Excellent experience. I always expect and get great customer service when buying from Nebraska Furniture Mart. My latest experience with Marty J x27967 was the best yet. I was able to receive even better deals and get the delivery date I needed. Absolutely EXCELLENT customer service from NFM. Outside of the price I'd work with Marty J again just for the joy and comfort of working with someone I trust to give me the best deal for my money

Purchased wood flooring from NFM Omaha. Installer was Divine Wood Floors. Shawn did a really good job, his attention to detail was perfect. My experience with NFM was good. I recommend both NFM and Divine Wood Floors for floor installations.

Please do not waste your time with this company. I have made some considerable purchases over the last few months with only frustration and headaches. I ordered a refrigerator for my new home and was promised up one way and down the other that the fridge would arrive in approx 10 days. The fridge never came and NFM pushed the delivery out another 5 days. After the 5 days, NFM calls me and indicates that there was a problem and they accidentally did not get the fridge on the right truck. This pushed the delivery date out another 10 days. How do you live in a house without a fridge? Then, I was stupid enough to go back to buy a mattress and bed frame for my guest bedroom. Guests were to come and once again the delivery did not show up and the whole situation was a mess. My advice, don't waste your time. I am hopeful the BBB can help these matters in lack of customer service.

He discussed protection plans for the alppliances without pressuring for sale. Financing options were fantastic and thoroughly explained before checkout. Very satisfied with the service

I worked with Laura in the decorating department. She was truly a trooper and went more than above in customer service. I went in with no knowledge of decorating and she helped to put me at ease and provide awesome selections. I provided her with details of the room I was working on, along with other items I Currently had. I had gotten an area rug that I absolutely loved and bringing that picture helped her out. Thank you for working with me. Now to wait patiently for delivery!

Bought all new appliances for our newly purchased home. Everything worked well, a year and one month after our purchase our dishwasher began to leak. Looked underneath, appeared to be coming from pump area. Called NFM customer service, said it had only a year warranty. Just disappointed they sell junk like this, not even an offer for a discount on another dishwasher.

I contacted the web pages they told me to contact, it was a waste of my time. Said they couldn't help me. They said to contact a manager at the store or call them. Why didn't they tell me that in the first place. Customer service is a joke.
UPDATE: We had bought all new Frigidaire kitchen appliances 2.5 years ago. The dishwasher went out last year, now the microwave is blowing breakers, (we had it checked by an electrician), and the refrigerator is going bad. Only our oven is currently working. No use calling them, they did nothing for us on the dishwasher.
Do not buy Frigidaire, loved the Mart for years, will be looking elsewhere, they see some junk.

An order was scheduled for delivery by NFM for a specific date and time determined by them. They were over 2 hours late in delivery and didn t even call to let me know about the delay. I had to call and then was told by the customer service representative that they may be there almost 3 hours late. No help or explaining was provided by the customer service rep when I inquired about the delay. If a company schedules the time, I understood if delays happen but the lack of communication or understanding is not ok.

I purposely looked only at recliners that were in stock so I could take one home that day. We drove 80 miles home, unpacked it and found greenish gum-like spots on the back. I spent 45 minutes on hold with customer service and was then told that they would bring a replacement for it in four weeks. In the meantime I need to keep it in like new condition, which is difficult since we have pets. The recliner itself seems comfortable, but now I have to find a place to put it where I can close the door and keep our cats and dog away from it.

NFM always has the most pleasant sales people. They never pounce on you. I have been in the store 4 times in the last month checking out the gas ranges, and also to buy a new refrigerator for my mother-in-law. They have always been respectful to give us time to look, and were there when we had questions. They will also beat any competitors price. I always shop here first.

Order a new GE frig from NFM and based on the dimensions it would not fit as advertised. However, I selected a small unit that will not be delivered until next Sunday. Your current GE Frig will have to sit in the middle of my Kitchen until then and I'll have to go to the garage to get food until then as well. Now, I am extremely pleased at how your folks handled this problem and want to speak volumes about your online sales rep, Tricia @ ext. 23334 and the customer service rep that handled my exchange, Mario I believe.
