Mark and his team was very helpful with all my questions. Being a first time homebuyer I had all those questions which they answered everything patiently and clearly.

I had a very smooth process with them even if we initially spoke way up in advance. We initially started the process at January but since the house is a new build it took us 8 months to complete. Mark and his team regularly contacted me just to make sure that everything is good. They also make sure that you get the best rates possible.

I even recommended them to a friend and they also loved Triumph. My real estate agent did not know them initially but will now be recommending them.

I would definitely work with them again when the need in the future occurs.

My husband and I just used Dan Michaud with Network Funding yet again since our last review for our recent home purchase. Dan as usual was competent and courteous and made the whole experience relatively painless. We have so appreciated the steadiness and peace of mind we have knowing Dan is our lender. He has not let us down and we unreservedly and highly recommend!

Ania and team at Network Funding are a great local team that worked seamlessly to save me money both at closing and over the life of my loan, compared to Veteran's United. They had no problem processing my VA loan making the whole process extremely smooth. From introduction to closing was 39 days. When I had a question it was responded to almost immediately, even if they didn't have the answer right away they were not afraid to respond and say they would get back to me with the answer.

Deric is great. Perfect loan process and knows how to get it done. Had zero issues and will work hard on your loan. There is no stopping to him and will make it happen. In my opinion the best loan officer in Salt Lake City period. If I were you I would use him and watch him work.

I worked with Rob on my home loan and he was awesome. He was able to to get the loan approved and funded in a very short period of time. Would definitely use him again.

The branch manager Veronica saved my loan after the the loan originator Freddy Morales committed misrepresentation with all his lies and then he got fired. Veronica was quick in collecting all the require documents needed to ensure the loan close.

I received the best service from our lender Saba. We had some inconveniences occur during our closing process and had to switch lenders last minute. Saba made the transition from lenders so smooth and made it possible for us to close on our home in only 14 days. We definitely saw the difference in service with our first phone call with Saba. She explained the difference in interest rates, the lending process, the different mortgage loans and helped us plan for our financial future. She even helped us lower our homeowners insurance during our first conversation with her. Our previous lender had not done any of those things. She truly went above and beyond during those 14 days to make sure we were able to close as soon as possible. It was mazing knowing we had someone taking care of us and our needs.
