Network Funding, LP Reviews

Network Funding, LP can close a deal in a short amount of time. But they can't give you a clear scope of what you will be paying until the day before closing.

Network Funding was adamant about us only comparing interest rates and loan prices before we chose a company. Well, Network was offering us a 3.75 rate and AmeriSave was offering 3.85. So naturally, we chose Network. This rate was promised from the word GO but when it was time to 'lock in' that rate, it was 3.85??? They never mentioned the 3.75 wasn't a guarantee. It was on our initial paperwork, and it was on all revised paperwork. This was one of the reasons we chose them.

They finally got us 3.75 but it cost us $500 extra dollars...

They were kind and stayed on task very well! They were prompt and we were able to sign FROM OUR HOME! Overall, we feel fine with how the process went, but we will attempt to work with a small local bank next time.

I was really impressed with Network Funding. Specifically, with their response time, communication, and guidance along the journey of refinancing. Furthermore, they saved me a significant amount of money, and provided a credit towards my closing costs. A great experience, so much that I referred them to a few of my friends.

I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Bob was extremely kind and professional and made this overwhelming process feel easy. Thank you!

He s very knowledgeable about down payment assistance programs, and shared tips for getting the best price on the home. Bill is by far the best mortgage lender I have had to use. This was my fourth home purchase and while it had its challenges, Bill was a trooper and didn t give up until he got me an approved closing. Bill made me feel he had just as much investment in getting this mortgage as I did. He worked diligently overcoming obstacles with my credit and debt to income to make sure I was getting the best mortgage for my future home. David Lee and his team, Monica Ramos & Patrick Theriot, were absolutely amazing. We had some challenges that come up during the process, due to unforeseen circumstances, but they worked through it and made it happen. He was available any time I had a question, and he always made me feel comfortable to ask questions when I had them. He was very helpful in getting me a lower interest rate when i was concerned and he was very up front and honest with me. I am satisfied with my first time buying experience and it is great to work with honest people who always try and meet your needs.

Steve and his team are awesome! Steve was communicative and responsive from the beginning to the end. This was over a 6-month span. His team is knowledgeable and guided me through every step. If I could give them more than 5 stars for customer service, I would. I highly recommend Steve. He is honest and true professional. His team are great as well. The team works fast and efficiently.

Peter Lammerts was fantastic during the the lending process. He was able to answer all of questions and provided me with a clear understanding of how the process worked. Peter was able to provide better rates with less fees of all the different lenders I looked at. The best part about working with Peter was how fast he was at taking care of business. I had a tight window to get everything completed before closing but that was no challenge for Peter and his team. They knocked it out of the park and were done with time to spare. I highly recommend using Peter to anyone looking to buy a home.
