I was in need of a new wall oven and wanted to get a different brand. NFM always has a huge variety to choose from and of course always the best price! My salesperson, Dan was very friendly and I didn't have to stand in line and paid right at the same place I placed my order.
The chairs were exactly what we wanted, the customer service was amazing, and the experience of shopping online and doing a drive thru pick up was better than I ever could imagine.

I got a really good deal on the computer purchase I got for my home office/gaming room. The desktop I wanted, they were having issues with and Jonathon was upfront and honest about it so I wouldn't make a bad purchase and recommended other options to me. I ended up getting a better deal anyway since I got the last display unit. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 star review was because the first time I called into Customer Service the lady I had talked too didn't really do much to help me, when all I wanted to do was check to see if I could pick up my computer, but then transferred me to Jonathon's line and never got a call back, but I'm not sure why she transferred my in the first place, but no big deal. The second time I called in, I talked to Melanie and she was FANTASTIC. I had also ordered a chair with my other items and thought I was going to have to pick them all up on different days, but she was able to get everything arranged so I could pick them up at the same time! This was one of the most painless things I've had to do in a while and I really like that. Thank you Jonathon and Melanie!

The staff is very knowledgeable, and never pushy. We had a great experience purchasing a sectional around a year ago, so decided to visit again to replace our aging living room set. The selection is amazing. It was fairly easy to narrow down the set we wanted due to having a good amount of choices and weighing the cost. They always are very professional upon delivery and very quick. My house looks great and it was a stress free adventure.

Our sales person Jorge was tremendous. We went looking for an upgrade to our current digital camera. Jorge had helped us at another time find a camera lens. He remembered what we liked to photograph. He recommended a camera and was very professional and personable. He answered our questions. We will go back and seek him out in our future camera purchases.

GO TO BEST BUY, save yourself the hassle! NFM uses independent contractors for delivery who damage goods. I ve had multiple issues with their deliveries and faulty appliances products. Furthermore, NFM lies to consumers making FALSE PROMISES after their purchases are damaged during delivery. For instance, NFM promised me a brand new commercial Thermador for the countless weeks and weeks of LIES and inconveniences, in lieu of the floor model that I had purchased. Moreover, employees lied to me about my Thermador being repaired on numerous occasions; and scheduled meaningless delivery dates as it was never repaired. I would make plans to be home and then they would cancel at the last minute. I am certain NFM is violating some Federal regulations for making fraudulent statements. Please do not patronize me with FALSE statements that you wish to help me. I personally drove all the way to Omaha to address my experience and the broken promises, a/k/a lies. Your company offered no solutions and management refused to see me. I used my iPhone to record my entire visit! In fact, their response was to refund my $9,000 and ban me from NFM, as if after this experience I would ever shop there again! I will address this matter directly with Thermador, I ve already called them to report the incident. Now I ll write a letter.

Ordered and paid for a fridge. Was instructed to purchase a hose for water in order to have fridge installed (they won't use an old hose) fridge came with no ice maker. There is a spot where one clearly belongs, when I inquired about it, I was told I could purchase one separately. Not only a deceiving sale, but a rude operator who told me I needed to buy "just one more item" after I had already spent half a house payment for the fridge and very unnecessary hose. Not impressed

Looking for new mattress & knew what type ... salesperson (Amy) took the time to explain difference between firm, plush , manufacturers and warranties... she let us take our time and try out each style and manufacturer bed.. she explained the aspects of delivery and possible take away of old mattress... Transaction was smooth, and all aspects of paperwork were discussed so we would understand. The ONE quality of the salesperson (Amy) was she listened to her customers and delivered what we wanted..

Ordered a special order recliner that took six weeks to come in and it was broke when we got it home. They offeres to exchange it and it would be another six weeks before arriving. However, NFM refused to pickup the damaged one until the new one arrived or we could, "drive it back to Omaha or pay the 89.99 deliver fee."

Nebraska Furniture Mart is located in a modern building that has several adjoining showrooms of furniture, appliances such as refrigerators, laundry machines, ovens, stove tops, oven ranges, living & recreation room furniture, dining room furniture, kitchenettes, bedroom furniture, electronics & computers, music & DVDs. An installation place for auto stereo systems, remote starts for vehicles, etc.. It has delivery. It is a good business & it is very much needed.
Amazing selection at great prices. I wish the Berkshire discount was a little better this year. I wish they would enforce a mask policy. All of the sales people wore masks, but about 60% of the visitors did not.

NFM always has something for me to find and a great price.
I delivered at 5 AMC but arrived the night before. The yard driver showed me where to park and drop my trailer to get dinner. Anything you want to eat is close. The yard driver even checked to be sure I was awake in time for my appointment.
My load was pallets so it only took about a half hour to unload. Furniture probably takes longer. I wouldn't mind delivering here again.
I really never have issues with NFM but for once they messed up, gave me a piece of furniture that wasn t mine and now I have to storage it in my home for over a week because that s when it s convenient for them to pick it up. Oh well, nothing major really they are good people and this incident would not detour me from buying here again or recommend them to others.
