Justis was the sales associate who assisted me with my washer/dryer purchase. He was very thorough and provided me with great information and guidance. It was a pleasure!

Lots of sales people on the floor. All are really polite. Great variety of products to look at.

Online service was quick and easy. I couldn t pass up the deal at 3am.
My only wish would have been to research several other laptops that were listed but I was instructed to contact the store for the price and additional information.

It took 3 times for delivery before they actually showed up to deliver my bed frame. When i purchased my mattress they told me i did not need the box spring because of the type of bed frame i had purchased well once i FINALLY received my bed guess what i did need the box spring so had to make yet again another trip to pick that up and it was suppose to be ready when we got there and had to sit there for an hour waiting. The customer service we received was also very poor

Efficient service. I knew what I wanted b/c of their ad. I was able to buy the product , pay for it in full , get into my car, go to the loading zone and was driving Home all within 30 minutes.

Fast checkout. I knew the microwave I wanted so I snapped a photo of the sku, found a sales person abd was out the door in 10 min.

Very busy during a huge shareholders meeting. Most of the sales and floor representatives were helpful& friendly. Our first impression of one sales gal was Not good.... But we found another that was much more personable.

If I could give 0 starts, I would. My husband and I have been loyal, satisfied, customer for many years, including our close family and friends have been too. We never had a complaint about NFM until now and they have caused a big enough headache to where now we won't ever return. A few months ago we had a fire, causing a lot of smoke damage which then resulted in us replacing many pieces of furniture and appliances, all in which came from NFM. Literally everything we purchased in this large ,$10,000+ order had something wrong with it in either quality or delivery process. Our order consisted of a refrigerator, microwave, oven, two couches, dining room table, kitchen table and area rug. They first brought us the wrong microwave, (brought black in stead of stainless steel), the oven door had a plastic piece hanging off of it after the 2nd time we used it and the finish on stove top started coming off before us even cleaning it, the freezer door on the refrigerator had gunk all over it which the delivery man just told us to buy some "goo gone" to take it off. (Gee, thanks). They assembled our dining room table but didn't bother cleaning up all of the wood chips and saw dust off the floor afterwards. They brought the couches in but didn't bother removing any of the plastic wrap from them. And last but not least, we still don't have the area rug that we ordered on the same day we bought all the other things. When they called to confirm our delivery time, they mentioned the rug was coming on Wed. and not Monday. When we told them it needed to come Monday with everything else, they told us that it will be changed to Monday no problem. It was never meant to come Wednesday, not sure where the confusion came from. Everything else came on Monday, except the rug. The delivery guys said it never made it on their truck. When we called customer service to tell them we still needed the rug, they said all the trucks are full for Monday and that we will have to wait on Wednesday. When we purchased everything, it was all set with all the sales reps and customer service at check out that everything was coming on Monday, so not sure why there was such a problem. Never again will we go to the mart for anything. Lowe's has appliances too, and there are many other quality furniture places.

We needed to buy furniture for a relative who is moving into assisted living. We worked with Letti to buy a bed and she was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, excellent at explaining all options and most importantly empathetic at a time when we were overwhelmed by decisions and emotions. She made the process much easier and we are extremely happy with the result.

They have great specials in financing and have competitive pricing for the products they sell. Their customer service is also impressive. The charge for delivery is too high in my opinion

NFM always delivers great service and I have not had one bad experience working with many, many departments. My latest visit was today to purchase mattresses. I worked with Bill Newhart who was fantastic, patient, and answered all of my questions without being rushed. Highly recommend.

My wife and I were in the market for a new mattress. We got our last one at NFM and it has been a great mattress just needed bigger. The staff was well informed on which mattresses were best and didn t show us things we didn t want to see after he figured out what we kind of liked. Was very patient and showed extreme professionalism. Deals are great, financing options are top notch. Will return for anything we need. Great store.

As always my shopping experience at NFM was perfect. With the help of Gabriel the items I wanted and expected to find were found and ordered. Today I brought two of my special friends in and invited them to shop at NFM and meet Gabriel. Of course, they found and purchased just the items they were looking for with Gabriel's help. Perfect day, perfect shopping experience.

