I wish I could make a comment without a star because my experience was definitely that poor. I took my fiancee there for his birthday and i trust it would have been a good choice because of what I've heard about ribbiz ocean lounge. When
we arrived we stood by podium at the door, there was no one to assist or direct us to a seat. We were unsure what to do and the staff members walked passed us without a word..we eventually find our own seats outside and we were there for over 30 mins before a gentleman came to us for our orders. There was no water given and the food arrived in about 20 mins or so. We ordered mud slides with our meal which came after we are done eating and the mudslides we got didn't have the whipped cream and cherry on top. And the meal didn't taste so we'll, the shrimp cheesy pasta was ok and the lamb and pork burgers didn't taste good only thing I enjoyed was the fries. The fastest thing we got was our bill and not even a dinner mint to freshen our mouths..never ever I had this experience with any other restaurants. I will never returned to here.
It was a very tacky experience and the renovation was tacky too.

They need better staff and services.
