I have been a Dodge owner for a couple of decades ...

I have been a Dodge owner for a couple of decades now. Recently I have owned a Dodge Durango and currently own a Dodge Charger. The Charger has been a great car for around town and especially on road trips. Great ride and great gas mileage. I have had great experiences with service also and with no issues while keeping my car up to date on it's maintenance schedule.

I ve bought Jeep SUVs for each of my two daughters at this dealership from Chris Olson - he s the best!
We send a few emails back and forth before I visit so Chris knows my budget and knows what I m looking for, then he gets a couple of vehicles ready for me to look at, he gets the pricing right on them, then I come in and finish the purchase. Easy, no hassle, and I get the most for my dollar on a great car!

Chris is a great guy who is very easy to do business with highly recommended...

Experience was horrible, I was told I was approved...

Experience was horrible, I was told I was approved for a vehicle told to switch insurance info and bring in additional info the next day. Did it all only to be told we can not sell you the vehicle. Only for the finance manager to tell me I couldn't get the vehicle.
But, I ended up at Hawks dealership in Forst Park, service was excellent got the same vehicle I was interested in with lower miles with no problem. Naperville dodge was a waste of my time.

Worst customer service ever. asked to check dashboard lights 3 times, and they said there is nothing wrong with the headlights. and it ook them 3 days to look at. They jacked up the ignition recall, and it was hard to turn they key. They said, it is suppose to be like that. Never again. I wish I can give negative stars.

Chris Olson was very helpful. He did an excellent job of helping us out, so glad he found us. We had an appointment for 210 PM. We checked in and waited. No one seemed to know we were there. Chris finally came to help us around 230 PM. He was great in knowledge of the vehicle and showing us options. We bought the car and waited over an hour for the finance manager. Finally another guy did our paperwork and got us on our way. His name was Sam. He was able to close the deal. The financial manager never did show up. So good going for Chris and Sam. Not so good for the finance manager.

Naperville Dodge does a great job maintaining my Avenger RT and my former Neon. Closing the body shop was a bad idea and now I have to go to White Eagle for body work. They also don't have any cars at this dealership. I refuse to trade in my Avenger for a Jeep.

Took my car in because third row seat wouldn t stow. Was told $160 fee just to look at car. 10 minutes after taking the shuttle home I get a call that there was a playing card stuck in the gears. Removed and now fixed. I understand their policy but thought they may adjust the rate. They didn t. Was contacted the next day by a rep asking for my opinion on service and they said they would relay the message to service manager who would definitely give me a call. They didn t. Received an email feedback form. Expressed my opinion on that. No response. Hopeful someone there will at least respond now that it s public. Wont return here.

The service manager and service department is horrible. I highly recommend making the trip to the St. Charles location if you can, instead of going to the naperville location. Even the Arlington Heights location does a better job at meeting your concerns.

We went here to look at the Jeep Wranglers. We are new to Jeep and had some questions about which model would be the best for us. The sales associate told us, "it is the weekend and we are busy, you can only test drive 1 car today. I need to make money, it is the weekend, you will have to come back during the week to drive something else". Wow.... I will never purchase a car from someone who tells me that two minutes after meeting me. Unbelievable. He did apologize before we left but the damage was already done.

Absolutely the worst service department and vehicl...

Absolutely the worst service department and vehicle you could ever buy. We purchased a RAM Promaster one year ago and over the year it has spent 71 days in the service department for the same issues. We opened a claim with Chrysler Corp. and the spokesperson Cynthia as well as Tim in the service department don't think that 71 days of a vehicle in service is an issue. I told them this was unacceptable and they didn't seem to think so. All they say is bring it in and we can look at it. You can only spend so much time without a work van. AVOID this dealer ship and PROMASTER VANS at all costs. We lost power to brakes several times, lost power to vehicle several times, headlights go out, wipers stop working at random times, etc.

All attempts to resolve our issue with what we felt is a lemon went unresolved with the dealership and as well as Chrysler Corp. They don't stand behind their product!!

It did help us to learn more about this van even though the trim what we were looking for was not available by then back to last year. Nice experience overall, trustworthy dealer which we recommended.

Great experience buying a used vehicle here. I searched for months to find the right one and this turned out to be it. I was hesitant to buy from here as this dealer is a couple hours away from me. Cruz was very quick to respond and answered all questions that I had. He made sure that there were no surprises by sending me more detailed pictures than just the generic ones that go on the site. When I arrived, Cruz had the vehicle extremely clean inside and out as well as warmed up and ready to go on the test drive - this was really respectful of my time. Financing through the dealer was very smooth as well. The above and beyond aspect of this visit was that my phone had died on the way to the dealer (again I was a couple hours away). Cruz let me use his charger while I was there and even sent me home with a charger in case my phone died on the way back.

