I recently had the pleasure of working with Barbara Patterson in Chicago on our first home purchase. Wow...I am just amazed at the level of service Barb was able to dispose on us. She noticed how I had interest in anything involving finance which lead to me receiving (via email) weekly periodicals regarding the financial markets. This was not the dynamic I was expecting from a loan officer but it was so welcomed! As an added bonus, their rates were competitive and their fees were on the low side.
