Service attendant super nice , knowledgeable, very likeable friendly, they have a massage recliner: maybe more than one ?: for while you wait for your car to be serviced: they could use a little pept talk about being as nice to the customers as they are to each other ( hi fiving and screaming, talking very loud amongst them self's: others not the attendant that helped me

My father purchased three vehicles from here. My brother purchased two. I made my second purchase in October 2019, and that will be the LAST time myself or any of my family members ever step foot in this place.

My first vehicle that I got February 2019 was totaled due to a bad accident. I came back hoping to have a good experience like last time, and hopefully find a car just like the first one because I was completely crushed after it was gone. When I arrived to the dealership, before my mother and I were even able to PARK this dude wandering around the lot is waving us down. My mother let him know we were looking for a new vehicle and he tells us to come inside even though I wanted to look around first. While we re in there he immediately starts taking my information and printing up paperwork for me to sign so they can run my credit without me even getting the CHANCE to see if there s anything I wanted there. When I voiced that I haven t gotten the opportunity to even look, he claimed that him doing that first would be better because it lets us know what I qualify for... I already KNOW what I qualify for! I didn t want an unnecessary inquiry on my report JUST to find I don t like anything! I felt like I was being strong armed into going through with it. When I finally got the chance to go outside, guess what? There was nothing there that I liked. At one point I walked away because I was overwhelmed with everything, and just the lack of control I had with what is supposed to be a nice experience. Right when I was ready to give up, they came and got me so I could test drive this little bmw 320i. That was the best one out of everything I was shown, so I went ahead and purchased it. We did notice that the right high beam was out and he told us that the lightbulb just needed to be replaced and they will take care of it.. Only to find out that it was something more serious. For the past 3 months they have had me running from place to place to try to figure out why my high beam was not working. Only to go to Nalley BMW and find out that the front electronic module needs to be replaced which will cost $1400. When I purchased the vehicle I was PROMISED that they would take care of whatever was wrong with the light, but after they heard the amount they backed out and said they couldn t do it. After lying to me and saying it was just the light bulb! Then to top it off the extended warranty that I purchased from them won t be able to cover it?? Don t bother with this place. Come here if you feel like being coerced and lied to.

Mr. Wright was awesome and sold me my first new car. He was polite and professional. He was not like the typical pushy car salesman. He made sure that the car I was purchasing was the right one for my family and I. I will continue to recommend people to Nalley Toyota for the awesome service and the great personnel. Thank you Mr. Wright and Nalley Toyota for such a wonderful experience buying my first new car!!

I often prefer to take my car to the dealer for service jobs because they know my car best. I also think it's important to develop a relationship so that I'm seen as a valued customer and not someone to make a quick buck off of by recommending unnecessary services or repairs.

I was recently in for an oil change and to have a diagnostic on why my check engine light was on. I wasn't greeted immediately after I drove up even though there were several people in the area. There was more concern for the pizza that had just arrived than servicing a customer.

Thankfully, my preferred service advisor, Brian was working. His personable, yet professional demeanor was refreshing as always - and appreciated. He listens to my concerns, and I trust his guidance. I immediately took some of the recommendations he made for my car.

I believe in having my vehicle serviced regularly, and my car needs it more regularly than most. I wouldn't have almost 400,000 miles on my 04 Camry otherwise. Since the $19.99 oil change was eliminated after the buyout, I don't bring my vehicle into this location as often. Brian's excellent customer service keeps me coming back, and I always ask for him.

I am wondering...why is the protective paper and plastic still left in my car once service is complete? Now it's my job to dispose of it. Why not have trash cans in the area so that the person who drives the vehicle into the area can dispose of those items?

The experience my father and I had at Toyota Stonecrest was very smooth. Our sales guy, Derek Williams was very easy and fun to talk to. Being a student and having Toyota Stonecrest as my first experience of buying a car from a dealership was very exciting. I would definitely recommend a friend to come here to buy a car.

I brought my 2007 FJ Cruiser in for 85k maintenance over the weekend. I was greeted by Stephanie, she was awesome and made me feel really comfortable from the time i arrived, to the time i left. She also helped me to plan ahead for future visits (90k maintenance). In addition to that, she was very easy to talk to and gave great suggestions to my inquires about tires and suspension lifts. I will be back!

We, as out of state buyers, recently purchased a new 2019 Toyota 4Runner from Nalley Toyota Stonecrest. The experience was one of the better experiences we've had purchasing out of state.

To complete out of state transactions smoothly requires effort and excellent communication on both ends as the transaction is not typically 100% completed until the car is transported and registered successfully in the buyer's home state. The folks at Nalley really went out of their way to ensure everything got done in a timely manner

The main sales staff that helped us were India Young and Greg Campbell. From the start, they were very helpful and provided the most competitive pricing without any gimmicks. We chose to fly out to GA from CO for a day trip based on the easygoing, almost too good to be true, negotiating experience. Understanding that we had a narrow window on a Saturday due to our return flight, India came in on her day off and ensured we were out of there in under two hours!