Not sure this last comment is fair to direct at this dealer as much as the industry as a whole, but 9AM - 9PM hours are seemingly excessive. As someone who took you all the way to the 9PM hour, if you closed at 7PM I would have found a way to make that work. This means many employees are at 60+ hours/wk even before Saturdays. Having that extra hour or two before bedtime with kids and spouse is too important and should be prioritized ahead of an occasional extra sale.

Overall, I would recommend this dealer to a friend - Ask for Cruz!

Do not take your car here!

On 5/14/2020 I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee into Naperville CJDR for service. I brought my vehicle to a dealership as I expected a high level of service. The dealership performed routine fluid changes, tire rotation, vehicle inspection, oil change, etc. Total service cost $1,000.

On 6/6/2020, I was driving on the highway and 4 studs / lug nuts sheared off the wheel. The tire was barely holding on by 1 lug nut! With the vehicle stuck on the side of the road, I had to tow it to the nearest auto shop for repairs. I am lucky there was no serious accident, and that my car did not flip on the highway. An issue like this is caused from over / under tightening the lug nuts. The vehicle had barely any mileage from when it was serviced to the accident. It sat in a driveway during the stay at home order.

The vehicle had damages to the Rim, Bearing, Hub System, Spindle, and Half Shaft. Total repairs cost $2,400. Based thereon, I also have no confidence that the initial $1,000 worth of service at Naperville CJDR was done properly. Overall, I am lucky that I had no personal injury or did not end up in a ditch.

After the accident, I reached out to the Service Director (Tim McKay). Tim said that the dealership was not responsible because the vehicle may have had fatigued studs / bolts before it was serviced, or that the nuts could been affected by someone trying to steal my wheels. I find it hard to believe that my properly maintained vehicle would have fatigued studs / nuts. Or that someone tried to steal my wheel while it was parked at a suburban residence during stay at home order.

I would recommend people take their vehicle elsewhere for service. Naperville CJDR has shown an inability to properly service a vehicle and an inability to address any mistakes. Their service may put someone else in danger as it has put me in danger.

Since the moment we walked in Rob Goldman was friendly and very attentive to what we were looking for. He was helpful, patient and him and his team were very accommodating to our special requests. Rob stayed in contact with me after I realized I had made a huge mistake buying a regular gasoline minivan. He would write me and update me on all the new hybrid Pacifica s he was getting. He got me the Pacifica that I am so in love with now. He showed me how to work all the technology in my van and connected my phone to the Bluetooth. Mr. Pickell also was very funny and informative when it was time to sign paper work and contract. Previous to this location I visited my nearest Chrysler Dealer Mancaris (near cicero & 95th). Took me 20mins to walk out because they were simply overpriced and STUPID for not understanding my budget. This Naperville location is definitely over the top and ITS WORTH THE DRIVE FROM CHICAGO. Don t think it just go .

They are a joke to work with. Brought my husbands car in for a flat tire, called to follow up serval times took them 10 minutes to find the car in there system, as they try to tell me they didn't have my car. Finally they found the car in there system. Told them to replace tire, called to follow up a couple days later because I hadn't heard from anyone and they tried telling me that I didn't call back to get the car fixed. We have used them serval times because we have a Dodge and Jeep and every time they are a headache to work with. Will not be using them any longer!

Went today to look at a couple models of Jeep and Bob Mueller helped us. Right off the bat he introduced himself, unlocked some cars and let us look. There was never any pressure and he was more than happy to accommodate three test drives. We didn t plan to purchase today and he was fine with that. There was none of the typical car dealer condescension or pressure to move up models or trim levels. We will definitely be back to see Bob for then eventual purchase.

Should not be called "express lane" for oil changes if it takes 10 minutes for someone to get your car and preceded to tell you it is a two hour wait because 3 cars are in front of you. I've never had to wait that long at any other jeep dealer, and I'll never return to this one again.

