie lasagne, braised ribs pizza, south by southwest pizza and mushroom soup are also great options.

Love this place. Unique food options and great local beer. Burgers are delicious and the stuffed sandwiches are tasty too.

Great food. This is my second review? So two reviews should say something? Right? The food is amazing. The beer is amazing. The only issue here is service. If you want service, ask to be seated upstairs. For some reason, when your seated Downstairs. You are ignored..

I have tried The Terminal food many times yet, I haven't found a dish I like. The service usually is pretty slow but the building itself has very fun atmosphere.

The food was excellent! I had the pulled BBQ and fries. And the hubby had have a peach. It was a chicken and grits and Chuck Norris slaw. It was spicy and the slaw was in big chunks. No complaints on the food. They were busy when we got there. Overall excellent experience

Interesting establishment with seating centered around the brewing area. Nice beer variety and selection. Enjoyed burgers and a meatloaf sandwich. Near the Chattanooga Choo Choo.

The Scottish ale is very good. It reminds me of Belhaven, which is one of my favorites. The beer cheese and sausage soup is also very solid.

My husband and I ate for nearly all of our meals when we were in Chattanooga. Fast, friendly service and delicious food! Their pizza is out of this world good!

This is a great local pub in Chattanooga with craft beer and really good food. They are busy on the weekends especially if events are happening.

Love the building! Such a piece of history! You can eat on multiple levels of the building. You can see their production barrels. There's a cool bar on the main level. You can eat outside on the patio and people watch toward the Chattanooga Choo Choo station. The beer and food are excellent. Service was good as well. You do have to pay to park in this area so be aware.

Love how they've made the building central to everything. Very well done. It really highlights the building's character.

Honestly, I'm disappointed. The person who brought my beer out spilled it all over me, glass shattered on me. AND THEY MADE ME PAY FOR IT. I'm sorry, that's terrible customer service. The atmosphere is nice, but if you're looking for good service, don't go there.

Was seated and servers walked by and never acknowledged we were there. They actually served 2 tables next to us and we felt as 8f we were invisible. After 15 minutes we got up and walked down then 3 servers said if we wanted to return they would serve us. It was the strangest experience.

This is my favorite place to go in Chattanooga. I go to the terminal at least once a week. I've had everything on their menu, and haven't had anything bad yet! My favorites are the bison burger and the pizza! The bartender, Debbie, is one of the most friendly people i know and she provides great service. I love this place!

First time in Chattanooga, my girlfriend and wanted to get a drink and some food after the chop choo comedy club. The bartender was very rude from the start. I suggest you got to the stir across from them.

Extremely disappointed! Me and 6 friends were there Saturday night. It started out fine... then we were seated outside, where there is a concrete lattice ground. Not good for the stilettos I had on. I literally almost broke my neck about 10 times! It got worse! The nachos I ordered for the table literally had about a teaspoon of cheese on them! Then all of us were missing sides. Never got them! One member of my party got her food an hour later... after we were all finished with ours! We complained and $4 was taken off my check...a whole WHOPPING $4!!!! REALLY??? I AM STILL FURIOUS!

Visited your brewry yesterday 2/25/15 with my son for the first time. The dark port beer and the steak salad with blue cheese dressing and fries was awesome. I can't wait to come back again and try some of your other foods. O'h yes the Hummus with Black Beans, tortilla chips, and pita bread was delicious.

I also really enjoyed the art on the walls.

The dirty hippie sandwich with no mayo or cheese is good.

This place is amazing! We stopped here for lunch while traveling thru on a Sunday. All of the staff was super friendly & helpful, especially since i have a bunch of dietary restrictions. They make EVERYTHING in house, down to the salad dressings, sauces and even the AMAZING hummus! I'd highly recommend it!

Terminal is a really interesting place to visit and have something to eat or a drink because of the fascinating railroad history. The building itself is pretty unique, being long and narrow. Aside from that, the food is delicious and has a lively atmosphere. Being right next to 2 small music venues and part of Station Street, it's a great restaurant option with things to do around it within walking distance.

I never write reviews, but I really needed to give this restaurant credit where credit is due.
I went here from out of town with three friends and my kid. The Wait staff was really friendly. The atmosphere gives off a great vibe. The best thing though?

The food. Definitely.

My friends ate some meat dishes that in their words were "fantastic".
My food? I've been a vegetarian for over 12 years so I ordered a veggie lasagna, and to be honest I wasn't expecting much - most vegetarian-specific dishes that I have tasted in other places have been horrible and artifical tasting. But this one?

Literally the best vegetarian dish I have ever had in 12 years, or to be honest, ever.
Next time i'm in town, I will definitely go again.

This place is super unique! I loved it and I got to try like 6 different beer flavors before deciding which one I was going to stick to (I was tipsy by then lol) Excellent food and great customer service!

Really cool local pub/bar. Very cool old building with a nice modern take on bar food. They also have excellent outdoor seating on the 2nd floor.

I love Terminal. It has some of the best food in Chattanooga. Everything on the menu is a little bit different, but they have interesting, delicious takes on yummy staples. The pot roast nachos and stuffed sandwiches are some of my favorites. Their beer is decent, but the food really stands outm. The prices are fair, too. It's an excellent restaurant.

Great atmosphere! We ate here for lunch and really enjoyed the food, the brews, and interacting with other patrons. Highly recommend visiting this place!
