This funding group have cost me so much money. They lie about working your file they constantly push back closing dates. They stop talking to you once you receive your pre approval and bypass you to talk to your realtor only. I did everything that they asked me to do to get my deal to go through. Last thing they did to complete the incompetence of this firm is count gift money twice and were forcing me to come up with $4,000 more because of their mistake. Be very careful in doing business with them they cost me the house I wanted, my earnest money, and 3 months of my time. As a fist time home buyer this has really been the worst experience anyone could of had. In total they cost me $3,040 because of all their mistakes and mishandling of my file. Read their reviews on BBB they all say the same thing. I am not the only one.
