Matt Pierce and his team were incredible. They beat rates from wells Fargo and rocket mortgage, they got us to closing in less than 3 weeks. Matt was available on nights and weekends to answer questions, and advise on the best possible strategy for rates, loan types, and even what to negotiate for during inspections. This is our third home purchase, and in the base we used big banks and they were impersonal, non-responsive, and only served the best interest of the corporation. Matt's advice was personal, timely, accurate and extremely helpful. Choosing the right lender allowed us to close prior to our twins birthday, so we can enjoy this milestone in our new home. I never write reviews, but this service was truly above and beyond. Highly recommended.