Stinson and Shavon also helped expedite the process while we were in GA. Stinson ensured the doc signing process and financial items were done accurately and smoothly. Shavon went over the bells and whistles of the car in a way that was direct yet efficient. Greg and Marci both teamed up and helped with transport which was one less thing on my plate to coordinate.

The registration process in CO required two additional trips due to requested items from the DMV. I notified Reggie (title specialist) and both items were sent to us next business day. Now that is service!

India and Reggie were both very helpful after the sale and that speaks volumes as to their dedication to customer service. They both followed up to ensure we had everything we needed to successfully register the vehicle in our home state.

We can't reiterate how satisfied we were with our buying experience at Nalley Toyota Stonecrest. If we are in the market for another Toyota, we wouldn't hesitate making another trip to Atlanta to visit Nalley! Thanks again!

Terrible experience, on trying to purchase vehicle, when I first saw vehicle on Autotrader the price was $8,900.00, so I called salesman he then sent me pictures, a few days later I visited dealership and drove vehicle, after driving I made an offer but by then the price of vehicle went up by about$1081.00, I then left dealership and called back to make another offer salesman said they want take that amount, so I called back to make a higher offer and I could hear manager mocking my offer and telling me that have 4 people coming out to see the same vehicle, it was very rude and it reflects on how business is carried on at that dealership, don t waste your time, they don t care, they then just basically hung up on me.

My Service Manager Areca Weaver is the absolute BEST a consumer could ask for. She is very attentive to taking good care of her customers. She advises me constantly as I wait on my car to be serviced. I am always amazed how she performs her duties as a Service Manager. Definitely a keeper.

charged me 243.00 to shoot dye and replace freon for ac 3 weeks later after ac fails they told me a valve was leaking and tried to charge me 2400.00. the first visit should have shown the problem because they were paid to check it initially these people should not be trusted .incompetent or dishonest

We had a great experience recently. We were passing thru Atlanta in route to Knoxville and our maintenance lite came on as we needed an oil change - and tire rotation.

We asked if they could fit us in and told them we were from Florida and in route to Knoxville. They had us in and out in just about one hour. So, yes, we are very pleased.

Every time I come to Nalley for service Abraham Castillo takes care of me. He's very knowledgeable about maintenance of my vehicle and always keeps me in the loop of everything the technicians will be doing and if there are any recommended services. He is great at calling his customers by name, which makes for a more comfortable experience. He's an awesome service writer and I would definitely refer him to anyone that comes to Nalley. I took my car for an oil change about a month ago....

I took my car for an oil change about a month ago. I noticed that the service light just came on. I checked the oil change sticker it said next oil change is 84,900. The oil change should be every 10,000 miles. I know I haven't driven 10,000 miles in 1 month so I called customer service to check on my last recorded milege when I had the oil change. They told me 79,000. I asked why was my sticker saying 84,900. I was told that they set it for every 5000 miles just incase I need any other service. Now what does any other service has to do with an oil change. In the past I had oil driping because they did not change the oil filter. It is all adding up. when they set the service for 5,000, they don't change the oil on the next visit because it is not due but they charge for the service so on the next 10,000 visit, everything is all torn up. What a rotten service. I would advice everyone to check there mileage and sticker before they leave the dealership if you have to use Nalley Toyota.

Nalley Toyota Stonecrest left no stone unturned to give me the best possible deal for which even my local dealership in Kentucky could not even come anywhere close to the price given to me. Nalley
Toyota Stonecrest even delivered the vehicle to Kentucky at no additional cost and handed it to me with a full complimentary tank of gas.
The very next day after delivery I received a courtesy call from Nalley Toyota Stonecrest to confirm if all was in order together. I have also recieved subsequent calls to day giving me updates on the vehicle tag.Nalley Toyota Stonecrest have truly made this purchase a magical moment for me and my family. Once again I'd like to say thank you to Nalley Toyota Stonecrest, who now have a customer for life.

I brought my Toyota Matrix in for service, the lights on the dashboard were out and there was no activity on the speedometer, rpm and fuel gauge. It is with pleasure to say I received excellent customer service from Toni Moore and the assisting team members. She was well informed of the services needed and really provided details that assisted me in understanding the issues. I received a rental until the services were complete and the follow up and follow through exceeded my expectations. I placed a few inquiries about other services and she provided me with the information to get that process started. I am very happy with my experience.

Unfortunately I had a poor experience with this dealership and this is not the first time. I called and spoke to a service advisor and they suggested I bring the car in for a free alignment check. Later in the day I received an email saying that the car was done and they tried to charged me for an alignment without taking to me about it first. I did not ask them to do any work besides the free alignment check. When I spoke to a manger he started giving me attitude after I explained the situation to him. They were not helpful and the alignment without getting verbal consent from me or even letting me know what was going on and then they tried to charge me for it because of their mismanagement. Very unhappy with this service and the attitude that was given to me in order to get this resolved. The worst part is the service advisor I dropped the car off didn t call me and was not around when I went to pick up the car.
