Excellent resort we stayed one day and they have a great location, an excellent view, we loved it and we would easily choose them again

The quality of the food is excellent. The beach its view are wonderful. The staff from the waiters to the people in the box are extraordinary. For lunch or dinner with family or couples without a doubt one of the best places in San Lucas.

Club Cascadas de Baja is a hidden gem in Cabo. I love the ambiance of this beach front resort located at Medano Beach with white sand at the heart of Sea of Cortez and overlooking the rock formation of Lovers Beach. This timeshare has been servicing its owners since 1985 and it offers a Legacy Program that allows the owners to transfer their ownership to their children and future generations. Our one-bedroom Las Palmas villa with a full kitchen is authentically and uniquely decorated and is stocked with every imaginable detail for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The friendly staff at the front desk has been warmly attentive to our requests. The restaurant offers a wide selection of dishes to choose from; and for our first two days, everything that we have tried from their lunch menu has been absolutely delicious. The restaurant staff provides exceptional top notch friendly service and they are all a pleasure to chat with. This is an extraordinary and unique place to unwind, recharge, feel inner peace and enjoy the tranquility and beautiful surroundings.

Had to cancel my family trip due to my daughter was exposed to covid-19. They wouldn't offer credit for a future stay. I guess I should be selfish and possibly infect others, but I wasn't raised that way. We sheltered in place, and now out about $1,300usd.

95% of the time it is a very peaceful place, love the individual living spaces, it feels like you have your own space. Nothing like a hotel. We come 2 to 3 time a year and never disappointed.
Most of the staff has been here 10 years plus. Very friendly, very happy. There are many places to visit in Cabo, we hardly leave the resort ... no need... also No TVs or phones in rooms as this forces you to relax. Tvs are available in club house.
I love come the same weeks every year as I like seeing the same people enjoying every year.

I have been coming to this resort my entire life, besides the unique and beautiful nature of the resort, the staff are the most amazing group of folks. They remember you, care about you, and really feel like family. I love Cascadas like a second home and second family.

This is a time share property. We were the guest of relatives for one week 12/7/12 thru 12/13/12. This is not anything like a hotel. The design is unique in that the buildings are round. The staff was very helpful. Their was daily maid service to the room. Everything was kept spotless. The food was well prepaired however you can cook in your room. There are stores within walking distance. You could probably saved a bundle if you took an extra suit case stocked with your food needs. We shopped locally and ate out. Highly recomend if you can trade in to this via RCI or Interval. This is probably the best there is.

We have had what I would have to say the worst vacation experience
with a resort ever. My husband and I own a scuba liveaboard and cater to guests from all over the world. Our vessel departs from Cabo and we decided to do a time share exchange and stay for the week. Club Cascadas was available so here we are.
We had two couples over for dinner last night. One of the gentlemen runs the hyperbaric chamber in Cabo, his wife is a professor and the other couple run the pirate boat in town that does snorkel and sunset tours. We were sitting out on the patio having coffee and cheese cake.
We had Andrea Bocelli playing softly from an iphone while one of the couples grandsons slept on the couch. It was a calm and very relaxing ambiance. Security shows up and says that we have to quite down because there is an old couple a building away that is trying to sleep.
(his words). It is 9:30 pm. We explain that we are not being noisy and he is very belligerent. He says that all guests must be gone by 10:00.pm. He is telling me this in front of my guests. Well needless to say this was extremely embarrassing. After this everyone is uncomfortable and we finish our coffee and cheesecake and proceed to bring this back into the unit. He was back and 10:00. I tell him we are wrapping it up and then he is back at 10:15 to escort my guests out. Security was rude and used absolutely no common sense. While my husband and I are accompanying our friends to there vehicles we notice the resort is like a tomb. Not one person at the pool, all the lights off and then in the distance I see security talking to four people who are sitting at there patio playing cards. I felt we were harassed and will never stay at Club Cascadas again. This was not a vacation resort it felt like a hospital with visiting ours and a rude hospital staff.

Best place in cabo!! My only complaint is that the locals party in the empty lot next door, and it is very loud especially around midnight. Besides that, this place is awesome!! They have great food, the rooms are awesome, and the views are spectacular!!

Quiet family atmosphere with a restaurant on the sand by the sea, in one of the main beaches of Cabo San Lucas having immediate access to different activities, you can enjoy a romantic dinner or family in the moonlight with live music , Excellent.
