Edit to review from 12/18 - I went back to this dealership today to have my glove box replaced. Still appalled at this dealerships lack of care about my health and safety. Here is a photo of their cashier! If I could make this review less than 1 star, I would.
Original review from 12/8 service date - They broke the clips for my glove box when checking my cabin air filter. Not the kind of service I expect from the dealership. Not to mention the amount of employees either not wearing a mask or wearing it such that their nose isn't covered, absolutely despicable. Not going back here for service again, that's for certain.

Clean, fast service. Had a bad catalytic converter under warranty. Mark, the Service Rep, did fantastic at freighting in the correct part overnight. Super!
Not a good place set up appointment to pick up a vehicle just to find out they sold it after I drove up there then try to sell me something I didn't want
Service manager actually looked me in the eyes and told me This isn t a good old boys club. I need to be able to look at myself in the mirror . Right after he told me $1870.00 to replace the lug nuts and studs on my Ram. I did the work myself in two hours with factory replacement parts for $250.00. Work should have been done under warranty! Never take your vehicle here!!!!
The service at this place is a joke! They had my car for 5 days with a service appointment and they did nothing. Fact: If you buy a Chrysler, you are going to need service. I would NEVER buy another car from these people.
5 stars. Always take really good care of me every time. I showed up and they were closing in a while, did my oil change and washed my car! I love this service department. Thanks to Tim McKay and his team! Really makes a difference and always goes the extra mile, no pun intended haha.
3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. The slowest and most uncoordinated service I've ever seen. Pack your lunch and bring a pillow. You'll need it
The salesman was great (Chase) and he really took great care of us. The service department, however, is atrocious. Their 'Express Oil Service" experience is awful. I pulled into the garage and sat in my car for 30 minutes at a sign that says "please wait in your vehicle and someone will be with you right away". I finally walked into the service office where I had to wait another 5 minutes before they got my oil change started. It then took about 50 minutes to complete an oil change bringing the entire experience to just under an hour and a half for their "Express service". I also had a part replaced on my vehicle on Tuesday which broke 3 days later. I called on a Saturday and was told that the service manager would have to call me on Monday. He was very prompt and called me first thing in the morning on Monday. He proceeded to assured me that there is absolutely nothing he can do other than charge me an additional $500 to replace the exact same part again, after 3 days of use. He was quite rude and spoke to me in a patronizing manner. If this is the closest dealership to you and you are just looking to buy a car, and don't care about the quality of service, this place is adequate. If you are looking for a dealership that will be the whole package (sales and service) I STRONGLY recommend going to one of the many other dealerships in the area.
So I m a new Jeep Owner, and this is my first Jeep. I followed the process of making an appointment for an Service Appt. (Oil change) on the app, and received two reminder emails both the days leading up to my appointment. The appointment is only valid for the time that you check your car in, not a spot in line to get an oil change(seems kind of silly when the process is called Express Lane). When I got there at the time of my appointment the wait was 3 HOURS for an oil change. I understand its a first come first service basis, but don t call it Express. There is nothing Express about a 3 hour wait. With my Jeep Wave I m able to have 2 free oil changes a year for the first two years. I would rather go somewhere that doesn t have a lengthy wait, than get a free oil change and wait a total of 12 HOURS of my life in the waiting area of a Jeep Dealership. There is something broken with this process. You either need more service staff or to change the name of the process from Express to something else. It s very misleading. Nothing bad to say about the service guy who came to talk to me, he was very nice and tried to explain that appointments don t guarantee a time of service(also makes no sense). This process seems like it could be easily fixed with some organization and the use of a schedule. I dont really enjoy leaving a bad review and am a fairly reasonable person when it comes to most customer service related industies, as I have worked in them my entire life. This just doesn t seem like it works for the customers very well. It may work for the location, but not the customer.
I was happy with the price BUT the biggest thing is how fast the whole process moved. We were in and out in less then a Hour. Never bought a car in less then 3 hours.
This dealership is head and shoulders above Tyson CDJ in Shorewood. They seem to pay attention to detail a lot better than Tyson. I do not suspect I will have a repeat repair here like Tyson.....keeping my fingers are crossed.
