Overall the experience wasn't bad, but I wouldn't say it was good either. We stopped in to check out the Jeep Cherokees. After saying what trim we wanted we were told that our sales rep would look over what colors they had available. Coming back a few minutes later we were told they didn't have that trim on the lot, not ideal but it happens, and asked for our next choice. Gave that and again, after saying he'd check what colors were available, he came back saying they didn't have that trim available at all either. Since we mainly just wanted to see the car that day, not buy, he said they had a used version that was used as a loaner. Knowing we wanted brand new, but just wanted to see the car, explained we could test drive that one, but if we were to buy we would only buy a brand new one, not the one we test drove. After the drive we were then asked several times if we wanted that exact car, even after saying several times we had no interest in a former loaner car. We also kept being pushed into a lease, even after saying we were only going to buy. Just felt like they were insistent on us leasing a car we didn't want, and when we had no interest in leasing. The staff overall was friendly, but seemed to be pushing us down a path we didn't want to go down.
