The general manager Jesse was the most disrespectful person to encounter while trying to purchase a vehicle. He would not let us speak about our concerns and needs and was only focused on ripping us off! He wouldn t let us finish a sentence without cutting it and speaking over us. Vince on the other hand was a huge help, but Jesse was only reason we didn t purchase a vehicle from there!

My husband and I have been looking for a performance car to add to our garage, and have wavered between a few models for some time now. It really came down to the right model for the right price, and at a dealership with good reviews. We weren t interested in haggling with anyone or paying fees that weren t legitimate, so good reviews were a must to even think about moving forward. One of the models we ve been after came up at this dealership, and after reading reviews, we decided to go for it. Spent the next morning on the phone negotiating the sale completely over the phone (we re from out of state), and drove 6 hours there a couple days later To finalize everything. The car was as described in the pics and Carfax, and everyone on the staff was great to deal with. Just got the tax/title/license taken care of with our state. Definitely would recommend this dealership, and if someone finds themselves in our position of thinking of buying a rare care from an out of state dealership..you ve got nothing to worry about with these guys!

Made a visit today and was greeted by Reid. This location has a warm and welcoming aura. Before arrival, we had researched the vehicle we were looking for and Reid made the process easy, accurate and quick. Reid was very up front and minimal negotiations were needed. Rob walked us through the warranty and upgrades and Dan flawlessly helped us through the financing. Overall we were pleased from start to finish. We would highly recommend this dealership, you will not be disappointed! Thanks again for a fantastic day and we look forward to seeing you soon!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMEN...

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT......I brought my car in for the ENGINE LIGHT ON once they diagnosed that my car needed a new thermostat I was told that they needed to order the part that, it will take about a month. ( WELL, MY AUTO REMOTE START DOES NOT WORK WHEN A SERVICE LIGHT IS ON) I patiently waited the one month I was told to wait. I never got a call saying that the part was in or nothing. I had to call them to ask if they can schedule me in for the repair as, I needed that AUTO REMOTE START to start working again with this weather. ( I GET IT, THEY DON'T HAVE TO SUFFER WITH THIS ISSUE BECAUSE THEY DON'T DO THE TYPE OF WORK I DO) I am a REALTOR and I am constantly out in the field so, I do need my AUTO REMOTE START IN WORKING CONDITION! This review gets better, once they scheduled me in for the repair I am under the impression I was going to wait at least two hours so, I prepared myself to be there for two hours right. WELL, I was told that my Jeep Cherokee 2016 needed to stay there for a full day Then, I was asked if I had a ride back home because they had a shuttle that can only take me within Naperville boundaries....REALLY! DO THEY SELL CARS ONLY IN NAPERVILLE?
I SAID, I LIVED IN BOLINGBROOK AND THE REP DIDN'T OFFER THE RIDE AT ALL. I HAD TO CALL AN UBER THAT COST ME $14.95!
A week later, I am back into the SERVICE DEPARTMENT because, the ENGINE LIGHT came back on. WHEN I CALLED, I AM TOLD THEY ARE GOING TO REPLACE THE THERMOSTAT ...because, last time they only did an update to the ENGINE.......GRRRRRRRR LIKE REALLY!
DIDN'T I PAY AN UBER TO TAKE ME BACK HOME LAST WEEK BECAUSE, THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO REPLACE THE SAME PART. UNACCEPTABLE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE............NEXT TIME I AM GOING TO COMPLAINT TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE.
My car trips while running I've mentioned this several times and I have not seeing any results on my service report to address the issue. I am just keeping all my records together.
I'VE REFERRED THEM A LOT OF BUSINESS FROM MY PAST CLIENTS AND FAMILY. NOT ANY MORE! I WILL SEND THEM TO ORLAND PARK FROM NOW ON.

OH, THIS TIME I GOT A LOANER! I HAVE TO BE FAIR WITH THIS REVIEW. I GUESS, THE REP FELT SORRY FOR ME BUT, THIS DOES NOT CHANGE MY MIND ON THEIR SERVICE. (COST ME A DAY OF WORK)

I AM PLANNING TO BUY ANOTHER CAR IN 2 YEARS BUT, NOT FROM THIS DEALER. THE SERVICE BRINGS BACK MORE CLIENTS.

Bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude Edition ...

Bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude Edition today from Chris Olsen. Went in dreading the car buying process, but was pleasantly surprised at how fast and straightforward it went. I believe we got a great price after researching other dealerships, and Chris was so helpful, not pushy and super easy to relate to. I would most definitely buy or refer others to him. Really a painless experience!

This is the most dishonest car dealer I have ever bought a car from. DO NOT GO HERE. They will rope you in and play mind games with you so you will end up buying a car that does not meet your needs. They are shady and dishonest. Review Update- While bringing in my jeep for service of which I have had nothing but problems with the new vehicle, the service center advisor was extremely condescending. Also amazed at the lack of safety measures in the service center. The truck in the service lane next to me went into reverse plowing into the SUV behind it with a mechanic jumping out from under the truck. My vehicle was next to the truck and we were standing less than 5 feet from the SUV which was hit. No one even asked if we were ok. It was a horrible experience.

To make a long story short, I brought my car in for an issue with the hands free device. I was told they were replacing my radio with an exchange radio and the part would be in the next day and that they had USPS tracking on it. Why are you giving me a refurbished radio? They didn't have a good answer. I call the next day around 5pm because I was never called. The radio didn't come in. Funny, thought you had tracking on it. They said it "might" be in within the next few days. Really? Anyways, they called when my vehicle was ready (six days later) and I turned the car on to find the same problem exists. I don't even know if my radio was really replaced. They said to call back tomorrow when the techs are in so they can look at it. Who has time to just run back and forth to the dealership?! Come on. It's under warranty, fix it right the first time. I recommend staying away from this dealership, at least their service department. They obviously did not resolve my issue and they have awful communication skills. I will not be going back.

In June of 2016, I bought a 2016 Chrysler 200 from Maury Hayden at Naperville Chrysler. Maury was a class act -- attentive and helpful. I got the deal of the century on this car. I was keeping my existing vehicle and did not have a trade-in, but the deal was so good that my finance company insisted that there must be a trade in the deal somewhere to account for the price I paid. When I told some friends in the Madison, WI area what I paid for my Chrysler, they immediately drove two hours to Naperville Chrysler to buy TWO for themselves! I'll definitely be back to Naperville Chrysler when I need my next car.

I bought my new 2018 Jeep renegade here. It was pretty cool I came in on Memorial Day and was the last one to leave cause I guess a lot of ppl were buying cars that day. I happened to be last because the 2nd to last ppl had every question in the book so thanks for that whoever u are. Honestly I forgot my dealers name and I m pretty sure he told me my car had heated seats and they don t .

Anyways today I had to go in cause this morning my car would only go 8 mph so I had to go back home and take my moms car . So I called them during my lunch break and they told me to bring her in, my car. I came in at 6ish and they tested it and Ryan said it was just something with the sensors perhaps the breaks and asked if I had mats I said no. he said could still drive it for 2-3 days and I made an appointment with Linda for Saturday. But to not-my-surprise it started up again omw home with the lightning bolt sign at the bottom left corner and would not let me drive over 20 mpg( picture below at 27 when the bolt started ). Sorry to whoever was driving behind me westbound on Eola, Tuesday. I called them and Sebastian answered and told me to turn off the car and turn it back on (it worked) and that I can come back and get a rental. I went back and Ryan was already waiting for me with my rental . So here I am at home with the rental. I will upload pictures.

I don t know what the problem is over there at the service department but they need to get on it. First of all I shouldn t have go multiple times to get an oil change which is suppose to be express and be told it will be an hour and a half wait. I finally decide I d wait cause I was way overdue. It took two hours and then we had to go back cause we had them rotate our tires too and they didn t fill our tires, so obviously they didn t check the pressure. Sure hope they rotated our tires!!!

