The staff at NFM were phenomenal. I was so pleased with the customer service I received both in the store and on the phone. Unfortunately, it took more than 3 months for my furniture to come in, which wasn t clear at the time it was purchased. I was given a $170 voucher to compensate for the delay, which was generous. I went to NFM in Omaha from MN, and shipping costs were a lot higher than I had expected. Prices are great if you re local or they deliver to your area. All in all, a good experience, but the delay was frustrating.

We shopped at Nebraska Furniture Mart for a new king-sized mattress. Our sales rep was very patient with us in helping to select the perfect mattress with adjustable frame to fit our needs. The check-out experience was equally enjoyable with all the financials being explained so we left fully understanding the financials, warranties, delivery, set-up, and our old mattress and box springs being taken away. We ve never had a bad experience shopping at Nebraska Furniture Mart. Our daughter drives in from Chicago IL and also buys all her furniture from NE Furniture. She recently purchased a couch and two chairs from the Gallery Collections area that was customized for her needs. Love NE Furniture Mart!

The sales person in the microwaves did fine however she needs to learn the microwaves a little better. She was very personable and nice.
The sales person that helped me in the washer/dryer department was good also however she didn't really have to sell me anything as I knew what I wanted. However she did check with management and they ok'd her dropping the price a ittle. I had bought my washer and dryer in the last 2 years but I didn't buy the drawers to go under them and I finally determined I wanted them. Also got it set up on 24 months.

When we went to the electronics area, people kept asking us if we needed help. Now, this was a completely different story when we went to the bedroom area on the home furniture part. We were standing there and looking and there were at least 4 people just standing there talking. We were asked once if we needed anything and he answered but he had to leave to do something else. We asked for the price on one of the frames and the woman quoted us a price and then walked back to gossip, which absolutely upset me. Then we kept looking and we decided what we wanted and when we called somebody else to help us, he talks to us about the frames and the price he quoted us is $100 more than what she had said, and then she jumps in to our conversation saying that s what she quoted us which was a lie. Overall the store is okay, but the customer service on the bedroom area is bad and if you ever go there when she s there might as well just do your own research or get somebody else cause she is no help. Wish I could remember her name.

I do remember some guys talking about how they only had $1000 in sales that day complaining to other customers about it but no one approached me. It s also pretty disappointing how many things are not on display. The reason I buy things is for the nice 0 interest. Otherwise I would shop elsewhere online.

Always a good deal waiting to be found at NFM. It s the first place I look and usually the last since their selection is vast and they also price match or are willing to wiggle a little on the listed price. Customer service is top notch as well.

Years ago we had them install carpeting in our house. After it was installed when I was at work and someone else was here, I came home and realized it wasn t the carpeting we picked out and paid for. We went back to Nebraska furniture Mart and explain this to them. They told us it was because of the lighting in our house. The problem is the carpeting we picked out was a carpeting that started out as black in faded two gray or silver. The carpeting that was installed was a green Color. They refuse knowledge the fact that the wrong carpeting was installed. What made it worse was the carpeting we picked out in the show room was no longer available in the show room like is if it was hidden because they knew something was wrong. Nore was the carpeting that was installed in our house in the show room. So they re clearly was a real situation. They refused to do anything about it and we had to live with it so there clearly was a real situation. They refuse to do anything about it and we had to live with it.

The experience I had at NFM was awesome. I talked to several employees today. Brian Lee helped me find the best computer for what I would be using it for. Giving me all the information of what I should look for. Tony helped me by answering the questions I had on the deals and also finding me a sales associate. After waiting only like two minutes Tony came back to us letting us know that's he was trying to find a sales associate and didnt forget about us. Our sales associate was AJ and he was super nice super helpful answering our questions about the furniture and then even walking with us to the electronics section of NFM so we could get the rest of our products on our account without having to try and find a different sales associate. Love NFM and how helpful their staff is.

I don't know why NFM likes to give you a pick up date and they delay it over and over again. Don't sell a product and have a customer pick a date and then not have the item ready. I called this morning and put in my order number and their system said it was coming today. Called again before I was going to leave and now the date is 3 weeks away. Haven't received a call from them letting me know the date has changed. So if I would have left to be there when they opened I would have gone for nothing. Good thing I didnt trust what they said.

I received excellent service at Ne.Furn Mart on Monday February 19,2108. I was looking to buy a gas dryer and a service rep by the name of Dan was right there when I went into the appliance department. He efficiently handled all my questions. Besides being well informed, he was also very polite and extremely pleasant to work with. I bought a dryer. I will look him for any appliance purchase at NFM in the future.

Bought a new TV but had to wave at the sales manager and a salesman to get help saying, "I have money to spend, I'm ready to buy this TV." Then his tablet didn't work. Shouldn't have to wave anyone down for help. I'm sure this is an isolated incident and they were both pleasant and professional.

I do have the most respect for the sales staff as they are knowledgeable and helpful; even better on the loading staff. They make it painless to pickup items and it takes about 10 minutes total! Ordered $5000 of furniture when I moved in my new house. I got a $800 desk from Mrs B's. Being delivered there was a little ice in my drive way so the unloaders didn't want to unload it. I signed a wavier for the ice. When the unloaders were bringing the desk up the driveway the desk was dropped. The unloader lied and said he slipped on the ice. The unloader didn't know my friend was watching him so when he was called out on lying the unloader didn't say anything. The unloader called his boss and said it would be repaired. I called in customer service and was told they would get back to me the next day. It is now 5 days later and haven't heard anything back, so I called in again and still no one can help me, have been on hold over 30 minutes. I have wasted hours on the phone with the customer service people and seem to get no where. I guess my only other option is to come down there and speak to someone face to face so they can't just put me on hold and forget about me. I wish I could just give back all my furniture because I am so mad on the way I am being treated.

This is my 2nd time ordering with this terrible company. They offer pricing on products and claim they made a pricing error (most likely because they priced too low?). They share their terms of service and send an apology, and that's it. I would have a low level of confidence during events like Black Friday where you'll spend precious time looking for retailers that stand behind their mistakes.

This is the first time I have ever been to Nebraska Furniture Mart. I was looking for a laptop for my college classes that are starting in the fall. I needed something newer than my 2009 MacBook Pro. I was able to get a good deal on a new laptop plus a bonus of getting some free items that came with the new laptop. I walked in and knew what I wanted and for the price that was great for me. The sales person that helped me was able to get me in and out with what I wanted. I was so happy and able to get the new laptop that I wanted. I will always be going here with my electronic business.

I took sometime in purchasing a couch from NFM. I went in to look at 5 specific models that where not on the floor. After I settled on one. I specifically asked the sales guy for the friends and family discount as I could check with them in the morning. I was told that I was getting a better deal which made me happy.

After calling my contact in the morning I in-fact found out that wasn t the case.

I am in sales didn t even negotiate that hard because I was told its what I would get.

Highly disappointed that I would be lied to by the salesman and also the manger of the department Alex.

However Matt in the bedroom sets is the bomb.

Be careful of lying salesmen just wanting the sale.