Went to the dealership to get service done on my car. They told me that i would need a new alternator and serpentine belt. Then Rolan (the guy in chharge of service on my car) priced the parts and service at $1200. Me knowing a little something became suspicious that number was way too high. I asked him to walk me through the numbers and after applying a $100 discount due to them making a previous mistake another time i had my car there, there was $300 that magically disappeared in his pricing. The total came down to $850. I approved them to work on my car, but after talking to my buddy who works on cars i thought the problem could have just been the belt and the altnernator tested bad bc the belt was bad. So i tried contacting rolan. I called him 3 times and he was dodging me for an entire day. Then i get a txt saying my car is ready! That was funny. I go to pick up my car. Rolans not there. I try applying a 10% discount that i already asked rolan if i could use while i was talking to him over the phone and he said yes. They apply the discount and on the paper i notice it says (labor). So i ask if it worked for parts and labor like it was supposed to or if it was just labor. He lied to my face and said it worked on labor and parts. I leave to pay but i do the math while waiting in line and realize he lied. I go back and he plays dumb until i pull out a calculator and show him 2nd grade math. He then stares at his computer for 5 minutes clicking buttons until he finally tells me that special parts to not apply for the discount. So i tell him that rolan already approved the coupon over the phone, but he tells me theres nothing he can do for me. From now on i will be avoiding this dealership. If you do have to go there for service i suggest you do not trust them to do anything for you by themselves. Do all the math, look up the parts, and confront them.

I purchased a new Charger from Naperville CJDR in 2015 and the buying process was great. All my follow up routine maintenance has been perfect as well. Overall 5/5 experience and I would highly recommend!

Since then, I came back and purchased a new Ram and will likely buy my next car from them as well. My fiance bought a wrangler as well. I've worked with Chris Olson each time, and bring my family members in to work with him as well.

They have a good selection of used cars which is the reason we went there, to try out 3 different cars. Granted we went at 5:30p on a Saturday, but we still expected to be treated better. The managers at the front desk just pointed at a salesperson when we asked to see the cars. The the salesperson looked annoyed when we said we wanted to test 3 cars, at which point asked if we were buying a car tonight then told us we only had time to try out 1 car since it was 5:30p. If we had liked any of the cars we could have always come back to close the deal. But now we won't even look there if the car we want is there.

The were able to give me a good price for my current Jeep and they moved quickly to get me into my new vehicle. Itwas the best car dealer experience I have had to date.

The 1st time I cane here I didn t have a good experience. The salesman I had, Andrew, was nice but very stand off-ish. He wasn t very helpful with helping me select a car. I left and a few days later was called in to see if someone else could help and I was very happy I decided to go back. I was helped by Moises and Mike and they were AWESOME. Any questions I had they were very knowledgeable and I felt as if I d known them a long time. They worked very hard to get me the best deal and Car that fit me. I didn t get the car I wanted, I got something better! They gave me options to choose from and I feel I got the best deal. I would recommend that they have some sort of refreshments for waiting customers being that we were there a few hours and had to use the vending machine to get snacks, but other than that I am satisfied.

My wife and I both purchased 2017 Jeep renegades (at the same time) and noticed that we were burning oil and stalling out randomly. We have two children under 5 years old and were concerned about thier safety when driving with them and contacted Jeep to have it addressed.

We were told that we had to do a oil consummation test and immediately made a appointment to have them serviced on Saturday.

When we arrive a advisor Tom Murre rudely tells us that the test is useless because we added oil.

I was stalled on the side of road and had to had 3 quarts of oil just to get my car up in running. They would have rather me drive and lock my engine then address what's wrong.

I guess this is what a warranty means when you make a purchase through this organization. Buyer beware - they close the sale then close the door on you face.

What should I do hope that I'm not stranded with my two kids? Well according to Jeep that's just fine.

I had been shopping around and visiting various dealerships looking for a Jeep Wrangler. These guys are THE BEST. I have never enjoyed car shopping. It takes forever, theres a lot of waiting around, and it always ends up costing more than you want. These guys made it fun and honestly, enjoyable. They listened to my concerns, and really worked with me to ensure I got everything I wanted, and we ended on a fair price for the Wrangler as well. Special shout out to Kostas, Dan, and Razzak. The service advisor did a great job at providing status on our Journey. However it took entirely too long for parts to come in. I had to go through management to get them to release the car to us after insurance paid them. The cashier was very friendly. I won't be taking our cars there again.

Professional and Courteous staff. I have been there twice and both time received good service and attention from the staff. The dealer courteously followed up after our visit and the manager also followed up which was nice. No pushy tactics and generally helpful. I did not buy a car from them, so cannot comment on purchase experience but next time I am in the market, I would not hesitate to visit them.

Terrible customer service. I bought an(overpriced) 2017 Jeep Compass in August 2017...since then I've been at the dealership every 1000 miles as the oil consumption was horrible; finally they are replacing my engine next week- a year later... It took them a year to do what they knew they were supposed to do anyway. My car stopped several times, unexpectedly in busy intersections- no one seemed to care...NONE of my questions were answered- I asked if I could get a price reduction since the resale value of the car will drop- no answer. Everyone pretends they never heard the question...I wrote an email addressed to the general manager, in turn I got a response inviting me to a test drive...:it was insulting...Sorry, but I will never recommend this dealership.

