My experience with Nalley s Toyota was great. Mr. Glen Lotty is an excellent and caring dealer. We were at ease with him as he so patiently worked with us. We appreciate all that he did and the respect that he gave to us as customers. Also we would like to thank Mrs. Teaka Smith for a job well done. Mr. Lotty and Ms. Smith were a great team working on our behalf; and my husband and I appreciate the professionalism, the care and the respect that they rendered.
