Need to work on the moisture on the floor, it's a hazard, menu isn't as diverse as one would hope

Nice atmosphere main course cane before the appetizer so I had to cancel the appetizer. The food didn't take long to be prepared. I would return but hope I will bet my appetizer.

For the first time- the music wasn't too loud where I can't hear myself and I loved that. The prices are affordable too!

First visit to any of the Ribbiz locations and I was not so excited. Let me say, for the most part, the food tasted good. We ordered pork burgers, shrimp alfredo pasta, chicken alfredo pasta, wings and pork chops as the entrees. The wings were a little too well done for me, so it just tasted like fried something with sauce. We also had seafood soup that was, well, meh. Fries were good. Several items on the menu were unavailable.

The place was very full and I didn't care for how close some of the tables were being set up to each other. It felt like persons were sitting on your shoulders.

The waitress seemed flustered after a while and this even looked like frustration at one point.

The location has great potential. I am pretty sure others will have great reviews, but I would never venture back there on a Friday evening.

This place is a neutral for me.. sadly.. I've always visited the one in Barbican and I've never had a problem... The food took over an hour to come, the waitress (Shennae) she took for.....ever.... To bring the food she messed up all the orders. When she brought the food we told her to bring the bill as well... It took her over 2 hours...

Good food and a decent atmosphere at the Waterfront in Downtown Kingston. My only issues were the dim blue lighting which felt like a adult men's club and the music which was inappropriate at times and too loud for conversation.

This was awful. I walked in and there was no one to seat me. The restaurant had one party and I sat myself at a table for about 29 minutes and not one of the servers came by my table or any other table for that matter. They all sat at a table together chatting and doing no work. Tables were dirty and needed to be cleaned yet the staff just sat around doing nothing. I left and went somewhere else. Absolute rubbish. I suggest management look into the staff there.

They get a 2 1/2 rating.....the waitress was in waaayyyy over her head....got confused often and mixed up the orders..... pure confusion. Southern fried chicken was salty and too dry.... the Curry Goat Burger was nice tho.... fries were cold..

On the Kingston waterfront, with perfect ocean views and breezes off the seas. Great spot for hangout, food and drinks. Very Jamaican and other flavors wrapped together to offer a unique experience.

Very nice bar and restaurant, right on the beach downtown in Kingston Jamaica.
Ordered a pasta Alfredo here today and was very impressed with the quality.
I will come here for dinner more often.

The waitresses re young and friendly. Te music's volume wasn't over baring and the place has a beautiful view of the sunset. Their Lemon ginger chicken needs some work.

Great ambience with a lovely ocean view. Food option is limit but the preparation is good. The customer service is great and it's also a great chill spot at nights when its restaurant setting is transformed to a club.

Food was OK. Salad needs a bit more work. Next time I will try their pasta. It is nice to eat outside right by the sea though.

Good food, great atmosphere and whole heap of vibes

Visited on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. Clean bathrooms, quiet at that time. Nice water view. Had a young server who didn't seem very well trained. Got drink order wrong, and disappeared. Had to get up and go to bar to pay after waiting over 15 minutes for her to appear with card machine. We were the only guests on the inside so it's not as if the place was busy. Food was good though. Good portion size and tasty

The service is great but staff needs to be more attentive.

My post birthday lunch here with my bff was awesome , but what really made it spectacular , was our server mezon.

We went for dinner on a Wednesday evening to celebrate my Niece's 20th birthday. Our order took long to come to us and we got the food it was cold and not very tasty. Our server was covering a number of tables and even took long to bring the bill. We give 2 stars because she was friendly and visibly frustrated at not being able to have our order ready. We will give them another try though.

It was great. The ambiance, the vibe of the place was awesome. The customer service was good. U have to wait a few minutes on your food order, but it was worth it. The food was good and the portion size was worth every penny.

Was my umpteenth visit here, I really enjoy the ambiance plus great service. And the food. Omg I love it! I always try something new each visit and I've yet to find something that isnt awesome in taste.. I'd give 5 stars bt they haven't fully wowed me as yet but I'm looking forward to that day.

The food is OK, however you may be served in a broken cup, glass, plate or dirty silverware. Check your water for foreign particles
