If I could give 0 starts, I would. My husband and I have been loyal, satisfied, customer for many years, including our close family and friends have been too. We never had a complaint about NFM until now and they have caused a big enough headache to where now we won't ever return. A few months ago we had a fire, causing a lot of smoke damage which then resulted in us replacing many pieces of furniture and appliances, all in which came from NFM. Literally everything we purchased in this large ,$10,000+ order had something wrong with it in either quality or delivery process. Our order consisted of a refrigerator, microwave, oven, two couches, dining room table, kitchen table and area rug. They first brought us the wrong microwave, (brought black in stead of stainless steel), the oven door had a plastic piece hanging off of it after the 2nd time we used it and the finish on stove top started coming off before us even cleaning it, the freezer door on the refrigerator had gunk all over it which the delivery man just told us to buy some "goo gone" to take it off. (Gee, thanks). They assembled our dining room table but didn't bother cleaning up all of the wood chips and saw dust off the floor afterwards. They brought the couches in but didn't bother removing any of the plastic wrap from them. And last but not least, we still don't have the area rug that we ordered on the same day we bought all the other things. When they called to confirm our delivery time, they mentioned the rug was coming on Wed. and not Monday. When we told them it needed to come Monday with everything else, they told us that it will be changed to Monday no problem. It was never meant to come Wednesday, not sure where the confusion came from. Everything else came on Monday, except the rug. The delivery guys said it never made it on their truck. When we called customer service to tell them we still needed the rug, they said all the trucks are full for Monday and that we will have to wait on Wednesday. When we purchased everything, it was all set with all the sales reps and customer service at check out that everything was coming on Monday, so not sure why there was such a problem. Never again will we go to the mart for anything. Lowe's has appliances too, and there are many other quality furniture places.
