The sales staff was courteous and helpful in finding a car that works for me. I'm a no nonsense buyer. When the Sales Manager came to help further me along I knew that I was sold and this was the place I would buy a car. He was genuine, open and worked with me, not against. I got the features I wanted at the value I could only have hoped for. This was by far the best car buying experience I have had. Way to go Team Legacy!

I took my 1995 4-Runner to Legacy Toyota because the tailgate mechanism that guide the rear window, to go up and down, was rusted and allowing the window to wobble and jam when moving. I told them the problem on the phone and also in person when I brought the truck to the service center. I had removed the inner wall of the tailgate so that you could see and touch everything on the inside (including the very obviously rusted out parts). Later the service rep told me what I had told him, listed the Toyota names for the rusted parts, and said that key parts were no longer manufactured and so they could not properly repair the truck. They did not close the panel of the tailgate; so I think that no tool ever touched my truck. Toyota did charge me $111.43 before they would return my keys.
The people were very polite and the wait was pleasant.

We were car shopping several weeks and actually visited Legacy Toyota three times within a month. From the very first visit we had the pleasure of working with a fine young man, Seth Bailey. Seth provided us information on various cars we were looking at during our visits. It was because of Seth's interest in what we wanted that kept us returning to Legacy Toyota. We finally decided on the car for us. Brian Harrison graciously assisted us in the financing department. Brian made us feel very at ease about our purchase. Great salesmanship and service! Very attentive to what we were looking for in a car without any hassle or pestering like some other car dealerships. All employees were friendly throughout. GREAT, GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

I had even better experiences at Thomasville Toyota in past years, however Legacy might be stepping up their game. I went to several other dealers when car shopping this year, and every place's sales people were obviously a little predatory looking to close a deal, when all I wanted to do was browse models and maybe test drive in the very early phases. Legacy, at least my salesman, seemed surprisingly casual and understanding of my position. When I decided to buy from them, they also were surprisingly ready to negotiate and took my first offer - I can't tell if I'm just a sucker and should have asked less, but, they beat the price I mentioned T'ville offered for the model and year, without batting an eyelash. They did talk me into some extended warranties, which online advice suggests have debatable value, and the general advice is not to take them, but... I fell for it, though it may pay off huge later. I suppose like any insurance, that's a crapshoot, but so far they have not let me down (haven't really had a chance to), but most importantly, they are not hounding me and stalking me like say, the Dale Earnhardt Chevy guys. :( I feel no pressure at Legacy and they really made the purchase painless and fair.

I was very pleased with the customer service and the facilities provided at Legacy Toyota. Dee helped us along through the whole process and found the perfect car for me and my fiance. He was very patient and explained everything. He is extremely knowledgeable about the brand and was able to answer all of our questions. JR handled all of the paperwork smoothly and got us in and out in no time. All of the staff we encountered along the way were extremely friendly and appeared to be enjoying what they do. If you are in the market for a new car, I would highly recommend buying from Legacy.

Sarah initiated the process by contacting me via Internet, she was diligent and attentive. Once in the dealership Clete was the salesperson who worked with me. He was warm and personable and made us(my family) all feel comfortable, he didnt make us feel like he was just chasing a sale. Clete determined what my price point was and was extremely helpful and really stayed within the budget that was provided. I bought a car today from Legacy Toyota working with a sales professional named Sean Pecora. Sean was wonderful to work with: personable, honest, knowledgeable about the cars I was considering (quite a few), very responsive to my needs and price range for a vehicle, and--extra bonus--excellent, good natured company on our numerous test drives of various cars. There was no hard sell at all, which I especially appreciated, and, as a lone woman at a car dealership, I never felt the deeply irritating "little lady" double talk and dismissiveness I've encountered before at a couple other car dealerships here in town when buying previous cars. He also went through the car's high tech computer system with me at length *after* the purchase was done which I greatly appreciated. Sean made absolutely certain I was comfortable with the car before I drove off the lot, and encouraged me to phone him directly if more questions come to me in the next days and weeks. Julian Weaver, who handled all the financing, was also wonderful, answering my numerous questions with clarity and good humor (I'm one of those annoying types who reads everything I sign, asking for a lot of clarification of the legalese). Julian worked hard to get me the best possible deal on the Camry XSE I ultimately purchased, along with all the extra warranty amenities he could muster, all at a very reasonable monthly payment. A very positive experience overall. Highly recommended.

From the moment my wife and I came through the door, JJ Jones, our salesperson treated us like " Royalty". There was no pressure sales. He listened to what our needs were, made sure we were offered refreshments, and took us to look at a few Tacoma trucks, which had different features and in our price range. He even got a golf cart so he could ride us around the lot,as my wife has a disability. Once we settled on what we wanted, he went and brought the color and model that best represented what we wanted from the back lot forward for us to test drive. He really spent time with us, more like a personal representative than a salesperson. which we appreciated. He made sure that we could have the proper running boards installed for wife ,after we decided on the 2017 Tacoma Limited 4x4 double cab. He took us around the whole establishment, showing us where to go for checkups, parts, and the very nice VP waiting lounge. He explained each feature and all of the steps to make the purchase happen for us. This was important as we live in Georgia. He even came to pick me up, so I could get my new truck after installations were complete. That was so nice, as my wife no longer drives. I can't say enough about J.J. Jones and his professionalism and cordiality. The Tacoma truck is such a smooth comfortable drive,that even my wife highly recommends it for having such a comfortable passenger seat. She can also control the separate air/heat vents for her side. She had had no trouble entering the truck with the running boards that were installed. Everyone we encountered that day in parts and in the office for our paperwork were all very nice. I highly recommend checking them out. We also are Costco members and felt we got good pricing along with the excellent experience.