Will never buy a vehicle here again. Rude and disrespectful service dept. I ve bought a new truck here several times and had it serviced but I will never be back after my experience today. I will take my business to Bill Jacobs.
What a great experience buying from Rob Goldman was so nice and I will definitely be telling my friends about him and about the awesome service I was given!! Top Rate dealership!!
Excellent experience buying my vehicle here. John Mac made the financing quick and easy to understand, and Bob Mueller answered all my sales questions in helping me find the perfect car for me!
I initially met Ski while browsing for a truck. Without pressure, he told me the price of the vehicle I was looking at, gave me his card, and wished me well. A week later, I returned to purchase the truck. Because of Ski's professionalism and no-pressure demeanor, I asked for him when I returned. In less than 30 minutes, I had taken the truck for a test drive, negotiated a price, and made a deal. I cannot tell you how refreshing and comfortable the whole process was with Ski. He was honest with me about the pricing, and was highly knowledgeable about the truck despite it not being a make handled at the dealership. I really hope that Ski is still working there when I need another vehicle. He should be teaching others how to sell vehicles effectively.
My daughter had bought her first car from Chris Olsen last year and had such a great first time buyer experience. I already knew how easy Chris made the process. There was no spending ALL day at the car dealer. The process was very quick and unstressful. I would definitely recommed Chris Olsen.
I have owned a Jeep and I highly recommend the service department and the sales staff at this locations. My family ownes 3 Jeeps and are very satisfied The service department is very responsive to your needs are really take care of their customers!
I just bought a 2018 pacifica from naperville dodge great experience. Bob is the best made it quick and easy no pressure at all to buy. Was in and out in less than 2 hours.
First off, why make a service appointment? Appointment at 9am, car didn't get looked at till 11am and it wasn't busy. Second, dont ever, ever go here for service. Find a local shop, they will be MUCH cheaper and they won't lie to your face about needing extra work that really isn't needed. Was told I needed a whole new brake assembly, quoted price for $1700, took to my local shop and was told something totally different. Fixed there and running great for $500. These people will suck any money they can out of you and will never get my business again.
Chris and the rest of the team at Naperville Jeep provided an excellent car buying experience. Communication was great and the process was smooth and timely. Couldn t be happier!
Christoper Olson and John Mac were very nice and worked extremely hard to make sure they could find me the Perfect car that I would be happy with and John can in on his off day to finish me up I m very Happy with my purchase
Purchased a Red Dodge Ram 2014 from Chris. The service was excellent and the price could not be beat. They also have a great selection of new Dodge Trucks!
They have had our vehicle for over a week with no progress. This is the 3rd time in 4 months that it has been in for the same 2 issues. No one has communicated anything. We have called numerous times at various times of the day and the tech working on our vehicle is never there. No one knows anything about what's going on. If and when we get the car back we will not be using this service department ever again!!!
I want to thank David Foland for great customer service he provided . After contacting a few dealerships the phone call to Naperville Jeep was like a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend !
Purchased my car a couple months ago, but my experience was nothing but terrible. 1) The "Manager" was a terrible person. In the middle of having a conversation with me. He decides to take a personal phone call and is talking about how last night was. Honestly the rudest thing ever and this old man must think he is coolest person or something. I should of walked out then 2). We negotiated a price and when I went to their finance person, he had a different rate. I did not notice until a couple months later they are charging me higher. But that just shows you how shady of a company they are. 3) As soon as I got my car, there was a ton of issues with the car and it was in the shop for a week and a half. Although it was all covered - I still had to pay for a whole month of a lease and not use it for 30% of the month. If you want to buy a Jeep go to Geneva or North Aurora, do not waste your time with this shady group of people.
Long story short, you don't want to get your SERVICE done here. No apologies for not having a part after over four months, they lied saying it was in, and agsin, after I dropped my vehicle off, they "conveniently couldn't fix it that day", so, they "recommended an oil change." Thank you, once again for the disappointment, Jeep.