Another thing we ask if they could also put on our new plates for us and they put on the back one and no front plate. He said I only gave him one plate. No I gave you two. He took the car to the back and found the other plate. Glad I didn t leave the dealership or they probably would have tossed it.

Horrible service I won t be back there. And maybe someone higher up should give us a call!

My husband and I have been researching the Chrysle...

My husband and I have been researching the Chrysler Pacifica for our growing family. I received an email from Naperville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram's marketing department offering a $25 Visa gift card to take it for a test drive. Since I was in the area this afternoon, I thought I'd stop in to see the car and take it for a test drive, even though I had my toddler with me. Reid approached us, and one of the first things he said to me was, "You came in just for the gift certificate?" Well, I wanted to see the car and ask some questions, but yes, I guess so. He did not seem thrilled to be answering my fairly basic questions about the vehicle. He showed me another model that wasn't on the floor of the dealership only after I asked, and still not did offer a test drive. Since it seemed like he had better things to do than to try to sell me a car, I left. He was annoyed that I wouldn't give him my contact information. If you can't provide me with some customer service, I'm certainly not going to provide you with a sale. Was I going to buy a brand new car this afternoon? To be honest, no. But will I come back to Naperville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram when we're ready to do so? Nope! Did this guy really think I would drag my pregnant self and a toddler to a car lot in the middle of a hot day if I wasn't at least a little serious about buying this vehicle? Don't have your marketing department send out email offers if your salespeople are not going to be happy and willing to honor them! Naperville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram lost my business today!

My wife and I came into the dealership only wanting to see one vehicle. The salesman answered all of our questions honestly and was not high pressure. We took a day to think about it and then started negotiating. I believe that we negotiated a fair deal for both sides.

The vehicle was certified/used, but new enough that my wife and I didn't go over it thoroughly before buying. We found a slight issue with the paint after purchasing that we should have noticed. Our salesman stepped up post sales and fixed the problem for us. I am completely satisfied with the pre and post sales support. The dealer kept helping us even after the sale of a used vehicle.

I recently took my 2013 town and country for service and had the worst customer service ever. Not only was Keith from the service department unprofessional but did nothing to solve my issues in my van. I left the service department with the same issues I went in with. When I called him to let him know the issues returned he basically told me I didn't know how to drive the van and the issue was me. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone all they did was take my money and didn't solve my problem. Worse place to have your vehicle serviced.

I had a great experience at this dealership. Proba...

I had a great experience at this dealership. Probably, within the top ten fastest experiences in buying a car. They didn't make me play all the games that some dealerships do when buying a car.

They gave me a very fair trade on my truck and we worked out a fair compromise on a new lease. It was also Memorial Day Weekend. That may have helped.

I really like the Sales managers approach. Instead of being off in the distance he got right into the conversation. I liked that.

I will consider this dealership again when buying or leasing a car.

Cons:
I wish they at least had water for customers buying a car. They only have vending machines.

Salesman stand around, near where people are actually buying a car and talk about random things that I honestly don't care to hear while trying to buy a car. That was off putting.

They hard on only getting a 10 in the NPS survey sent. I get that you can call out and say if I am not getting a 10 in service let them know and they will change it but to ask over and over for a 10 on the survey is really, really annoying. Read this book on surveys: "Hug your Haters". That is how your deal with surveys. Don't influence the results by asking but showing.

What a terrible experience I had here at Napervill...

What a terrible experience I had here at Naperville CJDR. I brought my 2020 Wrangler in for service due to the A/C unit not working as intended. Jessica the service advisor gave me my car back saying it was fixed and blowing "a cold 43 degrees". I don't know where they came up with that number as the A/C was definitely not fixed at all and still blowing warm air. I called back and asked for a manager hoping that the manager would be able to fix the issue. However the service manager Tim McKay turned out to be even worse than Jessica. He told me to bring the Wrangler back in where it ended up staying in service for over 5 days. 5 days and multiple excuses later, the A/C once again was still not fixed. Tim Mckay told me they had no idea what was wrong with the A/C and started complaining about the cost of parts. "I could get a new compressor, but if it's not the compressor, we just wasted money ordering it." As a customer, I don't care what it costs you to fix my defective car that I am leasing from you. It's also not acceptable to tell me how "back in the day, we didn't have A/C and drove without it fine". It's 2020 and all cars should have working A/C units especially as the earth is getting hotter and hotter. I ended up taking my Wrangler back with the issue still present and drove it out to Arizona where another dealership WAS able to figure out what is wrong and is currently in the process of fixing it correctly as Tim McKay should have done.

