We recently special ordered a sofa and when it was delivered, we quickly discovered that it was not the model we ordered. I lived with the uneasy feeling of buyer s regret (thinking maybe we could live with it) for 24 hours, decided that I could not live with it, and finally called customer service. I was terrified that it was going to be a big thing and that I would be made to feel like a high maintenance prima Donna. That s not at all how it went. They jumped to make it right and quickly reordered the sofa, refunded us the difference between the sofa we got and the one we wanted. They absolutely blew our expectations away. After years of living away from Omaha, boy, are we hap-hap-happy to be home so we can shop at NFM! If this had happened at a specialty store, we may have had to eat it (even though it wasn t our fault the wrong one was ordered). Thank you, NFM!
