We worked with Roger Al-Rashid to purchase a new television. He was awesome!! He was very accommodating, knowledgeable & pleasant throughout. It was a great experience & transaction. We will look for him any time we are buying in the home theater area. Very happy!!

Needed router to provide best service in home for all floor levels to avoid loosing internet service or buffering. And to hook up security. My first contact was Tim very friendly, who helped me right away, i explained my situation he said "let me get you the right person", he walked me over Rick also a very nice man, patient, knowledgeable, and took time to explain how to hook up equipment. I have been everywhere this morning with my problem came to Nebraska's and finally got somewhere. Thank you...job well done Mr. Rick

Steve Wutkin was our sales rep and he was awesome. We came last week, he was no pressure, gave us his card and told us to call if we had any questions.
We came back today and he was one of the first reps to approach us.
Still no pressure. We bought a huge couch and loveseat. The 3 young men who loaded us up we're fantastic! (They need a raise).

Went to look at beds for our granddaughter. We didn't know whether we wanted a day-bed, elevated bed, or a bed with a trundle. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and walked us through various scenarios and helped us make an informed decision. She then helped with finding the appropriate mattress to complete the set. We told the salesman Cade we wanted to buy a table and to put a sign on it. He did not put a sold sign on it and when we came back from looking at the couches someone else bought the table we told him we wanted. The manager Emily was zero help. So the customer is the one who lost out because the salesman didn t do his job. Bad customer service

I had little time and needed a good vacuum cleaner fast. One friendly salesman pointed me to the floor cleaning area. Scott B met me near the vacuums and within 5 min he could tell me the comparative prices and features of the different models and brands. He told me which were on sale. I picked one based on his detailed knowledge. Within 5 more minutes he had a cart for me and I d paid with his mobile register. Wow! I m glad I drove passed Best Buy to shop at Nebraska Furniture Mart. Staying local and SO much better. I also know I m getting the best price. I m telling you that experiences like this beat the big chains AND Amazon. Thanks Scott! Thanks NFM and Thank God I live in Omaha!

I broke my leg and it's hard to get around especially as busy as the stores are. I ordered my product from my phone on the way to NFM. Drove right into the pickup area and they brought the item to my car, couldn't of been easier. Love the pickup feature.!

I came in today to get some Christmas shopping done I asked the sales representative at the electronics what deals they had using the NFM card. He told me they had the 24month no interest on 499 or more. I finished doing my shopping and as I was at the cashiers the gentleman helping me out also acknowledged it when I told him I was doing the 24month no interest but when he went to go get help ringinging me out the other cashier told me it ended yesterday and I could not do the 24month no interest I let her know that the sales rep. told me it was still going on and the cashier also told me it was she was very rude and told me no. I am very upset I spent over an hour shopping because I wanted to make sure I spent the 499 to get 24month no interest just to be told I couldn't.I ended up just buying everything anyways and leaving the store. I would like to be honored the 24month no interest still for my inconvenience or I will just be back to return everything.

My roommate and I bought a couch here a couple weeks ago and we re having it delivered yesterday but it didn t fit in the apartment so they said we could pick a different couch. When we went to buy the new couch last night we went to Ms. Bs first we were there for about 30 mins and kept looking over at the one section where we found our first choice. When we finally found the couch we liked after 30 mins of looking around we were in the process of filling out the paper work for the couch with a sales person a warehouse employee came over with a paper and his cart to take it away. He asked us if we bought it and we said we re almost done with the paper work the warehouse worker looked confused then the sales person looked confused turns out it was sold and they forgot to put the sold sign out and take it away. We know nobody had been over in that section while we were looking because we kept looking over there so it was 45 mins at least before they came and put the sold sign out not to mention that the entire time we were there the employees treated us like lower class citizens like they couldn t be bother to talk to and help us. After Ms. Bs we went to the sales floor in NFM and the sales guy there treated us the same way like we were the bottom of the barrel and ignored my roommate who is actually a card holder and the one buying the couch and only looked at me very rude sales people. Overall I was very disappointed with the way we were treated so when we walked back over to Ms. Bs to the car I went back in to talk to a manager. When I told her we were treated poorly she just stared at me then when I brought up the couch and how we felt like it was sold out from under us she said it wasn t supposed to happen like that and that she was sorry did not say a single thing about how she was sorry we were treated like crap the entire 2 hours we were there just about the couch still being up for sale on the floor when it shouldn t have been. When we bought our first couch they put the sold sign on it while we were still filing out the paperwork for it I just don t understand why that didn t happen with the couch we were looking at last night and why the sales person didn t know it was sold and still proceeded to get so far in the sale that we were picking out a delivery time and day.