Well if you are reading reviews to see whether or not this is a good store or not then quit wasting your time and check it out! NFM is a great one stop to find pretty much anything you could think of for your home. This place is very large, so plan on a lot of walking. Pricing here never disappoints as I am always on the lookout for the lowest prices and I usually find most items here to be cheaper than online. They also offer delivery services and installers for those large purchases. This is probably the best place around to find what you are looking for your home.

Nebraska Furniture Mart has the best selections to choose from. there is always a salesperson that is more than happy to help. everyone was very pleasant to work with.

I came into the store today looking for a new computer. The one I had picked out online wasn't what I wanted when I seen it in person. Chloe Mcmanis was very helpful in showing me different computers. I explained to her what I wanted and she gave me several options. She answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable on the products she was selling.

We went shopping there for new furniture to our new apartment. The associates walking around were all very helpful and honest. And they did not make you feel like they were forcing you to buy something you did not want. Multiple buildings with every type of home or business need. You could literally end up spending all day there. And as far as pricing, I would say it is decent pricing for good quality.

I always buy all my furnitures at NFM beacuse I trust them and the quality is really good.

That fact I came into the store just 2 weeks prior, was told it was all in stock and knew I had to make arrangements with others to help me with lifting, I pushed back my pick up dates. Now the date comes and I have to wait another month to recieve my merchandise. If I order something I expect to get it that date. If someone else came into purchase that item, know they should have to wait. What I paid for should be ready for me when told you I was coming. I'll be going this weekend to get my 2,000 back and go somewhere else. As I have no other choice but to.

Tonight my husband and I weren t entirely planning on a new TV but we had previously spoken with Terry who was amazing and helpful and gave us the full run down on what the different TVs were and their features. Tonight we came in and spoke with Steven and he was absolutely wonderful! Such a pleasant, knowledgeable and all around stand up guy; he walked us around, spoke with us about different features of TVs and knew all the facts. He got us all the things we needed for set up and checked us out easily. Then gave us information on upgrading our audio later down the road; which we full plan on doing! Overall had a great amazing experience with Stevens help tonight, fully plan on doing all of our home theater business at NFM.

Steve was a wonderful and informative salesman and taught us a lot about dishwashers.

This store is the best! My husband and I were very happy with the huge array of furniture they have to select from. The staff were fabulous, the one that handled our sale was more than great and actually took the time to get to know us a bit. Highly recommend anyone to take a trip over and see what they have.

This place may as well be the eighth wonder of the world. I have never visited such a vast furniture retailer in all my life. Their selection varies by style, price point, and function. It can be an adventure just wandering through the gallery and trying out the various pieces which are out on display. Their prices are competitive, but their service and delivery is what sets them apart from the competition.

It took about 20 mins to get someone to help us but then it was fast check out to get our new washer

Had no problems with our recent transaction purchasing a recliner. It was all handled by the salesperson and we didn't have to even wait in line at the cashier station.

We recently special ordered a sofa and when it was delivered, we quickly discovered that it was not the model we ordered. I lived with the uneasy feeling of buyer s regret (thinking maybe we could live with it) for 24 hours, decided that I could not live with it, and finally called customer service. I was terrified that it was going to be a big thing and that I would be made to feel like a high maintenance prima Donna. That s not at all how it went. They jumped to make it right and quickly reordered the sofa, refunded us the difference between the sofa we got and the one we wanted. They absolutely blew our expectations away. After years of living away from Omaha, boy, are we hap-hap-happy to be home so we can shop at NFM! If this had happened at a specialty store, we may have had to eat it (even though it wasn t our fault the wrong one was ordered). Thank you, NFM!

Great service. Although the trip wouldn't have been necessary if we had been told when we purchased our bunkbeds, that bunkie boards were not included and were required for the assembly.

Today I went to Nebraska Furniture Mart for mattress and a free adjustable frame. This was the easiest and quickest shopping spree! The hardest part came in walking out without cleaning out my account.
Their sale prices are wonderful and my salesman John was efficient and quick (I have a severe patience deficit problem); which made me a happy camper.
I'll be back in about 2 weeks!

