Bought my first home with Network Funding! Excellent staff and Service!

My loan officer Rob helped me with my loan application. He and his team Cindy are very efficient and they got my loan approved 10 days earlier than the original plan. It is truly amazing!!

This is my second deal with Waseem in the past year. The first transaction was the purchase of my home in March 2019, the second roughly one year later was the refinance cash out post pool addition. As usual, Waseem delivered with prompt service and an incredible rate (3.375%). Very happy with my second experience and would definitely recommend!

Originally we were working with a mortgage broker and a third party lender. That process turned out to be too tedious and was approaching the (third month). The sellers were getting upset and ready to back away from the sale. My wife was mad at me and the process as a whole, which was causing friction between us. I had to make a decision and fast. My realtor recommended Network Funding, saying they had processed several VA loans in the past with no problems. I contacted Marcus Allen with Network Funding. After a short phone interview, I agreed start the mortgage process. Within a week all our documents were being reviewed the Network Funding team. Within (three weeks) we were approved and a few days after, we closed on our new home. We thank you Marcus Allen and the entire team at Network Funding.

By the time we found Network Funding and David Fisher, we had a short timeline to our closing date, but the team went above and beyond to make it happen and we closed on time! I would recommend using network funding to any friends and family. They worked through Thanksgiving holiday, and after hours phone calls and emails to get us approved a week early. We asked Rob Hanlen to try to get us approved soon as possible because we were paying $100 a day to stay in our home until we closed. He went above and beyond to make that happen!

John and his team at Triumph / Network Funding did a great job getting our loan ready for closing and was even a week earlier than the estimated date. This was just short of 5 star service because I wasn't told the weeks prior to locking in my rate that the low rate was dependent on having my taxes and insurance in escrow.

This is the second time I have used Lago Lopez. He, Kati, and Hattie did an outstanding job. The process was really quick and painless. I highly reccomend!

Recently I needed assistance with refinancing my house and I was worried it would be more of a burden than I can take on. However, with the help of Wesley Cohen, in as little as two weeks after applying I received the funds I needed. Not only was Mr. Cohen courteous and patient, he was also very professional and kept me informed at all times. I definitely recommend this company and the services of Wesley Cohen.

This process started by accident by answering some online questions and received a call from Quicken Loans. Quicken Loans told me I was eligible for a home loan, BUT they were no able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. That is when I was put in contact with Julie Hoffman at Network Funding. Julie was also able to tell me what I wanted to hear about being pre-qualified for a home loan. Then Julie was able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. Julie was also in constant contact with me throughout the process to make sure I understood what was going on with my loan. I hope that I am able to recommend Julie Hoffman and Network Funding to my friends and family soon so that they may have piece of mind during the stressful time of home buying.

Network Funding, LP can close a deal in a short amount of time. But they can't give you a clear scope of what you will be paying until the day before closing.

Network Funding was adamant about us only comparing interest rates and loan prices before we chose a company. Well, Network was offering us a 3.75 rate and AmeriSave was offering 3.85. So naturally, we chose Network. This rate was promised from the word GO but when it was time to 'lock in' that rate, it was 3.85??? They never mentioned the 3.75 wasn't a guarantee. It was on our initial paperwork, and it was on all revised paperwork. This was one of the reasons we chose them.

They finally got us 3.75 but it cost us $500 extra dollars...

They were kind and stayed on task very well! They were prompt and we were able to sign FROM OUR HOME! Overall, we feel fine with how the process went, but we will attempt to work with a small local bank next time.

I was really impressed with Network Funding. Specifically, with their response time, communication, and guidance along the journey of refinancing. Furthermore, they saved me a significant amount of money, and provided a credit towards my closing costs. A great experience, so much that I referred them to a few of my friends.
