Matt Pierce and his team were incredible. They beat rates from wells Fargo and rocket mortgage, they got us to closing in less than 3 weeks. Matt was available on nights and weekends to answer questions, and advise on the best possible strategy for rates, loan types, and even what to negotiate for during inspections. This is our third home purchase, and in the base we used big banks and they were impersonal, non-responsive, and only served the best interest of the corporation. Matt's advice was personal, timely, accurate and extremely helpful. Choosing the right lender allowed us to close prior to our twins birthday, so we can enjoy this milestone in our new home. I never write reviews, but this service was truly above and beyond. Highly recommended.

I bought a brand new home and got preapproved by Saba's team 6 months before closing. 45 Days before closing, Saba reached out and her team diligently collected documentation needed by the underwriter to approve my loan. Due to backups in underwriting the closing date was pushed back twice, and including the weekend, it was only pushed back by a total 5 days. The transaction was extremely smooth. Saba's team communicated issues with me, my agent, the title company, and the seller. Keeping the lines of communication open really helped make the process as easy as possible. Great company, great people. We had a complicated situation for refinancing when our house didn't appraise right, they stuck it out with us, and ended up converting from 30yr to 15 year loan, lowered our payment and reduced our interest by more than $150k, after closing cost. If you haven't refinanced yet, with these rates you should.

This was my first time purchasing a home I started out searching for Lenders on Lending Tree and was overwhelmed with the many calls and emails. I selected Network Funding because Kevin (Triumph Lending) and his team were very down to earth not pushy at all extremely knowledgeable about all the 1st time homebuyers programs I had researched. He even stepped outside the box and advised on a couple things my Realtor should have handled (sigh). I would definitely recommend this company for mortgage needs!

This funding group have cost me so much money. They lie about working your file they constantly push back closing dates. They stop talking to you once you receive your pre approval and bypass you to talk to your realtor only. I did everything that they asked me to do to get my deal to go through. Last thing they did to complete the incompetence of this firm is count gift money twice and were forcing me to come up with $4,000 more because of their mistake. Be very careful in doing business with them they cost me the house I wanted, my earnest money, and 3 months of my time. As a fist time home buyer this has really been the worst experience anyone could of had. In total they cost me $3,040 because of all their mistakes and mishandling of my file. Read their reviews on BBB they all say the same thing. I am not the only one.
