If you find yourself at Honda of Joliet looking for a spiffy new ride, make sure you ask for Chrisnah (Chris) Sem. He really takes his time with you. Chris is incredibly knowledgeable. He is professional in every way, always remembers your name. He was fast and efficient, and got us a great deal. We love our new CRV! Thank you Chris for making car shopping a pleasurable experience! My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and it was an all around pleasant experience! Since this vehicle would be primarily driven by my wife, safety and reliability was my biggest concern. Before arriving to the dealership I read multiple reviews and decided to ask for a specific sales representative- Liz Perez. Her reviews were impressive. But I'm skeptical; and seeing is believing. To my surprise, I was not disappointed. Liz was very professional, knowledgeable, and respected my concern to find a a safe and reliable vehicle. And as and added bonus, she is courteous and has a sense of humor:) I'm sure she isn't the only great sales representative at Honda of Joliet, however, I'm old school and a word of mouth reference still means something to me. With this being said, I highly recommend Liz Perez. Even if you don't purchase a vehicle, you will have met a kind and respectful person. Thanks to Josh Tornabeni for once again assisting me in acquiring a vehicle at Honda of Joliet. Josh has been patient, professional, and honest in every deal I have done with him. Josh listens to what it is that you need in a vehicle, and what you want to spend. He then proceeds to help you find the vehicle that meets your requirements, and at no time does he up-sell you in any way. He will not purposely show you that next trim level with leather seats to see if he can sway you to spend more than you wanted. It is an honest and open up-front communication process that I have not encountered anywhere else. I ll be back to Honda of Joliet and Josh Tornabeni will be the salesman that I do business with.

Last 12/20/2018, my wife and I visited this Dealer to test drive the pre-owned 2017 Honda CR-V, and we were greeted by Rick (I think) who introduced us to Ted Turrisi, our Sales Rep. From start to finish, Ted was very patient and very professional through the whole buying process. He was very knowledgeable with the Car that we were planning to purchase. It was such pleasure to deal with Ted. Overall, the experience was very pleasant. The staff were all very nice. We left the dealer purchasing the car with no regrets. Went here to get service done on our 2010 Ridgeline and walked out with a 2019 Ridgeline with under 400 miles on it. They were amazing here and especially Mike Poulos. He really made us feel like family and helped us with everything. He went the extra mile and we are more then happy. I am back at the dealer for service on a flat tire due to some nails. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. I leased my HR-V and I was told anything that may happen with the tires, was going to be covered. That is not true, they are not covered because it wasn t issue by the maker. We all know that if it s a brand new car nothing should be wrong with it, at least for a couple of years, so why mention the tires will be covered if anything happens. There s a separate tire insurance if you want your tires covered if something happens. Overall service is good, the staff is very respectful and friendly and helpful if they can. Just make sure you ask every question in detail and know everything about coverages and fees, before you sign anything.

After several months of not stepping foot into the dealership due to a very soured service department experience last June (which really stung, because we just bought a civic from them in March 2017). ...well, I decided on March 12, 2018 to just go look at the new CRVs and see if Joliet Honda could show anything that would prove me back into being their customer. THEY DID THAT AND MORE! :) We returned only because we had such a good experience buying the last car through Dave. This time, Luis really came through for us as well. He took very good care of us. Even John Wise, a manager, came to talk with me about our June experience and made it better in how they handled this new purchase. They ASSURED me that they rectified their service department woes, made staffing changes--and if I EVER have a problem, to take it to him!! Well! I was sold, my husband was very satisfied, and we drove away with our brand new 2018 CRV! I LOVE the car--it is more than I wanted and for a great sales ticket. I am utterly SPOILED! The finance manager, remembered us from our purchase just 11 months previous, and also was very upset we had a bad experience with service. He gave me some great coupons in addition took great care of us in our warranty department on the new vehicle. IF ANY OF YOU READING THIS HAD A BAD SERVICE EXPERIENCE WITH THAT AWFUL SERVICE MANAGER RUNNING THE SHOP---GIVE HONDA ANOTHER CHANCE--THEY TURNED ME RIGHT AROUND!!! Honestly, I expected to just look at the CRVs at this dealorship being closer to me and I expected we'd be going down the road to Valley Honda in Aurora... I was SOLD and happy to be back to this very conveniently located dealership and feel I have the backing by the managers running the place if I ever need it :) THANK YOU HONDA SUPERSTORE OF JOLIET!!! Spoke with Jennifer on the phone to make sure a certain vehicle was on the lot. Jennifer was very professional and a delight on the phone. Drove 1 hour and 30 min to get to the dealership. Was greeted by Rich P and the lovely Jennifer who made sure i was taken care of. With a great attitude and positive energy. Rich helped me thru my process of my car buying process. The perfect sales person without the long back n forth negotiation process. I expressed what i was willing to pay and was met with my needs in under 10 minutes. The quickest and most straight forward experience i have ever had. Worth the drive to deal with this Honda team that dosent waste your time bc they know the value of it. Before leaving Jennifer made sure to stop by and make sure i was taken care of the whoe way. Thanks guys!