We were in the market for a 19 Tacoma SR5 Double Cab after shopping for a couple weeks had a deal pending with a out of state dealer 5 plus hrs away. We decided to give our local dealer a shot so contacted Legacy Toyo and starting working with Business Mgr Julian Weaver. I gave him the parameters of the deal and he was able to match the deal and went the extra step of going outside the dealership to get the color we wanted which is very rare indeed. He then handed us off to Sales Rep Michael Cabral who handled the paperwork and did a very complete detailed del of the truck and tour of the dealership. We were very impressed with Julian and Michael as they were extremely considerate of our needs/goals and saved me from having to drive 12 plus hrs roundtrip to get it out of state and kept the sale local. We will give these gentlemen a final shot at all our future deals as well as send them family/friends and encourage you to give them a shot to earn your business they will do their absolute best.

I was beyond impressed with the service I received. Luis Torres was not only a joy to work with he was incredibly kind. He addressed all my questions, which is plenty, with confidence and patience. I do feel that the quality I received was 110%. I have purchased a car from Legacy Toyota before and this experience was was a significant difference. I felt like my purchase was not only top priority but working within my budget was something they made sure to accommodate. I bought a car I did not fully love at a deal I was not impressed with. Now I have the perfect car at a great price. Luis took my wants, needs and long term goals into consideration when giving me the facts about the cars I was considering. Stopped in today to look at a couple vehicles. While I was parking, someone already started to walk up to my vehicle. As soon as I got out, he asked how he could help. I told him I was looking at some used vehicles and I had already spoken to someone 2 days ago. I just left there card in the car. He then tells me to "well go get the card so I can see". I looked but I couldn't find it right off the bat because my boyfriend cleaned out my car and moved my stuff. I said again that I was just looking and I'll look for the card a little later if I see something I like. He then pushes me even further to say a name, even though I said I would look for the card later. I told him I was waiting on a check from my insurance company and honestly just looking. He finally left me alone. Not even 2 min later, someone else comes up and asked if I needed help. I said just looking and I'll let them know if i do need help. This person understood and left me alone. Again, ANOTHER person walked up and asked if I could be helped. I told him no and said I've already been asked multiple times. Finally I get a moment to myself to look and someone else walked up saying they were the person I talked to 2 days ago, when in fact they weren't. I got frustrated and finally walked back to my car to get a moment to myself. I had the option to finance today if I wanted to and just pay it off when I got my insurance check but no one would leave me alone for 5 min. I get everyone wants to make a sale, but you gotta understand when a customer doesnt want to be bothered right off the bat, leave them alone until they are ready.

Let me just tell you about my experience. I purchased a 2019 Toyota Tacoma and when I took it in for service it would not crank. Jessica Wissman in service informed me that I could not drive it home because it was not safe. Thank goodness it happened while I was there and not traveling. She was great! It was Labor day weekend and there were no rentals available. She arranged for me to drive a Corolla and then return on Tuesday after Labor for a different vehicle. It was determined by the service department that the fuel pump was the problem. I knew there was recall but I had not received a letter informing me that they had a fix for it yet. We contacted Dee Patel to discuss our options. Dee worked his magic and in a couple of days we drove off with a 2020 Toyota Tacoma. The experience we had from Jessica Wissman in the service department, Bonnie Kistler who handled the warranty/rental, Dee Patel in sales, Brian Harrison in finance and Papa Fred who showed us all the cool stuff on our new truck we had a GREAT experience. They all did a fantastic job and we will be returning!

I cannot say enough about this company. I bought my first car from them, but my most recent experience will stick with me for the rest of my life. I lost my husband on 5/11 and desperately needed help getting a new vehicle that I could not worry about and getting rid of my husband s truck. They were so compassionate. Juan Ploch, in sales, has been so compassionate with me, even after the purchase. The people in the finance team and Juan took a hit on the price to help me financially afford something since my finances have been cut in half. They are such amazing and compassionate people. I can t say enough positive things about this company.