Went in and saw a car i liked a lot and drove it around and love it. Then later got an email about more information about the car it showed a big discount on the price. Discount....Went in finally to go buy it and got the Bait and Switch tactic of how that Discount was really just rebates i had to qualify for. Never did it say in the email that what was being taken off was because of rebates, or that i had to qualify for said rebate. They told me during the process of closing the deal that this "misunderstanding" has happened before. Highly dissatisfied on how that was handled and how if it has happened before it wasnt fixed. Thats a big issue and very shady how it was handled. Granted i stuck to my guns and got the price i wanted and quoted.

Long story short, Be weary about the price emailed to you through their Additional Information that really the "Discount" is Rebates.

It took two weeks of me calling to get my windshield wipers fixed. The dealer has no central place where a dealer staff perso can quickly look to find out the status of any order. You have to ask around the dealership and find anyone who knows bits and pieces of what's going on. No one owns a project like fixing my wipers. I finally discovered that if I called the parts desk (which didn't seem like something I should have to do) I could figure out how the order got lost at some dealership in Miami that didn't ship it right and about when the part was found and finally came in.

This dealership has been extremely unhelpful when I have been in need of help. I purchased a 2014 dodge ram from this dealership. It was stolen last night. I contacted them to get information about gps tracking for the stolen vehicle and the service manager told me there was nothing he could do to help. When I contacted a different dodge jeep ram dealership, I was given a phone number, and contact information to use uconnect to find my truck. In short, there was a way for the service manager to help but he didn't know about or offer any kind of help. Previously, about a year after i bought the truck, my driver side window was damaged due to an act of god. It was still under warranty but again the service manager said there was nothing he could do to help. When I contacted a different dealership... the different dealership fixed the window at no cost. So The naperville dodge jeep ram dealership is not helpful to customers after you purchase a vehicle. Go spend your money somewhere else. The service people ive spoken to have been awful and they owe me two apologies. Im furious.

Chad and Jesse were very patient with me for 3 days Getting me an awesome deal!! When I went to go in and actually get the car Chad was off and set me up with Payton to help finish the deal. Worst service department. I took it in for a recall and this was the closest to work. They told me I had three. Didn't explain what the recalls were before or after. I needed to wait for the third one, in the meantime I heard a rattle sound that wasn't there before. I took it in to have them check it and they made me wait three hours while they did the last recall without telling me so I could just leave the car and tell me the rattle is my ball joints, and a bunch of other stuff. It wasn't. It was the heat shield under the car that they must have got loose. I told them I suspected it was that when I took it in. So they lied or clearly didn't check it. I'm looking to purchase a new charger and I can't tell you for damn sure it won't be from there.

Came to Naperville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram looking to buy my wife a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good buying experience here yesterday, the salesman I dealt with (Bob) was very helpful. Found a problem with the tire wall on the vehicle I'm financing and Bob included a new tire in the price of the vehicle. Was a little bit sketched out the first time I came here a few days ago because I was getting pressured to buy the car that day when I repeatedly stated to the sales guy (a different guy) that I could not make the down payment that day. Not a huge deal to me, they're salesman being salesman. Getting the tire replaced by this dealership in the next couple days, a little nervous given the awful reviews of the service department but I'll post an update after it's taken care of.

You shouldn t have to hate to visit a dealership. It took them 2 hours to do a simple oil change early morning. I could literally go anywhere else and it would take 45 min max. I ll drive the extra miles to take my car in next time.

This dealership was top notch! "Ski" went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the Wrangler I was most comfortable with and LOVED! He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. The process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. Rob (sales and products) did a great job answering my many questions about car protection. He also took the time to help me set up the blue tooth connection ,as well as, gave me a review of some of the features the Wrangler had. Rob and "Ski" were outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure..... Just great, accommodating service. I highly recommend Naperville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram.

Mark my service writer there was very friendly and...

Mark my service writer there was very friendly and did explain what was wrong with my truck. Communication was sometimes spotty at best and took some time to respond. Also trying to actually get someone on the phone when calling the service department was a challenge. My truck was towed in and after a day and a half I called there and they didn't know my truck was even there and had to look for it. This was in part the tow companies fault as well.

Unfortunately the management team is (a) not supportive of their sales team, (b) demonstrate zero customer focus, (c) dishonest, not to mention rude and insulting. This puts their salesmen in very difficult positions and in our case caused a extremely good salesman a sale. I feel bad for the salespeople there. My advise, save your time and shop elsewhere.