After oil service invoice stated multi point inspection and brake check (which I asked for) was performed When I asked for inspection sheet I was told it was lost and technician could not remember result I was told to return to dealership to have service aforementioned service performed We have purchased numerous Jeeps from this dealership and was VERY disappointed in the way we were treated
I don t review very often - but please trust me do not use these guys - go to Ziegler in Downers Grove instead. Tried to return a car back after a lease - phoned a week in advance to book appointment- it was all set. Arrived at the time and the guy who does the returns isn t working today. When I asked what should I do well come back on Monday - but that s 3 days after my lease matures - well it probably will be ok .... then I phone Ziegler - yeah we will do it no problem - drove 25mins - all done no problem. Naperville Dodge - such a shame - you guys got it all wrong.
Chris Olsen was incredibly helpful and made the entire process of buying my first car very smooth. I would not only recommend buying from this dealership, but you re going to want to ask for Chris, also!
Chris Olsen was amazing! I walked in with a budget and Chris Olsen was absolutely awesome at helping me find a vehicle in my price range and working with me on getting the lowest monthly payment possible. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I love my new Jeep. I would definitely recommend going to Chris to buy.
OMG, Bob Mueller and John Mac are the BEST I had so much going on financially, and I still drove away in a 2015 Chrysler 200, When EVERY OTHER dealer turned me down, they helped me, never once got frustrated with me for turning down a car and they were helping me out. I LUV my new car, and if you're looking to buy a new vehicle this is the place to go, the drive is worth it.
Horrible service. Called three times to check on my car. Pushed me to voicemail. Went up later in the day to check on my car the had me stand there for 15 minutes before I was able to speak with someone. Buy any other car or moped from anyplace BUT this Jeep dealer.
I called to make an appointment for an oil change. And I sat here for 2 hours and the service lady then tell me that they don't do appointments for oil changes. Well the person on the phone made it! And on top if that says I was NEXT after 2 hours!!!! And if I still wanted to wait! Well duhhhh I not sitting here for 2 hours for nothing!!!
We had a great experience. Was helped the moment we stepped in the door until we signed the papers! Vince Szafranski, our salesman, did a great job of getting us our dream car at an amazing price. Super personable, and loved chatting with him! The whole staff was extremely welcoming, asked us if we needed water/food, and had personal conversations with us. They took the stress out of car buying. Highly recommend! :)
The folks here are are great. Very friendly service, quality work. However, be prepared to be very heavily overcharged. On my last service, I needed new plugs and wires for my 08 JKU. They charged over $500 for this. Suffice it to say I will be looking for somewhere else for all my future service needs.
I worked with Chris Olson at Naperville Jeep - he is really a great guy - who is not only helpful, but educates you on the vehicle and how to purchase. He was able to educate me and give me a great deal. I would definitely buy a car from Chris again. I would suggest giving him a call if you are looking for a car!
On Saturday 5/30/20 I dropped off our Jeep for a routine oil change and tire rotation but the experience was awful. I had scheduled an appointment online for 8:40am and dropped off the Jeep at that time. One of service managers mentioned that service would take 1 - 1.5 hours so I am thinking that by no later than 10:10am I would have the Jeep back. I only live a mile away so I walked home and waited for a call back. At 11:00am I start wondering why I have not received a call back. So I decide to call back to find out the status. On the first call I get hung up on and have to re-dial. After the second call I finally get in touch with a manager and she says that the Jeep is just now getting the oil change completed and will be done in 30 min. I am extremely surprised and disappointed by this as the car has been dropped off since 8:40am. It took over two hours just to start the oil change. I should have scheduled the appointment at 10:40am instead. I walk back to the dealership and wait in the lobby until 11:45am and the car is ready. I pay and then the manager says please be patient the Jeep is getting washed it will be a few minutes. The few minutes turned into 30 more min! The Jeep finally comes out of the wash at 12:15pm. The entire experience took 3 hours and 35 minutes. The entire time I never felt any urgency or care from this service department.
My hope this feedback is helpful to improve future experiences for other customers at Naperville Jeep Dodge Ram. It is highly doubtful that I will return for future service.