I took my 2014 Challenger in to get the alternator replaced due to a recall. Keith the service pro assured me it was an easy fix and should take about 2-3 hours to do. The entire job took the crew an hour and a half to do and that's including the car wash which also came out looking great. She drives like a bat out of Hell . Great work and great customer service.

Disappointed because after tires are rotated they don t check and correct tire pressure. Front takes 60 and rear takes 65. When they are rotated the front at 65 causes a definite change in steering control. Also oil not wiped off frame of truck damaged driveway. Happens every time and I get my service performed every 2 months.

Can I select 0 stars? First I was directed here by Chrysler for warranty on defective paint... still is not fixed. They had my truck from December 17th 2016 to april 15th every time I am told to pick it up I find more issues. I have had knicks and fisheyes in fresh paint. I have mottling as well which is shadowing or blotching in the paint. The grill is now scratched one time I picked it up and had two dents in the the fenders. Then I picked it up and the heat shield for under the hood was not installed but left in the bed of the truck and the washer solvent line is not hooked up but I can smell burning rubber in my garage after I parked it. I am sick and tired of this place Dave and the body shop are worse than a guy painting in garage in an old Chicago alley. Problem still not resolved!

Have you noticed ALL the negative reviews for this...

Have you noticed ALL the negative reviews for this dealership have to do with their service department - maybe it is time to change the Service Manager - obviously isn't 100% at his job. For instance:

I took my truck in this last Saturday (8:30am appointment) for a 20,000 mile service that included an oil change - at 1:30pm they had not even started - you would think they would get the oil change out of the way...., it wasn't until I showed up at 1:30pm that they actually moved my truck into the garage. Absolutely unacceptable - considering the money I was about to spend on this service appointment. Not to mention the fact that I was about ready to buy my daughter a brand new Jeep Cherokee.

The value that was placed on me as a 'return' customer was horrible at best - the service manager tried contacting me to see if there was anything they could do to make-up for the mishap - well you can't give me time lost back - unfortunately I will find another dealership to have my truck serviced going forward.

I will never do business with this dealership again. Absolutely horrible.

Very Disgruntled Customer

It was my first Time getting serviced since I got my new car from the same dealership. I ended up finding out that my service first oil change was free.Evwryone was very nice. I was greeted right away when I pulled into the garage. The gentlemen I was working with took the time to explain to me about different services that I was asking about and when they should get done. Everything went accordingly and was fast. I had a good conversation with one of the salesmen inside while I was waiting which made time fly.

I would not recommend this dealer. They do not like to return phone calls. The first truck I looked at was on Saturday and they gave me a VIP 24 hour hold. Monday morning at 9am I called about the truck only to be given the run around all day to find out they sold it. Today is Tuesday and I was willing to give them a second chance. Called at 9am again on a different truck. Gave all information including pre-approval financing, etc. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK !!!! It is now 3:40pm and still not phone call. Apparently their business is doing so well they do not need or want any new business. Buyers beware if you are going to be dealing with this dealer.

I dropped off my 2016 jeep with some minor things that needed to be addressed , At first they were very nice , but only one thing was fixed when i drove my car home . Had to call the following day cause it was 6pm when i picked up my car the day before , dropped my car off again they had my car for 7 hrs just to get a call saying it was ready for pick up again. got there and again i was told everything was all good so this time i asked what the issue was , the noise in the front door was still there. The service guy said it was my weather tech window guards which i have never heard make noise so i asked him if they test drove it , answer NO well did you take it apart and look inside the door ? answer NO so in 7 hrs and 2 diff days my radio still fades in and out , and my door still makes noise ... but i bet if i bring it in after my warranty is up they'll be able to find the problem on MY dime . don't waste your time at this service department

Visited the Service area for an oil change and Ben Martin did not provide great customer service. When I arrived all he did was tell me that it would be better if I came another day. I ended up dropping off my car and it looks like they were able to schedule my oil change, interesting. He was extremely blunt and held an attitude as if he had too much to do. I am a first-time customer and do not wish to go with him for assistance in the future. I am paying too much for my warranty for this type of treatment. Luckily someone else was able to answer my questions and help me which i appreciated.

