Excellent service and competitive rates. I worked with John Guerra (Mortgage Loan Originator) from Triumph Lending (a division of Network Funding). It was a great experience -- they were much better than the lenders I used in prior purchases. He and his team were always ready to answer all of my questions, offered me competitive rates, and were very courteous. The whole process was done very quickly, which was a plus.