I reached out to several dealerships due to me being in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy and they said they could me a car. None of them worked out except for this place. I worked with John Mac and Bob Mueller. They are experts in situations like this. They took the time to get the paperwork needed for me to submit it to court and sent it to my attorney. Having people like them during a struggling time is what I recommend. I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to go here and get a car. Ask for John or Bob!!!!!
I had an air conditioner belt slipping (screeching) and know a bit about cars, so I just stopped by the dealership. A guy from the shop was able to look right away and explained what was actually going on (the clutch on the air compressor starting to go bad) and told me how to detect such a thing and what my options were. Didn't try to talk me into anything and didn't try to scare me about the problem: he was realistic, helpful, friendly and great! (Ill wait till my daughter complains about no more air conditioning till i replace it :)
Overall Great service from the salesman Ed at this dealership. He was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and provided great customer service. We were in search of a Red Pacifica which unfortunately they did not have in stock, however he was on a search for us. Ed sent a follow-up email to us to let us know he would continue to send us updates as to if and when the car would be in. He was great overall.
Love, love, love this place. Totally competent Service writers, managers and technicians. (Unlike Tyson Motors.)Roland, whom is our Service writer is amazing. He goes over and above to make sure your issues are resolved, and is very personable. Tim, whom is the Service Department manager is equally as nice, competent, and goes to bat for you when dealing with the warranty company. I won't go to any other Dodge dealership for service. I am only 4 miles from Tysons motors, but refuse to deal with rude and incompetent people. I'll make the trek to Naperville anytime.
I recently purchased from Nicholas Lubek and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Found exactly what I wanted and somethings I didn't know I wanted in my Gladiator. I was in and out quickly and got a great price on my trade. Thanks for everything!
John Mac and Bob did a great job at getting me in a newer car for far less than what I was already paying per month. This was amazing for me, especially since my credit isn t currently where I want it to be.
However, on the way home ( I live 60miles away), I noticed the car was not driving smooth when I hit over 50mph, and there was a grinding noise coming from the front left tire area. I called the service department as soon as I got home, and was told to bring it in the next morning.
The next day, I drove another 60miles back to the dealership to find out from the service department that there was a bad wheel bearing. They strangely could not figure out which one was bad, and said I would have to contact a Nissan dealership to get it fixed. They did confirm that they checked with Nissan, and the repairs would be covered by warranty. So not only did I have to bring the car back the very next day, they could not fix it themselves and I had to on my own search for a Nissan dealership who could help me.
Before I left, I found the salesman who sold me the car (Bob), and told him what was going on and if he could fill my car up on gas due to the inconvenience of me driving 120miles roundtrip for maintenance issues on a car I had only had for ONE DAY! He seemed very rushed, gave a quick Im sorry , and took care of the gas. When he returned my keys, he didn t even make eye contact with me.
This was very disappointing!!! No one should drive off the lot, and IMMEDIATELY have maintenance issues with a vehicle!!!
Thankfully there is a Nissan dealership less than 10miles from my home, and they were able to swiftly locate the bad wheel bearing and fix it at no charge since it was indeed covered by warranty.
My car is now driving smooth, and Im now finally happy with it. Next year I plan on possibly trading my vehicle in for a brand new car, and I will unfortunately not be going back here to give my business. While I was appreciative of John for getting me approved at a great monthly rate, I do not trust that they truly inspect their vehicles before selling them, which is MAJOR for me!
Last year in July 2016 we purchased a brand new 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The service there was amazing and they helped us with everything. Also they gave us a large discount which made us very happy and anything they promise they deliver on. The facility is really great and all the staff there are good and we enjoy our time there when we are there. -Andre and Renata M.
Service experience very disappointing. I took my car in for a recall. My ignition was changed, later I found the my extra keys no longer worked. I returned to dealer to have it resolved and they insisted that they gave me 2 keys. They did not. I was told, If I want a 2nd working key I'd have to purchase it. Has this happened to any one else? If so report it.
I have my cars serviced regularly at Naperville CJDR. I've visited their service center about 7 times so far and each time they are professional and trustworthy. Roland has been my adviser most times, he's a nice person to work with. I've was also going to buy a car and they had it washed and ready when I arrived.