Worst repair/dealer experience I have ever had. I ...

Worst repair/dealer experience I have ever had. I would absolutely not recommend Naperville Jeep to anyone, ever. They are rude, condescending, have poor communication, and added lies upon lies.

Story:
I noticed my 2017 jeep wrangler began leaking on the passenger side axle. After doing some quick googling I determined it was a bad axle seal which is pretty common on lifted wrangler. The jeep repair book quotes 2 hours to replace it. I decided to schedule an appointment at the Naperville jeep dealer to have the work done as we were in the process of moving and it was on the way. I called the dealer, the receptionist transferred me to parts, the parts guy quoted $26 for the part. I was then transferred to another person to get a quote on repair. I received a quote of 2 hours. Perfect. I was then transferred to another person who handles the scheduling. This dealer was 2-3 weeks out on scheduling but happen to have a spot at 9:15 Friday to have the work done. Great, that was the day we had the movers coming for the new house. It will be tough, but we ll make it work.

This is where the fun starts.

We limped the jeep to the dealer 1.5 hours away Thursday, a day early, to drop it off since we would be moving on 8/31 and the jeep shouldn t be driven since it was leaking.

11:00 AM Friday I text Mark our Service Advisor to see how the work went. (No response)
12:20 PM Friday I text Mark our Service Advisor for an update. (No response)
2:00 PM Friday I decide to call for an update since Mark won t respond. I m told the Jeep is in the bay STILL being worked on.

2:51 PM Friday I get a call from Mark and was advised they won t have time to even LOOK at the jeep for a week or so and I need to reschedule. When I question him on the timeline above I was provided a made-up story on how these jeeps have multiple seals on each side and it takes hours and hours to fix and they wont have time. I remind him the Jeep book recommends 2 hrs to complete the work and bill the customer and the Jeep only has 1 seal on each side. What were they doing all day with my jeep? Why were they not responsive and honest from the get go? Why did they lie at 2:00 saying it was being worked on? Mark starts getting extremely hostile and defensive that I called out his lies and that I was a well-informed customer. He back peddles, makes up more excuses, and argues for a bit. I let Mark vent which I thought was a bit inappropriate of him but ultimately, he has my $45,000+ jeep in his possession so I better not push this hot head much more.

At this point I know I m getting nowhere with the SA Mark, so I request to speak with the manager. The manager advises me they will try to get the jeep done today.

3:42 PM Friday Mark calls back extremely cocky and condescending. We have the jeep apart. There s mud in it and I have pictures to prove it. *He s almost laughing now* It will now be a 5+ hour job, like I said earlier, to clean up the mud and $850 to replace BOTH sides. And we can t get it done for another week

Now remember only 1 side was leaking and I was quoted 2 hours originally. At this point there s nothing I can do. My Jeep is an hour and a half away, I just moved in to a new house and have no way to move the jeep to another dealer. I agree to have the work done and wait a week.

Sadly, I feel like I was taken advantage of for talking back to Mark. He was a terrible Service Advisor to deal with. Had I not called out his lies and lack of communication things may have gone smoother. I wonder now if they would have only charged me for the original 2 hours and not 3 additional hours had Mark not gotten so mad. The whole ordeal was super frustrating. At this point I cannot recommend Naperville Jeep to anyone. They are rude, condescending, have poor communication and piled lies upon lies to get their way and ultimately bully me in to paying more and scheduling the work on their time. I was overcharged and feel I was taken advantage of.