After going to 2 other Honda dealers in the past 6 months I am very satisfied with my salesman Oren Ferguson at Honda of Joliet. He made the buying process very easy for me. I am a widow who purchased a car on my own 3 years ago and was very dissatisfied. I felt I had been taken advantage of. Needless to say Oren helped to me to overcome that. This is the first and last Honda I will ever own. I bought a brand new Honda Accord from the Joliet dealership in 2013. It had 16 miles on it. I loved everything about it-it was fuel efficient but I especially loved the way it drove. I think that was what really sold me. The deal I got was good, and the service was also good. What I didn t know is that this car came with a lot of little problems. I had to replace the battery after two years of purchasing the car because the battery that it came with didn t start when the weather got too cold. Twice it left me stranded the first year I purchased it. It happened two more times the next winter so I ended up buying a new battery at Sam s Club. The dealership kept saying that the battery was good and didn t need to be replaced so I had to just buy one myself because I was sick of a car that I couldn t count on starting during cold days. Another problem is that every time the climate shifts (and I mean every time) the tire pressure gauge goes on. It happens so often I brought it in for tire repairs. The guy scoffs at me and says that everyone that owns a Honda has this problem. There was nothing wrong with the tires and he told me not to worry. When the weather changes, the tires lose air. I get it, but I owned a Nissan Maxima prior to this Accord and I maybe had to put air in three times a year. I was now literally visiting a gas station to pump air every 2-4 weeks since fall began. The guy responded with, Yeah, you know Honda tires really weren t designed for the extreme weather we have in Illinois. So I guess what I learned was if you live in Illinois, don t buy a Honda and expect top performance during colder weather.

Well, I have to say my experience with Honda of Joliet has been an interesting one.

First, it started out where my lease was running out and I started to get calls from the location about switching, great right? COVID hit and thus I didn't get around to it for the first few months. Basically, I wanted a new lease for the same model and make.

Then, I finally talked to someone Adriana, who was semi-responsive on email (it seems car dealerships still think everyone has the time to talk on the phone). Went back and forth, but eventually she went silent. Come to find out she left and the next person I talked to seem to not have any record of my account and what I was trying to do. Here is where the 2 Stars really comes into play.

I start to get calls and emails from many different staff at this location. Richelle is emailing me, Oren is calling me, and probably two other people email me once I filled out the finance application after Adrianna instructed me to do so. I talked to Oren on the phone, then called him back the next day and left a voicemail, never returned. He then emails me 4 days later asking if I am still interested.

Richelle gives me piece meal information especially around contact-less purchasing. Honestly, I don't think this location didn't want to do contact-less at all, and kept pushing me to bring my lease in. To top it all off Richelle didn't even seem to know my name after several emails with last email having completely.

Hardy called me and was very straight forward, which I appreciated. Walked me through my questions, although it still was unclear as to why I needed to even come into the location. One thing we agreed on was 40 minutes max at the location. (I am a higher risk with COVID).

Brings me to the day of, expecting 40 minutes, we were there for 90 minutes. Basic paper signatures, something that I could have done easily one week prior.

Honestly, the staff was fine, it really just gets to how buying and leasing a car is antiquated. I knew what car I wanted to lease, already had an account on file at this location, and yet it took one month, countless emails, a total of 6-7 staff, and 90 minutes (which was longer than closing on my house during the pandemic).

I just purchased the 2018 Civic Coupe Si from Rick Ponulak at this dealership. This dealership and this sales rep went out of their way to make this a wonderful and fun, yes fun experience! I needed to pick it out, test drive it, have the service department add take care of a few add-on's, and pay on a Friday, then pick it up the next day with my daughter and leave quickly for another appointment. Talk about accommodating! So many people went the extra mile to get everything I needed done and I am truly thankful!
Rick walked me through the process quickly and painlessly on Friday so that I could see my daughter do a presentation at her university. Then Saturday once I watched her see her new car for the first time I had to leave. Since the purchase process went so well I knew, without question, that Rick would take the time to explain ALL of the details of the car and it's options to my daughter even though I was unable to stay. Rick totally came through for me! She later called me to say that he was wonderful and patient explaining the details of the car, it's options, and the warranties that I purchased. This dealership is wonderful! My daughter is beyond happy with the car and service as am I. Rick,,,, she hasn't stopped smiling! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

My parents and I bought a new 2016 Honda Civic EX-L on Saturday, September 24th from the Honda of Joliet. Simply put, I am absolutely in love with the car. Also, making the purchase was an enjoyable experience due to the well-working cog that is this dealership, as every person my parents and I dealt with were very helpful and had an important role to play during the sale. Specifically, my parents and I were mostly assisted by Josh Tornabeni. It is important to note that my parents had previously bought a Honda CR-V, assisted by Josh, from Honda of Joliet earlier this year, and had such an excellent experience that made them want to bring me in to get my Honda from this specific dealership. Josh was very kind to my parents and I, as he made sure we were comfortable throughout the process, and he exemplified what it means to be chivalrous. Josh worked above and beyond his scheduled work time during the week up until that Saturday with my dad to make sure we would get the best deal with the best car for our price range and other desires. Overall, I would recommend this dealership and, specifically, Josh as a salesman to anyone looking to get a new vehicle.

I have bought several cars over the course of 10 years from this dealership. My salesman Ted is one of a kind. He goes out of his way to find the vehicle that fits my family's needs. My fiance became terminally ill this year and in need of a lung transplant to live. We are having a benefit - Keep Breathing John. When we reached out to Honda of Joliet to see if they would like to help out with the benefit they didn't hesitate making a generous donation. We will definitely be back to buy our next car and recommend them to anybody.

We purchased a new 2020 Honda Accord and the experience was awesome! Our Salesperson, Ted Turrisi ensured that the transaction was smooth and uneventful from beginning to end. He was attentive to our needs, clear and detailed with explanations/information and very pleasant, considerate. In a rating system from 1-10 (10 being the highest) he gets a 10! Definitely 5 stars!