After surveying the inventory, he was able to meet the needs of my wants and land me on a great car with an even better price. I strongly recommend Legacy Toyota for new and used car buying. They were patient, not at all pushy, and did not try to sell me anything of which I wasn't interested. I have bought a new car in the past and when I left I was sooo stressed out from the warranties you feel forced to purchase, to feeling like a hostage negotiator trying to get a deal that's not completely out of reason. It's exhausting. Yesterday I came in to Legacy exhausted from car shopping. End of the month car shopping left me feeling like I had no options, and having just totalled my car I was getting quite anxious. Tony Dalton showed me many options, and let me drive a 2014 Prius but then let me drive a brand new one too to compare. Sure I wanted the new one but wasn't sure if that was in my budget. I ended up choosing the '14 that's fully loaded but affordable and I love it! Time for warranties and paperwork and more stress, right? Nope! They explained their options, I told them what I did and didn't want, and they said "OK no problem". Really? Like, that's it? Yep, and I got a full tank of gas. Since I purchased my 2013 Scion FRS new from Legacy, I receive VIP service. Recently my car had to go in for routine maintenance. The VIP lounge was a nice place to wait while the service was being completed. The complimentary lunch and drinks was super great since I had missed eating lunch on that day. The service time was less than an hour and because the car was still covered under a 2 year free maintenance plan, there was no charge. The car was returned in the condition it was in when the maintenance staff took my keys (even the seat in correct position), and everything appears to have been completed as scheduled. I am a very happy Legacy Toyota customer. I also used Legacy for service with my 2007 Toyota FJ Crusier prior to trading it in, and even though I was a non-VIP client at the time, the service and wait time was always better than my previous experience with other dealers.

I quickly contacted Legacy and spoke with Mr. Moses Brown and notified him of the issue. He told me to bring it in. When we finally got my car cranked, I took it in and they looked at it. I would pay attention to those who suggest that you might go to Thomasville instead. My experience is that you really need to have your financing in place before you even think about shopping here.

The salesperson told us that we could apply for financing through them. The credit scores were very good. Then, we were left waiting there for HOURS. The approval process should have taken probably about 10 or 15 minutes at most.

Then, after we were told that the financing was fine they then had DAYS to get the paperwork finalized before the car was in our possession.

It was two weeks AFTER we picked up the car that they had the nerve to tell us that--whoops, there was something wrong with the paperwork and that they should have actually charged us more. Ok, no.

After filing complaints with the authorities, they finally agreed to their original contract.

We have two Toyota Prius' and 1 Highlander. Our Experience with Legacy Toyota has always been a bad one. We recently purchased a Battery at Legacy, made by Interstate Battery, waited forever for someone to install it, and finally ended up picking the battery up in the parts department and putting it in ourselves. The battery died and we took it back for Warranty replacement after only a few months. (Interstate Battery would have replaced any battery, no questions asked, had we bought it directly from them). The Service Manager did everything he could to not replace the battery under warranty. Everyone working in the Service Department seemed to be afraid of Bryan, (Service Manager) and walked around us rather than speak to us. Bryan very helpfully gave us the number of the Corporate office who, he said, would just refer us back to him. The service department refused to even check the battery because they were afraid to touch it. This is not the first run around we have gotten from Legacy's service department. I would never buy a car from this Dealership, and cannot say enough about how difficult it is to get service in this location. They would not even pull our car around after making us wait 3 hours for them to do absolutely nothing. We then had to find the guy with our key and drive it out ourselves. We have always been treated well by the Toyota Dealership in Thomasville and Highly recommend that anyone wanting to purchase a car or get service in this area go there first.

I love Legacy Toyota. I had to leave my car for 3 hours. There is a special room people who buy their Toyotas from Legacy can wait. In the morning they have donuts and protein bars. At lunch, there are sandwiches from Jimmy Johns. There is always coffee, soft drinks, and water.
The service advisor, Calvin was great. He had someone help me program my van for my new phone.
Legacy will always be my Toyota dealer.

I was very pleased recently to purchase my 2017 Toyota Prius from Legacy Toyota. I had bought my pre-owned 2010 Prius from them a little more than 3 years ago, which was also a pleasant experience- as was the competent maintenance service I had done there. I will continue to have my new car serviced there. I traded in the 2010 Prius only because of added standard safety features in the new model. The Sales Manager, Bill, was kindly assertive in calling me when he noticed my online car searches. He gave me what I asked for on the car I traded in, in addition to having lowered the purchase price on the new Prius from what I'd found elsewhere. The sales representative, Luis, installed in the rain the cargo mat I'd purchased, though I had planned to do it myself at home. He had been kind, competent and present throughout all the necessary paper work and called me as soon as my car was available. It was a joy to test drive with him. Though it was a difficult decision to give up my old car (a decision I had made prior to contacting Legacy) I'm definitely enjoying that my new Prius is living up to my expectations. Thank you, Legacy Toyota.

Let me see 1st of all I had my Prius in there about 4 years ago and they forgot to put the oil cap on and had oil everywhere. 2nd we got a Corolla and took it in to get it serviced and guess what they did not put the oil cap tight on it and it came off messed everything up. 3rd took our new Prius in there on June 20th 2020 and got it serviced and guess what they lost our key. Sent it home with another customer. Took over 2 hours to get it back. So we are not happy with there service. Angry customer April Fraiser

The dealer said he was going to give me his best price to start with then he gave me a price on a 2019 v6 Tacoma and one on A 4 cyl then when I checked with another Toyota dealer I found out he gave me a quote that was for a 2019 so I bought a v6 with more options for over 1500$ cheaper you need to train your sales dept to give their best deal when someone tells them they are going to check elsewhere or you will never earn my business