I went to Naperville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram just to look at some new Dodge Durango's. When I got there, I was asked if I could be helped and right off the bat I let the salesman know that I just wanted to look at some Durango's. He took his time and was able to show me three different vehicles. I test drove one and I like it but I was not ready to buy. He did try to see if we could strike a deal because that's his job but after I told him that I was not ready to buy he understood and gave me his contact info for future use. I didn't buy that day but I have recommended the dealership to my friends and family because they are not pushy. Great customer service!

I recently filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy and I needed a vehicle in order to continue getting to work and home and so on. I recieved mail from the dealership and it had a personalized sticky note attached to it. I thought to myself if somebody took the time to personally attach something to the mail I would give them a shot hoping they weren't just out for money. I am SO glad I went to speak to John Mac and his team. Bob helped break down the situation I was in and explain my best options to me in order to put me in a position where not only did I have a car but that I could maintain the payments required. Wonderful, insightful, friendly people who understand life happens and aren't just trying to grab your money and send you off. I felt happier leaving there with the Nissan they helped me find than I have for years. I highly recommend you go to them first before you try anywhere else. These are the people who care not only about the reputation of their company but the quality of your life after you leave them.

I had a 10:00 appointment. Quick check in and took car back right away. Friendly staff. The waiting area needs to be upgraded. Not very big and no usb outlets and you are basically in the sales area. It was an overall great shopping experience. The paper work all went smoothly and we had a brand newly wash Jeep ready to drive away in no time.
I would strongly recommend this dealership and Craig as a sales person..
Thank you,
Valli Ross

Most dealers need as much business in these crazy times and I try and support and bring my business here but the wait times are ridiculous for an oil change. I called in advance and ask if I should just drop off vehicle and they told me to bring it right in it and has been over 2 hours for a simple maintenance. SMH

This was a great car buying experience for my wife and I. Our salesman Chris Olsen showed us the right cars, and was very knowledgeable and respectful. I can t say enough about John Mac either, who got us a great deal on the financing and completed the whole task in record time! They have definitely earned our business when it comes to future car buying,, and I would recommend they to everyone! Thank you Naperville CJDR!!!

I tried to buy a new Jeep from Naperville Jeep and I was ultimately unsuccessful. I tried real hard too. The sales guy there David F. wasted a bunch of my time and effort. We had already done a purchase agreement. I was happy to pay the price listed right on their website or even a little more. Evidently they don't really want to sell Jeeps at their advertised price. Don't waste your time with these guys.

I would highly recommend Naperville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Naperville. They provided excellent value and outstanding customer service when my wife and I were looking for a new minivan due to the expected arrival of our twins. They worked with us to get a van with all of the features we were looking for and had a nice inventory of vans to choose from. 5 stars!!!

I was leasing a 2018 Jeep Cherokee when I received a call to come in for a review of my lease which would be over in October 2020. I came and had a meeting with them and was offered a new 2020 replacement Jeep Cherokee for the rate I was paying for the 2018. Everyone there was great and I unexpectedly drove home a great new car. I want to thank the staff at Naperville Chrysler Jeep for their wonderful work in making the change and highly recommend them for everyone needing a new vehicle. I especially want to thank Chad Winiarczyk for his excellent service in delivering the car and helping to get it ready to take home.

If I can put ZERO stars I would. I had my car towed to this facility for repairs due to my car completely died not sure why. Couple of days later they "repaired" my car so I waited about an hour for them to find someone capable of driving my car from back of the facility to the front. I took a look at my car and inspected it to find a huge crack from one end of my front bumper to the other end. They were not willing to look at the cameras right away instead told me they would look into it and insisted it was the tow company. Tow company provided pictures of when they picked up/dropped off my car and saw no damage. I had to call the Dodge dealer back because no managed called me back as promised and they told me "at this time we are not taking responsibility for the damage but let's just schedule you to bring the car in for repair". When I arrived a worker by the name Rolando told me the cameras were acting weird and for some reason they cut off and couldn't see if the damage was done there. I received my car with my bumper replaced. Next day I turn my car on a noticed when I turn the key in the ignition it sound like it loses power and struggles to turn on. Figured it would be the cold but continues to do the same. I called to ask why it is doing that since it never had this problem before and again Rolando said I would have to bring the car back but still be charged for the diagnosis and repair. I went in with 1problem to have 3 problems occur. I will never step foot in that facility again nor would I recommend it. So dissapointing to have to continue to pay for a repair and then your repairs double because of other peoples incompetence!