I have never in 35 years had as much trouble purchasing over 2000.00 worth of stuff . After 2 hours of trying I cancelled most everything. Not being able to purchase closeout merchandise on deferred financing is something I never had a problem with in the past.In 35 years I havent had to ever put 20% down to finance on deferred unless it was a special order. Obviously Nebraska Furnture no longer cares about their customers who have been customers a very long time. I always said my bill would never be paid off , but now I am rethinking that. I travel to other places frequently so I do not have to purchase through you. I have always choose to because I am a Bershire holder , but not sure about that either

Staff, Curt, was informed of the fridge specs and able to answer our questions, we made a purchase and added the extended warranty (that was recommended multiple times) upon reading the terms after leaving, Curt neglected to tell us that a $99 deductible is required for all service calls, Lowe s does not charge for service calls, so we cancelled our NFM order.

Looked for new washer and dryer. Was recommended electro lux. That's a big no. Led next to LG. Was told by salesman they are bad. Several years ago they had issues however those have been fixed. Found my own after walking around. Latest model smart washer and dryer. Got it on sale plus a military discount. Very happy with what I found on my own.

Great store and prices. Unfortunately a number of my orders end up getting delayed sometimes more than a month beyond initial arrival date. Delays are understandable/unavoidable in some cases, but I'd rather have more accurate estimates up front so I could by from another store if needed

Nebraska Furniture Mart rates an A+. We needed to replace 4 kitchen appliances and another one in our basement bar area. The salesperson helped us select replacement double oven, refrigerator / freezer, 2 microwaves, and a dishwasher. We managed to match up everything finish wise and size wise. Our salesperson was knowledgable about a factory rebate program, and also helped with installation plans and removal of existing appliances. Wonderful service and great pricing!

Claudia B. provided great customer service on my visit May 11, 2019. Claudia followed up with me two times asking if she could help me with anything. I asked Claudia, how the LED lights are replaced in the chrome LED floor lamp and how this is transport, due to how delicate it is.

All of the order process, financing, and receipts were done/handed to us while we stood next to our future bedroom set. They made shopping with five children a breeze!! I purchased a 3 year warranty on my washing machin...

I purchased a 3 year warranty on my washing machine. I was not told the 1st year is covered by the manufacturer so I lost a year of my warranty. It also meant that I had to deal with the manufacturer directly with no help. No one from NFM would return a call when promised. I had to call numerous times and follow up myself with the manufacturer to get paperwork NFM needed. They finally called me to say I could pick a new machine. I selected the same model and they tried to charge me $80 more because i had gotten it on sale. Delivery couldnt happen for 3 bus days due to where i live, no help there either. Very disappointed and will never recommend NfM to anyone ever.

I wish NFM would get their prices in sync on an iPad 9.7 6th generation. On the floor it was over $300. I called the store prior to coming and was quoted $238.00. Best Buy offered theirs for $249.99. They said they would match NFM's price. The salesperson made a cursory look and wasn't able to locate the price. He verified the Best Buy price and asked his manager if she should give me the $238 price. He did. However, I felt like sales rep thought I was pulling one over on him. I wasn't. Not a good experience.

It's not every where that you can walk in, buy a refrigerator, schedule free delivery, and walk out with in 20 minutes. Price is right, too. And did I mention free delivery to Fremont! Top it all off with professional and courteous staff, and viola you have the perfect buying experience. NFM is terrific. I'd give them an extra is I were able.

Went in to look at living room sets. With the help of Jim Cover, we were able to pick out a set we love. Jim was very helpful without being pushy. He gave us a lot of advice and ideas we would have never thought about ourselves. If you're in the living room section, ask for Jim.
