My salesperson Savannah Thomas helped me perfectly pick out every piece of kitchenware I was buying for my Goddaughter's first apartment based on the quality, quantity, and price that I wanted to spend. I was glad to have such a customer oriented sales person to help me, especially when other sales(men) were too busy conversating with each other for a good 20 minutes well it was apparent that I was not finding what I needed. They were walking around the kitchen item area and standing in front of the kitchen item area apparently not working.

I went to Nebraska Furniture Mart knowing what s dishwasher I wanted to buy. Last year my husband and I purchased a new LG oven and refrigerator in the black stainless. We wanted the dishwasher to match. Although it was a very busy Saturday afternoon, the sales representative helped me quickly, showing me the two models I wanted to see. He had great information on the LG products and didn t try to up-sale the product. We got what we came for and was done in a matter of minutes. Thank you NFM for your continued customer service and great sales. We love our new dishwasher.

I had a issue getting the Bose sound bar to connect and work. I called and left a messsge figuring I would not hear back but Roger the sales rep called me back and tried to help then connected with the Bose rep Mike who was on the phone for about 20 minutes walking me through the steps until it worked. In this day and age everyone wants to sell you something and then direct you to a website to figure it out.
I was way impressed with both employees willingness to help. My wife and I have shopped at Nebraska Furniture Mart in Omaha for over 35 years and will continue to do so.

Wow. This place is HUGE. It just keeps going. Feels like a warehouse, but everything is displayed and organized nicely, so you never feel lost. Plus, the friendly staff were able to help answer questions. Everything is a bit backlogged right now on the factory end of things due to the pandemic, but the furniture we got so far was delivered by friendly, mask-wearing employees right at our scheduled time. Would highly recommend.

Went to pick up a new mattress and king sized bed, didn't have the mattress and only part of the bed. How you have only a part of a bed is beyond me. I would think if it's on the sales floor you would have it in stock . So had to order both the bed and mattress. Going to have to make 2 trips now to get what o wanted.

Our sales clerk was the best. She took care of everything. My friend, Rowenea is crippled and can't walk without a walker and Maryann took care of everything for her so didn't have to try to get up to checkout. She did more than the extra mile for her and was appreciayed very much.

We shopped here for a new dryer and the first salesman lied about the warranty and the price changed once we spoke to another! We bought a table also and a chair was missing pieces and center leaf broke working 14days. The sales are bs as they mark the listing at an astronomical number to make it appear you re getting a good deal but once you look online other vendors sell the items for the sale price normally smh. The sales team is like hyenas and if they see you talking to another associate they intervene on your conversation!!! I ll never buy anything from them again

They have lots of stuff at super affordable prices. The only reason I m not giving 5 stars is because the checking out process is confusing and my husband and I walked back and forth between departments like 3 different times. The salespeople are extremely helpful and nice, and not pushy at all as well. We will definitely be going back when we replace our living room set.

I came to Nebraska Furniture Mart after checking out your website regarding Heaters. I saw a Dyson that offered a heater and a fan for summer.
I spoke with a salesman that was very helpful regarding products in the store and the one I found on your website which I ended up buying for delivery to the store in December.
I then talked with a television tech man (Steve) and he helped me arrange for a visit from installation to put a new "cable" on my TV for audio.
Both men were excellent!!

Would like to say thanks to Billy, our sales Rep. He went above and beyond. Took time to explain things that would make, for instance, our warranty not be valid for our mattress purchase. Also the specific pads that were needed to allow our 30-120 trial to also be valid. Explained completely our purchase item by item. Thanks for a great experience!

So i had not been to NFM in a Very long time. I had went when i thought i could get the 30 month interest free deal . Low and behold i was one day to late. So as i went shopping for a new couch and chairs. I encountred a lady to ask about the leather ones, she pointed them out to me and off she went. I watched and she just walked around and was not helping anyone so i was confused as to why she left immediatly after answering my question. So i brushed it off and continued looking at the learher furniture. I had seen a couple more sales people flagged one to see what kind of deal i could get. He proceded to let me know the 30 month no interest was over but on the couch he could give me 15 percent off but not the chairs they were already marked down. So i said hmmmm ok Well his phone rang he answered it talked a minute and began to wander off while talking. He NEVER CAME BACK. Well i was very upset at this point because I HATE shopping for furniture and then to be ignored by 2 Sales people gave me the feeling that maybe i should not do business here. So sat on that sofa for at least 15 mins. Deciding should i buy this sofa and chairs or should i leave. Well remember the FIRST sales person i mentioned that just left after answering my first question, there she was so i said would you please help me purchase this couch and chairs. She said ohhh ok. I asked about the 15 percent off the other salesperson told me he could but guess what..... He is no where to be found. So i did get 5 percent off and 24 months interest free because i was a flood victim. Really....... The first person was going to give 15 percent off with 24 months interest free. So i decided i would go ahead and buy tbe furniture because i did not want to go through this again ever. Yes i Spent $2500.00 at this place. Don't think i will go back. I still get . I have a lot more furniture to buy and they will not get my business. If i had a better experience i would have spent a lot more money there that day.

Lost a star because I asked the salesman specifically if the product replacement plan was essentially the same as Best Buy. I know it s not going to be the same but he shrugged it off saying oh yeah and then rung me up. Later, he asked me to register with Square Trade? Really NFM? You dime this service out third party? Then have your salesman bring it up after the sale? Kinda poor taste on an otherwise great experience.

I like NFM but they are very expensive and the only way to purchase anything is via credit card. The quality is for the most part great. They take forever to ship items unfortunatly. If i would have picked up this item i just purchased from the store, it wouldnt have been available until june! But i still have doubts i will get it any sooner having it shipped to me for a way expensive fee of $25. Thats just horrible...

Upon arrival to the department I was shopping in almost instantly, but not in any way pushy, a young man came to me and asked if I needed help, and I told him what I was looking for. Best service I ve had in any form in a very long time. Tons of options, great atmosphere, competitive prices, and financing available. Will definitely be returning!

I just had my 3rd prolonged shopping experience at NFM and the excellence continues! Bev in the bed/mattress department worked with us for probably 2 hours and found us the bed frame & mattress that fit perfectly for our wants & needs. There is never a question unanswered at NFM, keep up the tradition of excellent customer service and quality products!

They have a long handicap ramp to get inside but not handicap parking near it. Wheelchairs inside were broken or hard to adjust, and it was hard to push the wheelchair into the bathroom near that entrance. Overall it was an exhausting visit. Cashier who almost checked up out was rude beyond belief. We let someone go ahead of us because I wasn't interested in interacting with her. The young lady next to her was likely new and was absolutely terrific, patient and kind as we figured out how to make our complicated purchase.

Told them I'm looking thanks don't need any assistance they didn't care kept insisting. Got what I needed and left while they kept talking about something I didn't want.
