From entering the store to exiting it was a very positive experience. Excellent selection, on the spot knowledgeable, courteous salesman. Everything was in stock & delivered in one week. Delivery men courteous & efficient. Notification via texts & phone were excellent.

Robert was incredibly helpful in confirming which TV we wanted. There was going to be a month wait to get more in stock, but he searched other stores and got it bumped up to four days, did some more digging and got it bumped up to two days. He was very easy to work with and gave us honest suggestions which matched our research.
It literally took us less than twenty minutes to pick out our washer and dryer and have it loaded on our trailer. Highly recommend the mart!! The only thing to complain about is that I would have to wait a month to get the grey color. I just went with white since they had it in stock!

You name it, I've purchased it there. They have everything -- but more importantly, they provide outstanding SERVICE. Everyone is kind, helpful, and responsive to my questions. I could ask for no place better!

The gentleman ( Tom ) that waited on us was excellent and he's the only reason I stayed and bought the chair. The ad said $0.55 on the dollar and when we got there and it's not what the ad said,it was very disappointing and misleading. It wasn't $0.55 on the dollar it was the price that it was. I've been dealing with you for over 23 years and this is the first time I felt like I've been done wrong. You've got great products and great prices you don't need to mislead.

We bought a 1bedroom apartment full of new furniture on Saturday morning. Called Mr Mover last minute for a same day delivery. He showed up on time. Loaded and unloaded us in record time. Including carrying all furniture down a steep incline, across a yard and into our patio door. He honored his original quote even though the task was way more difficult than he imagined. Thank you Mr Mover and helper! Job well done!! Highly recommend.

My wife and I had been looking for a new recliner. We had an idea of the model we wanted but couldn t find it on the showroom floor. Derek stopped and asked if there was anything he could help us with. He found the recliner for us and showed us comparable pieces. It was a quick process and Derek answered all of our questions. Within minutes, we had the product we came for. With our NFM account, he had our order processed and paperwork completed. We were directed to the warehouse to pick up the recliner. The staff that I have talked to has always been helpful. If theres something on sale cheaper elsewhere they will price match it. If theres an issue with anything that they sell they do the best at making sure that customers are completely satisfied.

We bought our appliances online from NFM a couple months ago & had such a great experience we decided to get our sofa from them as well. I m slightly nervous about the color being accurate per other reviews, but I m trusting it will be true to the slate color as the description states! We love NFM!

We purchased another TV from Roger. We always call ahead and make sure he is working so he can help us. He is an expert and is current on all of the new technologies. We trust his opinion and advice which makes our decision on which TV to purchase very Easy! He always makes sure we have all the extra cords, warranties, mounting brackets etc... we need. We always feel great when we leave and have never regretted our purchase.
I measured the spot to put an electric stove, then went to the NFM website to look at the offerings. I wanted coil burners and I had a couple of options. I picked one that was delivered soon after I placed my order. The guys bringing it in the house were very careful to not scrape my doorways or walls, but they were still fast. I m very happy with the experience, and I didn t even have to leave home.

1). The delivery guys were good , they left a little Nick in the ceiling but it s a tight spot to squeeze a king size mattress up to second-floor bedroom .
2) there should be something said to the customer, in advance, if the old mattress to be removed, has a stain on it, and the delivery individuals supposed to be removing it wont take it. We were not told this when we contracted and paid the Nebraska Furniture Mart to remove our old mattress upon delivery of our new mattress. so there was a bit of a discussion with the delivery men that could ve been avoided. Ultimately the deliveryman agreed to remove our old stained mattress and take it with them, regardless of it s recyclability.
Alls well that ends well.

Normally a 5 Star place but since Mrs B sold it and my latest experience a 1 Star is a stretch. Bought a slightly damaged fridge and was told delivery was next day. Had to call 3 times to get projected delivery time. Then received text fridge wheels damaged and needed repair first. Next day received call that fridge LOST IN WAREHOUSE and unknown delivery date. After numerous calls and going to store to talk to rep Erica I found out she does not work in store. Numerous more calls with Erica I was informed I would only qualify for $150 for the delay/delivery issues and at least 3 days before delivery. More calls with Erica I was told 10 days for parts to get to warehouse for repair. All this time without new fridge and loss of food on fridge/freezer. Only good thing was working with Erica who was EXCELLENT in dealing with my issues and my heated at times voice over this issue. ERICA gets 10 STARS and NFM gets MINUS 10 STARS ft customer support.