Jim was so helpful and led me right to the couch I was looking for. He listened and understood my concerns, needs and what I wanted! I was impressed with his knowledge of the products available and how he figured out what I wanted! And, buying a mattress this weekend, I had the same luck with Tom!! His product knowledge helped me with my final decision to purchase. Thank you!

Updated 11/7/19: my daughter picked up part Oma NFM & brought us to us. While installing found it to have the same weld issue as the last 2! Called NFM and asked for cust serv supervisor to ask them to contact Southern Motion as this is obviously a design issue. No word yet.
Original review: After 40 years we are done with NFM.
So disappointed in Southern Motion and Nebraska Furniture Mart (Omaha)!

I contacted NFM and they said we needed to arrange for repair as the chair was 3 months past the 1 year warranty. We were told parts were lifetime and SM would pay for them.

I even tried contacting SM, only online as they show no customer service phone number. They answered with a polite email basically saying they were in Mississippi and not able to help a customer in Iowa, that NFM was responsible.
Furniture Medic visited us in September and found a weld on the frame had broken, which is strange since the only one who uses the chair is my 175 lb husband. The tech thought the frame had been painted then welded at manufacturing, which we understand is not the correct order. This was the frame replaced by SM while under warranty. The tech sent NFM some pictures and parts order.
After 2 weeks I called Furniture Medic who told me they were waiting on the frame from NFM. I called NFM and was told it was ordered but SM would only ship it to NFM Omaha, not our house this time since it was 15 months old. It would be an added $109 to ship to our house. Though I was okay with paying for labor the shipping cost came as a surprise. I attempted to contact SM several times, through their website, to ask to have the frame shipped to me. I did receive emails saying they would reply in 2-3 business days but they have yet to contact me. Ghosting customers is shameful!

Bottom line, we spent $1,100 on a recliner that is a lemon and no one wants to accept responsibility! For 3 months this big recliner has been sitting in our living room taking up space.
We have furnished 3 homes in 40 years of marriage, all from Nebraska Furniture Mart; from carpet to furniture to appliances we have always used NFM. We even use our NFM credit card at Homemakers, but now will tear the card up and not shop anywhere related to the Mart.
Mrs. B would be so ashamed of this kind of customer service!

Bailey was very knowledgeable and helpful with our laptop choice. The whole buying process was very quick and smooth.

Was happy with my experience until they stuck a sticker on the front of a collectable Lego set then when leaving the alarm went off cause they didn't deactivate the security strip and the guard at the door proceeded to rip it and most the box surrounding it off without a care.

Clerk was very helpful, check out was quick and pleasant. Selection and pricing were good.

This was an easy process. Victoria did a great job listening to what we wanted and finalizing the sale.

I will give them a 5 star for high end over priced everything. They do have a lot of cool ,quality products. A lot of which you can find other places for a fraction of the price. Not much of a spectrum in low to high pricing. It seems to me that everything they have on display varies from expensive to extremely expensive. It seems hard to just find a decent couch for around a $1000 to $2000 which you can more than likely do at many other furniture stores. The majority of what is displayed on their main floor averages from about 2500 to 5000 plus. They do have the largest selection of bedroom furniture and mattresses that do vary alot in pricing. Large selection in Appliances and electronics The are somewhat reasonably priced. But with The convenience of it all being in one location and the sheer size of the place you pay that little extra in frills. Wear with just a little bargain shopping you could find all those appliances for cheaper or electronics at best buy, home depot, so on and so forth. Same with the furniture you might have to do a little digging and looking but you will scurry up a better deal than is right in front of you at Nebraska furniture mart. ( good news is that prices at the mart aren't set in stone , there is mark up wiggle room, So show up with your negotiation skills And see what kind of deal you can get.)

I love shopping here! They have a huge selection, knowledgeable staff and even though there are a lot of sales reps around, no one hounds you. The interest free financing options also help.

I enjoy NFM. Getting everything picked out and needed as a new single homeowner and starter home the sales team is very helpful and noteable of where you are at and what you are trying to achieve and stay in budget. They each help me get to my home goals and not break the bank. They are experts in their product knowledge which is helpful when you are trying to decide what is best. I will always choose NFM.