My wife and I had an excellent experience while purchasing our 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4 from Naperville Jeep. Our sales rep Chris Olson was helpful, knowledgeable about the Jeep, and great to work with. Our finance rep Dave Pickell was very pleasant and helpful.

I have never had a good experience here with the service department. This last time I had to get my truck towed to the dealer since they were the closest dealer. Price seemed high so I called Tyson in Shorewood (where I usually drive out of my way to go to) and they told me a price that was $300 less than Naperville CJDR. I didnt have time and wouldn't have been worth it to get it towed to the Tyson. So, I paid the extra $300. I went and picked up my truck and I had the low tire pressure light on...they couldn't even take the time to put a little air in my tire. I must have been spoiled owning a Subaru before this as there service makes this dealership look like an absolute joke and how they don't really care. This dealership doesn't go over an inspection report of fluids, tires, filter, etc etc after you get an oil change. I don't ever recommend getting any service work done here drive somewhere else..

Wow, had a bad experience this past Saturday. I was there to get my car serviced and that went fine, no issues. My issue was when I proceeded to the show room and test drove a Jeep Wrangler. I ask for potential trade in for my car and pricing for the Jeep. The sales guy (who I won t name) ask to take a pic of my mileage of my car and VIN to get a potential price for a trade in. When we were talking at his desk he said his pic of my mileage was blurry , and he needed my keys again. When he came back he didn t have my keys and said they were at the front desk. I didn t think anything of it because we quickly started talking about the potential prices for a new Jeep. When I told the salesperson that the numbers were too high, he left and 2 guys (General Manager and another guy) came back and acted like they just saw the Sopranos movie. Interesting tactic on their approach to make a deal. When I told them no and got up to walk away, I still had to ask for my keys back.

I think this blurry pic Comment was a trick to get my keys back and to hold me there. This was a sleazy used car salesmen tactic! Buyer beware!!! Wow

Just had an interaction with Robert on the phone regarding a Chrysler/Mopar product I know nothing about. It's a Master Shield product that Chrysler promotes and has been guaranteeing if applied by their techs, not too informed on the product but had questions; my local dodge dealers swear by it and is supposedly warranteed with the product for the original owner. This dealership knew nothing about it, no big deal. The issue was he as rude and acted like I was ill informed on anything anticorrosion, which is not the case, but this product I don't know enough about. Just wanted to be informed. I was pleasant but firm in my interactions, as he got aggressive, then he said 'thanks, good bye' and hung up without a response on my part. That is not what I would think as customer's service, plus I wasn't being disrespectful or rude, just asking about the products.

This is a follow-up to the review earlier regardin...

