Customer service is great and the waterfront ambience is lovely. Decent after-work chill spot or date night venue.

Worst service I have experienced in years, owners must lose a fortune.
Waiting staff wander off and don't come back.

Horrible service, loud, not made for groups over 7 people

Love the vibes the the dj played some good tune. Friends and I had a blast we had the drinks them coming. There is the ocean view if you choose to go outside to the sea area. Food was like 7/10 for us the place a bit clusters but all and all great vibes I'll recommend.

Customer service was really good however the red peas soup is a no go....their brushette appetizer was delicious!!!

The food is mediocre but the ambiance of the dining area on the ocean is fantastic.

The food isn't all that. I had to ask the waitress to bring me water three times. She kept on forgetting to bring it each time. The environment is nice but the service is poor.

The vibe was good ... cocktails are good ... don t go there if you are hungry though .... good take long ... so you can have your dinner and go there and order by the time you get the food you ready for another dinner again ....

Horrible, that even a glass of water they provide for you with your meal. Everything you have to pay for.

Service sucks waited an hour for a table then it took another 30 mins to get them to take the drink order and then another hour for them to take the food order!!! Food took about 30 mins to come which based on the order and crowd was within reason.

Most food item's wasn't on the menu and we waited for chicken wings for 1hour and half it taste decent.

Ridiculous no seats available and seats that are available are reserved. If you want to go to this place better to reserve your seats for your group.

Food wasn't all that. Burger is the size of a junior whopper from burger king. Drinks was good

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone based on long waiting time for food, poor customer service and poor kitchen management. We ordered our food and after waiting the time we were told it would take to prepare the food we were told that an item we ordered was not available. After ordering again that took another 15 mins for them to come back to tell us it is going in the oven (pizza). Even after being instructed to carry all the food together they still didn't oblige us and brought out part of the order and told us again the pizza will be out soon. After waiting 20 more mins and supervisor intervention (who did nothing but told us our order will soon be ready) we still had not gotten our order and again was told the pizza is now going in the oven. We decided to leave as now we have 2 cold plates and a pizza that was never gonna be ready and for that price we were not going to be subjected to warmed up food due to poor service.

It was my baby cousin's birthday the atmosphere and ambiance was ideal, the meal was superb and the live music was everything... I appreciate that the musician accepted my request to sing my baby cousin happy birthday... This is my second time there and it was good.

It's very Nice , but you have to make reservations cause when it's full you have wait for a table and that could take a while before patron finish eating their meal and catching up with friends or family member

The view was great, the food was ok and the customer service is great.

Great location BUT long waiting time to be seated. Long after being seated nobody to take orders. Menu boring.

Balcony is awsome. Great view of the ocean. Food was ok not awsome. Vybz was a bit loud but otherwise ok.

So this was my second time at Ribbiz ocean lounge. The first time was ok, this time was horrible.
For a lounge with such beautiful, exceptional views and lovely set up... I was very disappointed by not only the customer service but also the food.
My friend, who is visiting the island, sat there waiting almost an hour before she was even offered water... Which by the way, was initiated by me. The waitresses, were cutely dressed but appeared very disorganized. Sigh
We were finally appointed a waitress, who was doing her best to make up for the bad start of the afternoon... Then came the food.
I ordered a Curried goat burger that was to be medium rare but came burnt, so dry, the knife couldn't cut through it. I also got the soup of the day, nothing to talk about here, it was soup.
But as I said, spectacular view, great ambience. I hope to see some improvements as it's a spot with great potential.

Saturday vibe is nice if u in for some music & a good time but I was more looking for a good evening for my girlfriend's birthday. The music was too loud so not much conversation could be held. All in all it's a a nice place with nice food

Hey the waitress name petagaye she's the best (short browning)

Good hangout spot for evening dates or group meetings. Staff seem to rotate heavily so you will get "the new waitress experience" quite alot there.

Foot was great, staff was great ambiance and waterfront view is beyond anything you can imagine. Real good.

Good customer service ,and the server was very friendly.

It was almost like this was the opening week of the restaurant in terms of how poorly run it was. When we walked inside there was a piece of someone s weave on the floor. The breeze was strong so we noted it but gave it a pass. We ordered beer, shrimp and steak and that s where the problems started. My friend ordered steak to be fair that looked well seasoned and tasty but that 1) didn t come rare as ordered and 2) it didn t come with a steak knife. (My shrimp was nowhere to be seen but more on that later). He asked for a steak knife and the server seemed confused as to what that was but said she would ask in the kitchen. She came back and said there were no steak knives at which point my friend reacted with confusion as to how you can have steak on the menu and no steak knives. Some 15-20 mins later another server produces a steak knife and said that they only had 1 because customers were stealing them (seems unlikely) and that the kitchen staff was throwing them away (also seems unlikely). My friend s steak was cold at this point so we asked to speak with the manager and he said he was sending it back to the kitchen and we informed the server we wouldn t be paying for it. My shrimp arrived approximately 1 hour after it was ordered and was lukewarm. BTW when the manager asked the server why she brought out one meal and not the other she said because the kitchen staff said they had just started preparing the order: 1) at no time was this communicated to me and 2) at no point was an apology made for the delay. The only redeeming factor here is the ambiance. I could understand if these problems were occurring in the first couple weeks of opening but they are an established business and they have been there for some time. The entire experience was underwhelming and I won t be back.

Pricing structure is ok, food menu is limited. Some staff need retraining and waiting time can be cut as we waited twice for more than 40 minutes when the place wasn't crowded..

Great place to go and have dinner they work fast never crowded and has a great ocean view

The view is great and the service from Sasharna was good however the food was not what you expected. Waiting to get cold food, having to send it back, getting a beer having to send it back paying for a meal that's not even a half it's value and then on top of all of that everyone else dislikes their meal ain't it. If you're lucky enough to park inside then kudos to you but if you get anxiety from leaving your car parked on the side of the road anywhere then come very prepared! It's great to bring back the luster of downtown Kingston especially for my generation that never really knew it but they might have to take a look at food service, bar service and overall options way too early into the launch of the place.

They have poor customer service, there was an issue with the amount of change given and instead of listening to us they shouted at us and made lots of false allegations and completely humiliated us in front of the other customers when we had been right in the first place and in doing so they completely ruined my friends birthday celebration

The place and service was great. But they need more bathrooms.

My boyfriend went crazy over this place but it was just okay to me. Being as though I don't eat seafood such as scallops, pork, goat...etc it was very little for me to pick from. Caribbean ppl are big on pork. I did get a personal 3 cheese pizza from there and it was okay. It tastes more like a large circle grilled cheese.

The food is so digusting and the customer service is very poor. If you buy something and you're not pleased theres no policy in place where your food will be changed and you won't get compensated. You still have to pay the same price even if you didnt please with the food and return it.

Customer service was extremely poor...the waitress who served me wasn't even aware of the ingredients that made the food. If having drinks then yes the venue is good however dining wasn't the best for me.

Love Ribbiz Ocean lounge. I went on the 15 September to celebrate my mom bday. They had live music that Sunday and the Singer song happy birthday to my mom. She loved it. Downtown with a,diffrence.

Excellent ambience. Ensure that you request an outdoor table, they also offer boat rides

the presentation of the dishes are good but food arrives cold and took a long time , the customer service experience is poor had to get up from table to inform waitress that food was cold , the entertainment was nice-it was throw back Sundays, the alcohol/drinks was nice

The food took too long to be prepared and when it came the beef had no taste. The lower area has a great party atmosphere.