Our experience was awesome. The person who helped us in the TV department was very responsive to what we were looking for. He got us a great deal and the whole process was super easy. Will definitely do business there again.
We had called ahead to ensure what time the store was closing due to the changes recently, and were told it closed at 8. We knew exactly what we wanted down to the sku number. We just kind of wanted to look at the fridge in person instead of just ordering online. When we arrived we were told the store was closing in 3 minutes, we were shocked and one gentleman said well you know what you want it should be quick and headed us back to appliances. While walking back, what I am assuming was the department manager through a fit and said they were closing the gentleman said they want to buy a 2600 fridge and know what they want, he said well it doesn't really matter and at that point I said forget it we will go somewhere else. There was no reason for him to be so rude. We drove 2 hours after calling and were unaware of the rioting going on nearby. On the other hand Tina Richter helped us online and was very professional and nice. But I do believe we will be looking elsewhere for our future needs.
Recently I had experience with four sales personnel at NFM. Three out of four displayed excellent sales skills and willingness to help my wife and I select and buy furniture, the fourth person was just "there." The three that helped showed a patience and willingness to help us through the buying process. They never pushed for a sale and we found them engaging, friendly, and knowledgable about the stores products. If they didn't know an answer to a question, they would check with someone else to give us instant feedback. We really like the fact that the tablets they carry around with them gives them instant access to information on products and even allows the sales person to complete the transaction and not pass the customer off to a checkout person. Very efficient. It gave me a renewed confidence that NFM is still one of, if not, the best place in Omaha, to shop for furniture.

We went to possibly buy a new camera, to supplement the great Canon Power Shot that we use often. We are going on a trip to Korea and Japan and don't want to miss anything. The problem with our own camera seems to be that it uses up batteries too fast. As we approached the digital camera counters, a young man, David P x24147, approached us to see what help we needed. He looked at our camera, took out the battery and noticed that it's kind of worn and warped. He reminded us that batteries don't last forever, through all the charging and discharging, they wear out. So, he sold us a new battery (we actually bought two.... don't want to have a dead battery ruin a shot!) and I picked out a new SD memory card. David promptly rang us up and we were out in a flash. David was very affable, personable, informed and accomplished at what he does. Thank you, David!
Went to NFM for an office chair. We had excellent customer service and found a chair at a very reasonable price. We re very satisfied with the process and we also have 30 days to return the chair if we re unhappy with it for any reason.

Wouldn t shop anywhere else
I ordered a fridge on June 27th for my new house. The sales person told me that they couldn t guarantee anything due to Covid but didn t see any issue with it being delivered on July 29th. I enforced many times that it was important for me to know if something could be delivered or not because I had gone to other stores and they were saying two months later. And if it couldn t come then I would have chosen differently. Then three days before the arrival, I got a call that it was delayed due to Covid but they thought it would come prior to Aug 24 (approximately two months after initial purchase).Then today got another message delayed to Sept 4. Now I understand we are in a pandemic and that NFM is dependent on the manufacturer. I called customer service and asked them and they told me there were over 200 back ordered and I asked if my order was like #10 or #150 to try to understand how close it might be and they were not able to provide that. I also asked if they could tell me if they have been getting some delivered by the manufacturer at all and didn t answer that either. My issue is that they aren t up front with what is going on. I understand they get dates from the manufacturer but it is apparent those dates aren t reliable at this point and that needs to be communicated to the sales people to say to the customers so customers can make decisions with as much info as possible and not be mislead. They need to own up to this instead of putting all the blame on the manufacturer. I bought my fridge during the 4th of July sales so if I cancel now and try to find one in stock it appears I will have to spend quite a bit additional money. Right now I m living with mini fridges and NFM has never given me any additional options besides cancel or keep order. Very disappointed and frustrated by this experience.
I have furnished my house with products from the Mart. In this case we were shopping for a mattress. The sales staff Scott was incredible. Made it so easy we ended up coming back and replacing an entire bedroom set days later Scott was off so we dealt with Maria also incredible. It has always been a pleasure to make deals at the Mart.
