The loan officer I worked with, Andy was very responsive to emails, texts and phone calls and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process especially about the rates. Very attentive and prompt. Since the beginning of 2017, we were looking to buy a house. Jeff worked on the pre-approval and we found a home within just a couple of weeks. Jeff made the whole process of getting financing fairly easy. Unfortunately, the deal fell through due to issues within the sellers. We found a second property and Jeff was there to get the financing together. Then that house fell through due to issues with the property.
Jeff hung in there with us while we searched for another home.
Finally, we found the third home. It was a little more expensive, but Jeff was able to get our financing completed and we closed within 4 weeks. After 4 months and three sales agreements, we are finally in our new home. Throughout that time Jeff and his team worked with us to make it happen. I recommend that you work with Jeff and his team if you want to reduce your stress and get the financing you need.

I want to give them a zero. Little to no communication with the loan officer. Our closing date ended up being pushed back 3 weeks. At that point (really the last communication we got from them) was good.to go. 3 days before closing we were told our loan officer left the the company and we were denied....needless to say, I want to hire an attorney!

Never heard of Network funding or triumph lending compare to big banks and credit unions out there. I was afraid if I was wasting my time to apply with them. So I was shopping around mortgage rates with 4 different lenders thru online and the app. Network Funding were the only mortgage company popped up on my lending trees app. My lender agent was Peter Lammerts. He contacted me right away thru the email when he got my request. He was very helpful and friendly, he answered all kind of questions that I asked. Working with network funding had been very smooth and easy to understand. They process documents right away when you upload the files online. Everything was promised as it was. My interest rate was 3.625% 30 years fixed. Interest rate is lower compare to the KBHS home loan 4.375% 30 years fixed and Bank of America at 3.75% plus 1point. I was very happy that I closed the house with network funding . Thank you for being exist in this world. You guys should do some more advertisement.