This is a follow-up to the review earlier regarding the 1.5 hour and $35.00 headlight bulb replacement. I was pretty mad on Saturday, but with everything going on I had cooled off and was kind of ok with letting the whole matter go. I had resolved that I just would not use them again to service my car. Then we received a phone call today from Tim the Service Mgr regarding the previous negative review. The purpose of his call seemed to be an effort to get us to take the review down. He actually inspired me to a few conclusions that also include not doing business with them again. So Tim tells me that the dealership stood by their quote of $35.00 even though the bill should have been over $100. Keep in mind this is to replace a headlight bulb on a 2004 Chrysler Sebring convertible. Folks you can look this stuff up yourself. For starters Naperville Chrysler charged me $23.50 for the bulb. This was the first thing I looked up. On 5 different websites this part was between $2.50 and $10.15. Next he told me that they had to remove the entire bumper to replace the headlight. Read that again. I thought that was total baloney too, and so when I got off the phone with Tim I looked it up in my handy Haynes manual. Guess what? There are 4 steps to removing the light bulb and NONE of them require anyone to take off the bumper. Check it for yourself Tim. Chapter 12-14 & 15. Tim also told me that the original price was under quoted because the guy did not know what was involved with light bulb replacement. Isn't that why people are willing to pay a little more for dealer services? Because you DO know what's involved? If I hadn't had to work that day and needed the lights to be fully operational that same night I WOULD have done this myself. To add insult to injury someone had to sit there for an hour and a half and wait for the light bulb to be changed. The person doing the quoting also mentioned that the whole thing should take about 45-60 minutes which is why it was agreed to in the first place. During that hour and a half nobody ever came out to say hey this is going to take a little longer, do you still want to wait? It was not until I called the service department after receiving an upset text message that anyone was available to provide a status of the repair. The sad thing is that first review was typed while waiting for the car. Just a little decent customer service and this whole thing could have been completely averted. Heck this entire 2nd review could have been averted if we hadn't been made to feel that the only reason there was any follow-up was to ask us to take the first review down. The final insult to injury was that we also asked for a quote to do the front brakes when we first arrived on Saturday but never received it. When that was brought up to Tim today we were told that someone would call us with the quote. Don't worry about it. I think it's safe to say we won't be back. That's too bad. I've always owned Chrysler-Dodge products. My new 300 won't be coming from this place that's for sure.

Overall the experience wasn't bad, but I wouldn't say it was good either. We stopped in to check out the Jeep Cherokees. After saying what trim we wanted we were told that our sales rep would look over what colors they had available. Coming back a few minutes later we were told they didn't have that trim on the lot, not ideal but it happens, and asked for our next choice. Gave that and again, after saying he'd check what colors were available, he came back saying they didn't have that trim available at all either. Since we mainly just wanted to see the car that day, not buy, he said they had a used version that was used as a loaner. Knowing we wanted brand new, but just wanted to see the car, explained we could test drive that one, but if we were to buy we would only buy a brand new one, not the one we test drove. After the drive we were then asked several times if we wanted that exact car, even after saying several times we had no interest in a former loaner car. We also kept being pushed into a lease, even after saying we were only going to buy. Just felt like they were insistent on us leasing a car we didn't want, and when we had no interest in leasing. The staff overall was friendly, but seemed to be pushing us down a path we didn't want to go down.

Before our purchase I made sure to read the reviews before we went in. As I was reading I noticed the name Chris Olson had wonderful reviews. I decided to call the dealership and set up a time with him, so my husband can test drive a pickup truck he was interested in. From the time we arrived Chris was absolutely amazing! He was very knowledgeable, very easy to get along with, and made us feel great about the purchase of the truck. After working with Chris we sat with Dan who was great as well. He really worked those numbers for us. Overall, we had a great experience at this dealership. The cherry to top it off we were in and out in about 2.5 hours. Amazing!

I dropped off my 2015 Charger about a month ago for a service. I had a moisture in my tail light and problems with shifting gears when engine was cold. At first they made a very good impression. Made me feel like I'm leaving my car in good hands. My car was there for a total of 3 days. They started working on my car on day 2. Excuse was their mechanic specializing in engine was not available. And did I mention that I had my appointment scheduled?! What is the point of asking a costumer to drop their car off for service if they know their mechanic will not be available!! When they finally called that my car is ready they said everything is fixed and in perfect condition. I guess that was a lie!! Not even 24 hours later I still had issues with shifting gears. I called a manager to complain about it. His response was "Let me look into it, talk to my mechanics that did your service and will get back to you" guess what?! Its been 2 weeks and I still haven't heard from the guy!! This is a joke! With all honesty.. don't waste your time with them and find a place that will actually take care of all of your car needs.

I don't even have the words... but wow! What a great experience I had with this dealership. I was in and out with a brand new Jeep in LESS THAN 2 1/2 HOURS!! I'm still in disbelief of how easy and quickly everything flowed. My salesman, Reid, was great... wasn't your typical "pushy salesman" and I truly trusted the information we went over during my time there. Thank you, Reid! I'll def be back in a year or two when it's time to upgrade!