They got us in and out quickly. Thought it was a little expensive but it got me back on the road as quick as possible and that was the main thing. Joe was pleasant and professional and went out of his way to help us with our truck. Would definitely call Joe again if we were in the area
This dealership is amazing. I will not do business with another Jeep dealership. This is my second vehicle that I have leased at this location. Payton was my sales representative. He followed up to confirm our appointment and had vehicle options available for me when I arrived. They gave me a great deal and were very respectful of my time.
I would highly recommend Naperville CJDR. They offered a very good selection of vehicles and provided excellent customer service during the buying process.
5 stars isn t enough. We are SO thrilled with how everything happened. John and Bob were SO patient with us during the 3 visits we made. When car shopping with toddlers, it s not easy but they welcomed the crazy and were awesome with the kiddos also. From the very beginning to end, it was great. Almost too good to be true. They are so kind. I even set off an alarm in the show room and we all made a joke out of it. It felt like we have known them forever. Not only a salesman and finance man but they truly treated us like family. I ll definitely be coming back and referring them to everyone I know in the market for a new/used car! Thank you from our little family <3
Our salesman was new there and rushed selling me my Jeep. I wanted to test drive the floor model (which is the one I bought) but I was told they would only let me test drive a vehicle that was outside already because it was the same kind of car. I only knew how to start my car because he showed me. I came to work and was told that the dealership should have showed me the features on my car and how to use them (with all of the new technology). Driving, my car shut down at a red light. I did not even know the car had the shut down feature to save on fuel. I called and spoke to a manager and he offered me a free tire rotation with my oil change and that was it. I would buy another car from there, but I learned to make sure they take the time to show me all of the features,do not rush me and let me test drive the vehicle I am going to purchase. I am very happy with my Jeep and can't wait to upgrade and purchase another soon.
I've been dealing with the same service advisor, Mark Pleasant, for five years or more, and can say only great things about him. Not only is he kind and helpful, he works religiously to satisfy every customer. I highly recommend Mark.
Misleading poor salespeople this would have been my third caravan, going to go try toyota next do not go here .Read the reviews I should of ,wasted my time
This place is amazing! I highly recommend this place make sure you ask for Bob and John they're awesome! They made my experience so pleasant, friendly and fast. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!
Horrible customer service and horrible follow up. Service manager Tim is great but his team is not doing him any favors. My vehicle was in service almost 3 weeks just for mainly electrical issues and AC concerns. Another rep Tom took over my account he is definitely not customer service orientated and a bit rude and no sense of empathy... Hope owner is able to review this...
Service department really not care to customer. Because of my fuel tank problem of grand dodge caravan, They forgot. So, i am not going to go again nor purchase the car either. I need new car, but since they did not consider customer, i will go to another dealership.
Brought my '13 Chrysler 300 in multiple times. They did replace my adaptive cruise control after it stopped working with only 26k miles. My main concern was the oil leak from my valve covers. They said there is nothing wrong it just appears to be "seepage". Seepage is a leak. Leaks are to be repaired but all they said was "it's documented". It's great to look at the heads on my $50k car stained with oil that apparently in their eyes is a non issue.
I bought my first car (Jeep Wrangler) from Chris Olson, and general manager, Sam Guzzino. It was a terrific experience. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Chris and Sam are rock stars!! I definitely recommend Chris, Sam and Naperville Jeep.
I was shopping for a good used vehicle the salesman's name was Andrew was polite the place had a very pleasant atmosphere I was in and out of their purchasing my car within about an hour and 15 minutes this includes the test drive I would definitely recommend going there ask for Andrew and enjoy the experience of buying a car from this dealership I feel very good about my purchase and I think the price is very fair I was looking for a Honda Accord I had shopped around Chicagoland of all places this dealership had the best deal the car was in fantastic shape I put about 3,000 miles on it I have no complaints I am posting this to tell you about my experience I do know that all the experiences are different depending on who the person is but I don't think this was an act I think these people who work at the dealership we're very fair
